Health service visits are determined by the needs of service users to get the health services provided. The factors that can influence so that users want to reuse are five dimensions consisting of reliability, responsiveness, courtesy, ability to understand customers and physical evidence. The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between the quality of health services and the interest in repeat visits at the Pratama Clinic Kelambir Medan. This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at the Kelambir Pratama Clinic Medan starting in September 2021 until it was completed. The sample in this study were 97 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire using the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was a relationship between reliability (p=0.024) <0.05, responsiveness (p=0.011) <0.05, politeness (p=0.022) <0.05, ability to understand customers (p=0.002) <0 .05 and physical evidence (p=0.001) <0.05 with an interest in repeat visits at the Pratama Clinic Kelambir Medan. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between reliability, responsiveness, politeness, ability to understand customers and physical evidence with interest in visiting and returning health services at the Pratama Clinic Kelambir Medan.   Abstrak Kunjungan ulang pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan pengguna jasa pelayanan untuk mendapatkan kembali pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi sehingga para penggunanya ingin memanfaatkan kembali yaitu ada lima dimensi yang terdiri dari reliabilitas, responsivitas, kesopanan, kemampuan memahami pelanggan dan bukti fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan minat kunjung ulang di Klinik Pratama Kelambir Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Kelambir Medan dimulai pada bulan September 2021 sampai dengan selesai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 97 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara reliabilitas (p=0,024) <0,05, responsivitas (p=0,011) <0,05, kesopanan (p=0,022) <0,05, kemampuan memahami pelanggan (p=0,002) <0,05 dan bukti fisik (p=0,001) <0,05 dengan minat kunjung ulang di Klinik Pratama Kelambir Medan. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara reliabilitas, responsivitas, kesopanan, kemampuan memahami pelanggan dan bukti fisik dengan minat kunjung ulang pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Pratama Kelambir Medan.

Introduction: One of the important discussions in the family is the quality of the relationship between the parents. Objective: The presented study was conducted with aim to determine the relation between marital Satisfactions of mother with Self-esteem in children. Method: The present study, with a causal-comparative framework and in descriptive domain of studies. The target formed the population included all female students living in Tehran. To this aim, 85 (N=85) Students were selected by Purposive sampling method. Data collection was used on survey methods to assess index of marital satisfaction and self-esteem questionnaire. Data collected were used with the help of Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. Results: Data analysis showed that amount of marital satisfaction with self- esteem of children is significant. In this regard, marital satisfaction of mothers was determined by Self-esteem (r=0.24, p<0.05). Conclusion: As the findings offer preventive implications that could be important in the area of applications.

Background: Satisfactory and quality service will form patients/customers loyalty, and satisfaction is very closely related to word of mouth. The next effect will continue on the process of forming an improved image of health care agencies. The standard of patient satisfaction in health services is set nationally by the Ministry of Health at a minimum for patient satisfaction, which is above 95%. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the quality of service in aspects of staff attitude, service facilities, and rates/fees with patient satisfaction in polyclinic acupuncture and herbal LKTM Palembang. Methods: This research is quantitative and uses an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were all patients of the Palembang Community Traditional Health Workshop (LKTM) in 2020 who visited during the study period, numbering 85 people. Result: Based on the results of the study, 62.4% expressed satisfaction with the services in Polyclinic Acupuncture and Herbs (LKTM). The dimension that needs to be improved is the Assurance dimension in the officer's capability section. Based on the result of Chi-Square statistical test, the level of patients satisfaction to the service attitude of the officer, with a p-value of 0.000. Recommendation: for LKTM Palembang, it is expected to improve the quality of existing health workers and always play an active role in health services, maintain existing facilities, and review the costs set.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is one of the inpatient rooms in a hospital the purpose of observing, treating and treating patients who are in danger of life due to organ failure. Changes that occur in patients can cause pressure and become a burden for the family as caregivers and can have an impact on family psychology such as depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and depression in the families of patients who were treated in the ICU Banyumas Hospital. This study is a correlation study with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study were the families of patients who were treated at the ICU at Banyumas Hospital as many as 32 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study used the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was no relationship between spiritual well-being and depression in the families of patients treated in the ICU room at Banyumas Hospital (p value 0.088 < 0.05). The better the spiritual welfare of the patient's family, the less the risk of experiencing depression when the patient is admitted to the ICU. Keywords: spiritual well-being, depression, ICU

Background: Due to the health sector’s serious mission in maintaining the health and care of the community, the quality of provided health services is of particular prominence. Objectives: This study aims to assess the quality of services in health centers in western suburbs of Ahvaz by examining the gap between expectations and perceptions. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study and conducted in 2018. The sample size included 291 people visiting health centers in western suburbs of Ahvaz. The data were collected through the SERVQUAL standard questionnaire for assessing the quality. This questionnaire assesses five dimensions of the quality of the provided services. These five dimensions include tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to investigate the relationship between the variables. Independent t-test was used to compare the means. Data analysis was performed through SPSS version 22. Results: Overall, 89.55% of the subjects were female. In all the five dimensions of quality, there was a significant difference between the ideal status and the observed status (P < 0.001). The lowest gap was related to empathy (r = 0.25), and the highest gap was reported for tangible factors (r = -0.99). There was a significant positive correlation between each of the dimensions of expectations and the same dimension in the perceptions section (P < 0.001). Conclusions: Expectations in all the dimensions, except for empathy, were higher than perceptions, and health centers were far from ideal. Among these dimensions, expectations and perceptions in the area of reliability were higher than in other cases, and the mean scores were at a higher level. In the area of increasing the quality of care in health centers in suburbs of Ahvaz, some measures should be taken to promote the quality.

Abstract: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is defined as kidney damage which occured more than 3 months, with structural or functional abnormalities such as decreasing of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <60ml/min/1,73m2. This kidney damage will certainly disrupt one of the kidney’s functions as a producer of erythropoietin hormone which plays a role in the process of erythropoiesis. This is related to the hemoglobin levels in the erythocytes themselves. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between Hb level and GFR in patients with stage 3 and 4 CKD at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado. This was an analytical and retrospective study with a cross-sectional design using medical record of patient with stage 3 and 4 CKD at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as secondary data. The results showed that there were 50 patients with stage 3 and 4 CKD who met the inclusion criteria of 57 existing patients. The Pearson correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.023 and an r value of 0.32 for the relationship between Hb level and GFR. In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between Hb level and GFR in patients with stage 3 and 4 CKD at Prof. Dr. R. D. Patient satisfaction is a patient's level of feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what he expected so that patient satisfaction is needed quality service. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the level of patient satisfaction. This study uses an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were 47 respondents. The study was analyzed using chi-square test results of the study showed that the independent variable that is the perception of the quality of health services consisting of five dimensions has a relationship with patient satisfaction is reliability with p = 0.000, responsiveness with p = 0.000, guarantee with p = 0.002, empathy with p = 0,000 and physical evidence with p = 0,000. The conclusion of this study is the relationship between the quality of service reliability with patient satisfaction, there is a responsive relationship with patient satisfaction, there is a guaranteed relationship with patient satisfaction, there is an empathy relationship with patient satisfaction and there is a relationship of physical evidence with patient satisfaction. The advice is expected to health workers to continue to improve the quality of health services in order to achieve patient satisfaction.

Drug users are generally vulnerable to malnutrition because of the side effects of drugs itself that has resulted in appetite reduction and nutrients malabsorption. Inadequate nutrient intake especially nutrient for haemoglobinsynthesis is the main cause of anemia among drug users. The aim of this research was to analyze the relationship between intake of micronutrients and haemoglobin level among drug users in Medan Tembung Sub District. Thisresearch was an observasional study with cross sectional design. The respondents was 73 drug users selected by snowball and accidental sampling technique. Datas were analyzed using the pearson correlation test and rankspearmean correlation followed by linier regression test to analyze the main variables which cause the anemia. Background: Self-Rated Oral Health (SROH) is a simple measurement of the general condition of oral health based on self-assessment. SROH is an important key that has an impact on welfare and quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between SROH and the routine dental visit every six months.Method: Using a cross-sectional data collected from the population of the FKG UB students, there are 97 students that have been surveyed as respondents. This research was taken with questionnaire of SROH and information about doing dental checkup was obtained.Results: Self-Rated Oral Health (SROH) of the student on average is sufficient (51.6%). FKG UB students who routinely do a dental visit are 30.9%. Respondents with good Self-Rated Oral Health have a higher percentage for a routine dental checkup (RDCU). Based on the Pearson Correlation Test, the study found that the SROH and RDCU relationship has a significant relationship (p> 0.05).Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between Self-Rated Oral Healthstudents with a dental visit every six months

Patients in health services have different behaviors in deciding to take advantage of health services. Patients used various considerations to make decisions based on the health products or services for re-treatment. The study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the patient's decision in using health services for re-treatment. This research was quantitative with cross-sectional design and conducted at Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital. The population was 3.946 people, and the sample were 247 respondents taken by using purposive sampling. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression at the 95% confidence level (a= .05). The results showed that the factors that influenced the patient's decision to use health services for re-treatment at the Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital were the service quality of doctors / nurses (p= .000), distance (p=.049), facilities (p=0.000), and service speed (p = .000). The factors that did not influence we age (p=.461). gender (p=.895), education (p=.371), occupation (p=.593). The most dominant factor influencing is facilities with Exp (B)/OR =14.477, meaning that respondents who stated that the hospital facilities were good, had the opportunity to use health services for re-treatment by 14.4 times higher the respondents who stated that the hospital facilities were not good. It is suggested to Tanjung Pura Regional Hospital to propose and allocate a budget for improving hospital facilities that are still lacking and adding new service facilities so that it can increase public confidence for repeat treatment
