This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach. A cross sectional design was adopted for the investigation. There are 35 samples that fit the requirements. The findings of this study indicate that 1) bivariate analysis using the chii square test yielded a p-value of 0.000 p0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, implying that there is a relationship between breastfeeding on demand and the incidence of breast milk dam at UPT Ajangale Health Center. 2) bivariate analysis using the chii square test yielded a p-value of 0.001 and a p-value greater than 0.05. This suggests that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, implying that there is a correlation between breast care and the occurrence of breast milk dams at UPT Puskesmas Ajangale. 3) using bivariate analysis, the chi square test results were produced; the chi square test resulted in a p-value of 0.002 p>0.05. This indicates that there is a correlation between nursing postures and breast milk dams at UPT Puskesmas Ajangale.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of nurses and to determine the most dominant factors affecting the performance of nurses at the General Hospital Datu Beru Takengon 2021. The research design used a quantitative analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The population is all nurses in the Inpatient Room at RSU Datu Beru Takengon as many as 200 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test analysis obtained p-value = 0.003 < 0.05, which means there is a relationship between workload and nurse performance, while the length of service period obtained p-value = 0.652 < 0.05, which means there is no relationship between length of service and nurse performance, the training variable obtained p-value = 0.004 < 0.05 which means there is a relationship between training and nurse performance, the discipline variable obtained p-value = 0.005 < 0.05 which means it means that there is a relationship between discipline and nurse performance and the motivation variable is obtained p-value = 0.002 < 0.05, which means there is a relationship between motivation and nurse performance. The results of the Multivariate test analysis showed that the variables that influenced the performance of nurses were workload, discipline and motivation, while the most dominant variable was the workload variable with p = 0.002 <0.05.

The purpose of this research was to identify and evaluate the major dietary components linked with blood sugar levels in diabetic patients at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda in Toba Regency. This sort of study employs a cross-sectional descriptive analytic survey. The population in this research was 118 individuals, whereas the sample size was 54. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data. The chi-square test results indicate that the sugar level of people with diabetes mellitus is related to the number of calories p = 0.000, the type of food p = 0.000, and the eating schedule p = 0.003, indicating that there is a relationship between obesity, the number of calories, the type of food, and the eating schedule and blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. The findings of multivariate analysis indicate that the most relevant variable in this research, with an OR value of 53, is the quantity of calories. The research concluded that the quantity of calories consumed is the most important factor influencing blood sugar levels in persons with diabetes mellitus at UPT Puskesmas Narumonda, Toba Regency. To help lower the occurrence of diabetes mellitus, it is intended that the Health Service, puskesmas, and health professionals would collaborate to give frequent counseling about diabetes mellitus and a healthy and balanced diet.

An experiment was conducted to assess the influence of GGO on carcass features and sensory assessment of broiler chickens. 120 1-day-old (Arbo acre) birds were separated into five treatments, each with three replicates of 8 birds. Throughout the 8-week trial, clean feed and water were available at all times. NRC's basal diet was designed to suit avian nutritional needs (1994). A 0% GGO meal was given to the birds in treatment 1, whereas GGO levels of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 percent were given to the birds in treatments 2, 3, 4, and 5. As well as studying the phytochemical content of (Zingiber officinale) and garlic (Allium sativum) oil, carcass and organ features of birds were also studied. Zingiber officinale contains phenols (8.21%), alkaloids (5.12%), flavonoids (7.49%), tannins (6.52%), saponins (3.18%), streiods (2.38%), glycosides (0.18%), oxalates (0.07%), and phytate (0.07%). (0.02 %). Sativum contains flavonoids (10.67%) alkaloids (7.02%) tannins (4.72%) steroids (3.65%) saponin (2) glycoside (0.33%) oxalates (0.26%) and phytate (0.26%). (0.05 %). Dressing %, carcass and relative organ weights differed across treatments (P0.05). The liver, kidney, spleen, and other internal organs showed no signs of inflammation. GGO altered meat sensory assessment (tenderness, juiciness, taste, and fragrance) except meat color which was not significantly (P0.05) different across treatments. GGO may be fed to broilers up to 0.4 percent without affecting their health or performance.

The kind of research that was utilized in this study was an analytical questionnaire. In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support.
