The In the current era of globalization, the economic situation in Indonesia is indeed very concerning. With these conditions, many micro businesses, especially home industry businesses, have to struggle to continue carrying out product activities so that their production businesses develop. CV.Indoshoten is a small-scale company producing four main products, namely onigiri salmon flake, spicy tuna onigiri, salmon mayo onigiri and tuna mayonnaise onigiri. To maintain the continuity and development of production, steps are needed to be able to allocate raw materials and increase profits. Therefore we need an effort to use a method in determining the right combination of use of the production factors of the products made and the combination of the products produced using the linear programming model of maximization problems with the simplex method and for analysis using the solver method. The results of this study that the salmon-filled onigiri product will get a maximum profit of Rp.875,000 if the company produces 125 pieces of salmon flake onigiri and 25 pieces of salmon mayo while the tuna-filled onigiri product will get a maximum profit of Rp.626,692 if the company produces spicy tuna onigiri. 40 pcs and 107 pcs of tuna mayo. If a company has a lot of inputs that must be used for the production process and the main purpose of obtaining profits that can be used is the simplex method, whereas if the user wants to analyze variable changes so that profits remain optimal then use the solver method.

Economic growth in the era of globalization requires the company to gain maximum profit. Running business requires information. A company should be able to compete with other companies. One of the decisions that must be taken in planning at every alternative is to buy or produce itself a component of raw materials. Differential costs are related to the opportunity costs, which is the differential costs incurred costs as a result of certain decisions while the opportunity costs is the cost incurred when choosing a decision. The purpose of this study to analyze the differential costs in taking the decision to buy or produce itself and to analyze the opportunity cost to decisions taken on RM. Pondok Hijau. The analytical method used is descriptive  quantitative. Result of differential costs analysis showed that the right decisions can be taken by the management company that manufactures its own because getting a higher differential gain, compared to buying from outside. And of the opportunity costs analysis produce itself rew materials are also more profitable, thus buying from outside becomes more expensive.

The purpose of this study are to (1) determine the combination of inputs used in producing products such as beef sausages and veal sausage meatball; and (2) determine the optimal combination whether the product can provide the maximum profit. In order to determine the combination of inputs and maximum benefits can be used linear programming with graphical and simplex method. The valuation result shows that the optimal input combination would give a profit of Rp. 1.115 million per day.

The purpose of this study is to study the maximization of business profits through the determination of the optimal use of production factors in the trawl ring business in Latuhalat. Observations and direct interviews based on questionnaires were carried out on 3 fishermen who owned trawl ring businesses in 3 hamlets in Latuhalat. Data were analyzed using business profit analysis methods and linear programming analysis. The results showed that: 1). The optimal use of production factors for trawling by the respondents in Latuhalat is 41 - 45 trips in June using 15.2 - 21.1 liters of gasoline, 280.9 - 304.4 liters of gasoline, 10.1 - 21 , 2 liters of oil, using labor as much as 15-17 people for 8 hours / day, and using transportation and FAD services as much as 351.3 - 360 HOK or 8 hours per day; and 2). The maximum profit that can be obtained from trawling rings by respondents in Latuhalat is Rp. 165,545,500 - up to Rp. 184,800,000, - in June. To achieve this maximum profit, respondents need to produce 25,270.3 kg of fish to 27,540.98 kg in June.

ABSTRAK Pada umumnya harga pokok produksi dalam akuntansi diartikan dengan jumlah biaya dari seluruh pemakaian yang telah dilakukan selama proses produksi atau kegiatan yang mana mengubah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi (produk siap pakai/siap saji). Tujuan penting dalam tugas ini yaitu memperhitungkan harga pokok produksi dari UD Mulya Jaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing untuk mengetahui besarnya harga pokok pada setiap produk yang diproduksi. Pentingnya penentuan harga pokok produksi dapat dilakukan sebelum para usaha menentukan harga jual. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mencari dan menentukan harga pokok produksi yang dapat digunakan untuk menetapkan harga jual. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk membantu wirausaha dalam program kerja, yaitu bimbingan akuntansi dengan fokus perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi pada UD Mulya Jaya dapat menggunakan pendekatan variable costing yang biasanya metode ini digunakan untuk semacam pengambilan keputusan dalam perusahaan. Melalui program pendampingan kewirausahaan didapatkan hasil perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi suatu keputusan bagi UD Mulya Jaya untuk dapat menetapkan harga pokok produksi pada setiap produk telur asin. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, HPP, Harga.   ABSTRACT In general, the cost of production in accounting is defined as the total cost of all uses that have been made during the production process or activities which convert raw materials into finished products (ready-to-use / ready-to-serve products). An important objective in this task is to calculate the cost of goods manufactured from UD Mulya Jaya by using a variable costing approach to find out the cost of goods on each product produced. The importance of determining the cost of production can be done before businesses determine the selling price. This assistance aims to help find and determine the cost of production that can be used to set the selling price. This assistance is carried out to help entrepreneurs in work programs, namely accounting guidance with a focus on calculating the cost of production. In determining the cost of production at UD Mulya Jaya, it can use the variable costing approach, which is usually used for a kind of decision making in a company. Through the entrepreneurship assistance program, the results of the calculation of the cost of production are obtained using the variable costing approach. <p>CV. Baja Utama Landasan Ulin is a business entity that manufactures various products using the basic ingredients of iron. In the management of raw materials for the production of common regulatory process raw materials into sections for further processing. This setting is often done manually without doing careful planning, so that at the end of each production process there are many remaining pieces of the raw materials that should be used in production. In addition to the determination of the production is necessary to reference how the product should be made for each type of existing products. This is often an important factor that pushed for the optimization of production planning in determining the number of products for each type of product and raw material consumption.Linear Programming is one of the methods used in production planning to regulate the use of raw materials is limited. Simplex method is part of the linear programming method that can be used in the production planning system implementation. Simplex method identifies an initial basic solution and then move systematically to other basic solution that has the potential to improve the value of the objective function.The calculation result of production planning using the simplex method can be used as a reference in the decision making production planning. By building an application using the simplex method can assist in the calculation of production peencanaan more efficiently and effectively. Today many people are competing in building businesses to meet their basic daily needs. Sausage trade business is one of the businesses in the culinary field. Of course, the traders doesn’t want a lost in their business. Therefore, traders must have the right technique or method to grow up and increased their business profits. This study is using the simplex method and supported by information technology that is POM-QM to estimating the maximum profit gained from each production which is made by sausage trader per day, so that it has an accurate calculation estimate. The calculation of maximum benefit is reaches in Rp 63.000,00 per day.

Demand for poultry meat and eggs is increasing at a faster pace due to its good quality, nutritive values, and reasonable price. With the growing demand for egg and poultry meat, the demand for poultry feed is also increasing. Most of the feed ingredients which are used in poultry feed are also used for human nutrition. So these major feed ingredients and cumulatively poultry feed are facing market competition with increased cost. This study proposed linear programming (LP) technique to minimize the feed cost for small scale poultry farms. It employs locally available feed ingredients to formulate the broiler starter and finisher feed mix. The dietary nutrient requirement for broiler starter and finisher stage were determined from the prescribed standard specifications by Indian standard institutes and National Research Centers, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Sixteen feed ingredients were selected to formulate the optimal feed mix to minimize the total cost of feed mix subject to the essential nutrient constraints. Microsoft excel solver was used for the formulation of liner programming model and optimal feed mix for broiler starter and finisher were obtained.

Occupational health and safety is very important point for a company. CV. XYZ is a company that produces paving and have problem about the occupational accident. There are 4 production procceses that can be couse occupational accidents, which is taking raw materials procces, stirring batter, forming and drying. This case must be analyzed using HEART and JSA method as evaluating effort for occupational accident. The results of HEART method analysing imply that HEP value 0,8632is the most dangerous occupational, that is forpicking gravel from cement mixer machine. After known the value of HEP afterward analyzed using JSA method. The goal is as improvement to occupational accident in the production process in order can be reduced. The result of JSA method analysing are improvement suggestion such us levying mask, hat, design of additional components for machine, additional equipment for pallet and hand pallet, and assigning standart operational procedure.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the constraints and the optimalproduct combinations in the production process to obtain maximum profit at UDPutera Sroedji. UD Putera Sroedji is one of the trading companies selling packagedrice that consisted of the 2.5 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg packaging. In its productionprocess, the company experienced the problem or constraints regarding the lessoptimal use of resources to reach maximum profit. Linear programming can beused to allocate the limited resources in the production process in order to obtainmaximum profit. This research used forecasting and linear programming methodsto determine the optimal product combination at UD Putera Sroedji. Resultsshowed that UD Putera Sroedji should produce 200 units of 2.5 kg packaged rice,600 units of 5 kg packaged rice, and 148 units of 25 kg packaged rice in order toachieve a maximum profit of Rp 7,960,977 per month.Keywords: packaged rice, maximum profit, linear programming, and simplexmethod.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kendal-kendala(constraints) dan kombinasi produk yang optimal dalam proses produksi untukmemperoleh laba atau keuntungan maksimal pada UD Putera Sroedji. UD PuteraSroedji merupakan salah satu perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalamperdagangan beras kemasan, dalam kemasan 2,5 kg, 5 kg, dan 25 kg. Dalamproses produksinya, perusahaan menghadapi beberapa masalah atau kendalayang berhubungan dengan penggunaan sumber daya yang belum optimalsehingga laba yang didapatkan belum maksimal. Linear programming dapatdigunakan untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya yang terbatas untuk memperolehlaba maksimal. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahforecasting dan linear programming untuk menentukan kombinasi produk yangoptimal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa UD Putera Sroedji harus memproduksi200 unit beras kemasan 2,5 kg; 600 unit beras kemasan 5 kg; dan 148 unit beraskemasan 25 kg untuk mendapatkan laba maksimal sebesar Rp 7.960.977 perbulan.Kata Kunci: beras kemasan, laba maksimal, linear programming, metodesimpleks.
