This study aims to use information technology, uncertainty or moderation duties and interactions between task uncertainty with the use of information technology to end user computing satisfaction. In this study used 70 respondents who actively use computers and working with several companies banking on the city of Padang. The data used are the primary data obtained through questionnaires. The study used three types of variables, the first is the independent variable, namely the utilization of information technology, both moderating variables, namely the uncertainty of the task, the third is the dependent variable is satisfaction of end user computing. The stages of hypothesis testing is done by using a regression model of moderating and statistical t-test. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis (HI) was found to significantly influence the utilization of information technology to the satisfaction of end user computing. The second hypothesis (H2) testing results found that task uncertainty did not significantly influence the end user computing satisfaction. The third hypothesis (H3) testing found that the interaction or moderation between the use of technology with task uncertainty no significant effect on end user computing satisfaction.

This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of System e-Xamp Editor users in SMKN 3 Pariaman. The evaluation was conducted based on the perception of the end user by using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. EUCS Model has 6 factors i.e. content, accuracy, format, ease of use timeliness and flexibility, these 6 factors used as independent variable to evaluate e-Xamp editor user satisfaction in SMKN 3 Pariaman. This research using questionnaire as a primary data as well as scientific journals, reference books as secondary data. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and linear regression analysis as methods of data analysis. The results showed that 6 factors of EUCS model affects 61% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Content affects 6,15% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, timeliness affects 15,76% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, ease of use affects 15,36% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, format affects 5,52% of e-Xamp editor user sastisfaction, accuracy affects 2,5% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction and flexibility affects 6,4% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Kata kunci: User Satisfaction, e-Xamp editor, End-User ComputingSatisfaction (EUCS)

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The intention of the case study is to show a less-than-successful attempt at the introduction and use of information technology in a small business. Contrary to what is reported in the general and computer press, the application and understanding of technology is lacking in many small businesses that could benefit greatly from its use.

Penetration of information technology (IT) in almost every sector of the Indian economy is occurring at a very rapid pace. This has brought about a great transformation from a paper world to a digital world. Employees face new technological changes in their workplace almost every day. Some employees welcome the changes brought about by technology while others resist it and become defensive. These differences in employees’ reactions are influenced by a host of moderating variables existing in the environment. For the purpose of the present study, the researchers have adopted three moderating variables, namely, age, gender and experience (from the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology [UTUAT] model of Venkatesh, Morris, Davis, and Davis (2003, MIS Quarterly, 27, 3, 425–478). Hence, the article attempts to study the influence of the aforementioned moderating variables on the employees’ acceptance of IT at their workplace. The study has been conducted in the post offices falling under the Nalbari-Barpeta division of the Assam postal circle. The study is based on both the primary and secondary data.

AbstractThis research examines the impact of MUI's halal label on the sales volume of Holland bakery in the city of Manado. The main problem in this study is how much influence the halal label has on sales volume. The objective achieved in this study was to find out the impact of MUI's halal label on Holland Bakery's sales volume in the city of Manado. And provide recommendations to other food companies so that they can increase sales volume. This type of research is quantitative research. Data used in the study are primary data or data directly from respondents through questionnaires that are distributed in Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. As a population and a sample of consumers are Holland Bakery in the city of Manado. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, hypothesis testing using product moment correlation test and simple linear regression test. After going through quantitative procedures. This study found that the halal label has an effect on sales volume as evidenced by the product moment correlation test. It is known that the correlation value between variables X and Y is 0.562> 0. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. from the Model Summary table is 0.315 or around 31.5%. This means that the effect of the independent variable (Halal Label) on the dependent variable (Sales Volume) is 31.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 68.5% (100-31.5 = 68.5%) are explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Halal Label, Sales Volume, Holland Bakery

Evaluation of User Satisfaction with the Online KRS System at XYZ Health College using the End User Computing Satisfaction method. XYZ Health College in the KRS process has been supported by the KRS Online information system, but the KRS Online user satisfaction level has never been measured. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of user satisfaction of KRS Online College of Health XYZ in terms of several factors, namely content, accuracy, form, ease of use, and timeliness in assessing user satisfaction of KRS Online. The results of the research using instrument tests, data quality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test are known based on the results of the analysis that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is expressed by the coefficient of determination (R2) which is 0.471 or 47.1% . And the value > Fcount (13.904) > Ftable (2.76) so that the content, accuracy, form, ease of use and timeliness together have an effect on satisfaction.

There has been much controversy regarding the relationship between utilization and user satisfaction. Moreover, conflicting empirical results on that relationship have been reported. Based on the information processing view, a new, alternative model which can resolve this conflict is suggested. The model includes the congruence of task uncertainty and utilization and the contingent effect of task uncertainty on the relationship between utilization and user satisfaction in the context of end-user computing (EUC). This new model is moderately supported by an analysis of data obtained from 134 end-users in 16 Korean business organizations. The results imply that we should pay attention to the fit between task uncertainty and utlization to promote user satisfaction. The results also provide a framework which resolves the inconsistent relationship between utilization and user satisfaction. Implications and future research directions are drawn for further research on MIS and EUC and for the management of EUC.
