This study aims to create a design of information systems the acquisition and depreciation of web-based fixed assets using php mysql database at PT. Hasil Damai Textile Bandung.  Software development method using waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found the problem that the process of recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets still uses Microsoft excel so it requires a relatively long time and the calculation results are less accurate, and data storage is less secure and irregular so it is difficult to identify fixed assets that will expire depreciation.

“Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. The Public Relations Sub Division in the South Kalimantan Regional Police records the clipping of daily newspapers using Microsoft Excel. Clipping data is recorded and then processed and counted types of characters, sizes, pages and coverage. Each type is divided into 3 (three) categories. The types of characters consist of Positive, Negative and Neutral. The type of size consists of Length, Medium and Small. The type of page consists of Front, Middle and Back. Then the type of coverage consists of Large, Enough and less. At the time of recording, errors often occur so that the data generated is not in accordance with the results of calculations. Therefore, a system is built that can be used to record data clipping files with automatic calculation formulas to reduce the risk of errors and incompatibility of the calculation results. This system is built with web-based using the PHP programming language. System development method using Waterfall method.

The development of information technology that very rapidly, have an impact transformation on various aspects of life. One of the growing information technology and widely implemented is a web-based information systems. Implementation of a web-based information system currently does not just present the information in text form, but also displays the information in the form of a map. In the terms of its utilization, application of GIS technology can be widely used in various fields, including in the health field. This can be used in the presentation of information dissemination of healthy facilities in the city of Padang. Information Systems for mapping Healthy Facilities in Padang City is a tool to convey information distribution healthy facilities that exist in Padang. This information system is designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database as data storage. To display the digital maps, Google Maps is used because it has the APIs that can be integrated with multiple technologies. The presence of this information system is expected to provide facilities for those who need information about healthy facilities in Padang City. Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that guides lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. that the study program has been determined. RPS is needed to meet and adapt to users' needs because the RPS is regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer under current conditions. However, what is often a problem is that the RPS input is still using Microsoft Excel, so that it is not well documented, and the RPS made are not following the material given by the lecturer. Because of these problems, in this study, a web-based RPS adjustment information system will be designed and built using the Laravel framework that can assist the study program in documenting the RPS and knowing the suitability of the material provided by the lecturer's predetermined RPS. The system development method used in this study uses the SDLC method, and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS compatibility information system using the Laravel framework, which can facilitate the management of RPS and its compatibility with the material provided by the lecturer.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. In this era, technology develops rapidly. More adequate and modern technology displaced old technology and indicates high competition. This competition requires changes in the management of a particular business in order to keep up with developments and take advantages of the application of technology. Sinuwun Batik is SME engaged in the production of batik clothes and selling batik clothes. The increasing number of requests and various types of SME make Batik Sinuwun overwhelmed in regulating the supply of raw materials for production, because there is no warehouse record. This study aims to design a website-based application that can help Batik Sinuwun SME to manage warehouse inventory.This inventory application is designed using the Agile Scrum Development method. The stages of making the system begin with collecting the required data by eliciting user needs, this data is the basic data in determining the features of application. This application is made based on websites using the PHP framework CodeIgniter and MySQL as data storage. The application system is tested using the Blackbox Testing method and ISO: 9126.The result of this research is a website application to simplify the management of raw materials in and out of the warehouse so that the latest stock of raw materials can be found, but it can also minimize recording errors due to manual calculations.
