Pancuran Hidup Credit Union is a cooperative engaged in a savings and loan business that provides loans for its members. In its development often encountered an error due to lack of accuracy of employees in processing data processing transactions and savings and loans that still use the manual system that is using Microsoft office (Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel). This manual system is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are higher so that the calculation is even more numerous, and therefore requires an information system. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based savings and loan information system that helps make it easier for employees to manage member data and savings and loan transactions at the Pancuran Hidup Credit Union. In this study the authors used the Waterfall Model analysis method. The SDLC waterfall model is often also called the linear sequential model or classic life path. Based on the problems that have been discussed and resolved through this report, the conclusion can be drawn about the Savings and Loan Information System for the Union of Living Credit Pekanbaru based on Web, namely: Information Systems can facilitate the cooperative in making reports more quickly and produce accurate data

PEB Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative which is intended for employees of PT. PEB, is engaged in the garment industry. Established since 15 years with the number of cooperative members who are permanent employees of the company. This cooperative becomes an economical shelter to meet the needs of its employees. Technology in admin data processing is still simple using Microsoft Excel tools, in applications that connect members with admins on this system have not been designed, so from the background of this research will design a web-based and android-based savings and loan cooperative information system This design uses the waterfall model which will take a sequential design making it easier for developers and users. The hope is that this design will help make transactions for savings, loans, deposits, data collection, and reports to members, admins and leaders. The results obtained from the questionnaire with the System Usability Scale method in this savings and loan cooperative application are easy to use, faster, and practical, stated by the cooperative members by 84% and cooperative managers by 80%. It can be concluded that this application that has been designed can make it easier to carry out savings and loan transactions quickly and practically.

Abstract   The Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Adh Dhuhaa needs an information system specifically to overcome problems related to the management of SPP payments for students that are increasing every year. So far, the management of Santri SPP payments is done by inputting payment data with the Microsoft Excel application so that it still often experiences obstacles when searching for data and providing Santri SPP payment reports. Because of that, it is needed a web-based payment information system for students-based SPP in order to facilitate the treasurer of the Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Adh Dhuhaa in managing the SPP payment. The SPP Santri Payment Information System includes management of student data, monthly SPP payment data, and producing a report. With this system, it is hoped that it will be easier for treasurers of the Islamic Boarding School Tahfidz Adh Dhuhaa to manage students' tuition payment data easily and quickly.   Keywords: Student, Information System, Educational Support Contribution, Waterfall Model     Abstrak   Pesantren Tahfidz Adh Dhuhaa membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi khususnya untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan pembayaran SPP para santri yang semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Selama ini pengelolaan pembayaran SPP Santri dilakukan dengan menginput data pembayaran dengan aplikasi microsoft excel sehingga masih sering mengalami kendala pada saat mencari data dan memberikan laporan pembayaran SPP santri. Karena itu dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SPP santri berbasis web agar dapat mempermudah bendahara Pesantren Tahfidz Adh Dhuhaa dalam mengelolah pembayaran SPP tersebut. Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SPP santri ini meliputi pengelolaan data santri, data pembayaran SPP setiap bulan, sampai menghasilkan sebuah laporan. Harris Hotel Denpasar is one of the 4-star hotels in Denpasar City which has a large value and number of assets, however the asset recording process is still conventionally using microsoft office excel software. This has become a problem that inflicted the burdensome to conduct the data search and distribute it to the related user. In this study, a web-based management information system is advanced using the waterfall model type of development system starting from the first stage namely the analysis stage and specification stage until the last stage namely the operation and maintenance stage. The system information is depicted using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) starting from the Flowmap of the designed system, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram Level 0 and Data Flow Diagram Level 1 along with the data base design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is implemented using the PHP native programming language, MySQL database and template Framework Bootstrap. It has the asset inventory of data management features, including data replenishments, data updates, listing of damaged goods, recording log activities, print reports and view the statistics. The assessment of the web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is done using the Blackbox Testing Method. The result of this study is a web-based asset inventory information system that handles the company's asset management process at Harris Hotel Denpasar which consist of features such as the data additions, data updates, eliminating/reducting the asset request, recording of the damaged goods, recording of the activity log, printing reports into the spreadsheet and being able to display the asset of each department statistically.

The progress of a company is always supported by appropriate management in managing the company and labor resources. By utilizing one of the developments in web-based computer network technology, it can support the development of information systems in companies so that the flow of information can be delivered quickly and accurately. PT. Tesco Indomaritim needs to change and build a new system in the process of submitting leave to be a computerized and web-based system. In the process of submitting leave by filling in the leave form and making reports using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so that obstacles are still found. The large number of files which accumulate results in difficulties in searching, capturing and losing data. So to overcome this, a Submission Leave Information System was created at PT. Tesco Indomaritim which is expected to be able to provide solutions to the shortcomings of the old system. The web-based annual leave submission system that is made simple and easy to use must be applied in order to facilitate all employees, ease the staffing in making reports, ease for superiors for the proposed leave approval process, so that they are more effective and efficient because they are interconnected indirectly.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

Pemahaman microsoft office sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan diimplementasikan, namun ironisnya masih banyak yang belum memahami bagaimana cara menggunakannya terutama dalam memasukkan data administrasi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang meliputi teori dan praktik yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan fitur-fitur pada microsoft word dan microsoft excel. Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan microsoft office kepada kepala lingkungan di Kelurahan Abianbase dengan baik dan terstruktur maka pelaksanaan kegiatan dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan seperti tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring, dan tahap evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan ada 2, yakni mengenai microsoft word sebagai alat pembuatan surat-menyurat, dan microsoft excel sebagai alat penginputan data warga. Para peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan sangat antusias. Setelah diadakannya pelatihan mengenai microsoft office, pemahaman kepala lingkungan terhadap materi tersebut semakin meningkat serta peserta lebih bisa menggunakan microsoft office lebih optimal dalam menginput data administratif.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Attendance in the world of work is sometimes still done manually. At the Uyu shop, there are still problems that occur in recording and making attendance reports manually, such as mistakes in biodata, forgetting to record the date. Because the Uyu store still doesn't use a computerized employee or staff absence information system in managing data, so the information that can be processed is quite long and storage is not guaranteed safe. The purpose of this researcher is to create an information system that can manage attendance data for employees who work at the computerized Uyu Store and also implement a coloring method on attendance reports that generate reports based on the attendance coloring method according to employee attendance hours that are easy to understand. This method uses the coloring method as a solution to solving problems that can be solved in the greedy method, namely the color problem and the waterfall model as a system development process that uses UML design. The result of this research is that the system can operate attendance data collection as well as report employee data more efficiently and integrated.

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.
