Более 70% объектов железнодорожного транспорта России используют низкоэффективные устаревшие источники освещения. Одним из основных энергосберегающих мероприятий является их замена на современное оборудование. Автором проведена оценка эффективности замены традиционных осветительных приборов на современные энергосберегающие источники освещения. More than 70% of railway facilities in Russia use low-efficiency, outdated lighting sources. One of the main energy saving measures is their replacement with modern equipment. The author assessed the effectiveness of replacing traditional lighting devices with modern energy-saving lighting sources.

Due to their large application quantities with extremely low efficiency, pollutant emissions, high fuel consumption, and oil price, researches on the environment protection and the energy saving of construction machinery, especially hydraulic excavators, become very necessary and urgent. In this chapter, the authors proposed a complete study for the excavators' hydraulic energy recovery systems. This study is divided into two parts. In the first one, an overview for the energy saving principles is discussed and classed based on the type of the energy recovered. In the second part and once the energy recovery system is selected, the authors proposed a new approach to design the energy recovery system under a typical working cycle. This approach, the global optimization method for parameter identification (GOMPI), uses an optimization technique coupled with the simulated model on simulation software. Finally, results concluded that applying GOMPI model was an efficient solution as it proves its accuracy and efficiency to design any energy recovery patent applied to hydraulic systems.

ABSTRAKModa transportasi kereta api mempunyai banyak keunggulan dibandingkan transportasi jalan antara lain kapasitas angkut besar (massal), cepat, aman, hemat energi, dan ramah lingkungan serta membutuhkan lahan yang relatif sedikit. Dalam studi kasus ini pembangunan jaringan jalur kereta api di Pulau Kalimantan khususnya jalur Mempawah-Sanggau adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pergerakan penumpang dan pergerakan barang. Jalur Kereta Api Mempawah-Sanggau direncanakan dengan satu jalur lintasan (single track) dengan panjang lintasan ± 237 km. Dari studi terdahulu (studi kelayakan dan perencanaan jalan kereta api Pontianak-Sanggau, 2016) diketahui bahwa jumlah pergerakan penumpang pada Tahun 2060 sebesar 1.936.375 orang/tahun dan untuk jumlah pergerakan barang yang menggunakan moda transportasi kereta api pada Tahun 2060 sebesar 45.061.558 ton/tahun. Untuk Tahun 2060 kapasitas lintas kereta api barang tertutup untuk jalur Mempawah-Sanggau tidak bisa dioperasikan sehingga perlu penambahan jalur.Kata kunci: kereta api, pola operasi kereta api, Grafik Perjalanan Kereta Api (Gapeka). ABSTRACTThe railway transport have many adventages over road transportation among other large capacity, more fast, safe, energy saving and environmentally friendly and require less land. In this case study the construction of the railway network at Kalimantan Island especially track of Mempawah-Sanggau is to meet the needs of the movement of passengers and movement of item. The Mempawah-Sanggau railway is planned with a single track with length ± 237 km. From previous studies (feasibility study and railway planning Pontianak-Sangggau, 2016) it is know thar the number of passenger movements in 2060 is 1.936.375 person/year and the total of item movement using railway transport in 2060 is 45.061.558 tons/year. For the year 2060 the capacity of trainway freight train for track at Mempawah-Sanggau can not be operation and need for additional trainway.Keywords: train, pattern of rail operations, Railway Travel Graph (RTG).

Energy saving in manufacturing is the key to reduce energy consumption of unit GDP. Forming equipments are one of the biggest energy consumers. The basic reason of high energy consumption and low efficiency for current forming equipments is the mismatch between uncontrollable driving characteristics and the variable loads in forming processes. Complex transmission and control mechanisms are needed, wasting a lot of energy. The basic principles of driving were put forward to realize energy saving for forming equipments: faster in virtual strokes, slower in working strokes, stop when idling and recycling excessive energy. The servo driving based on large AC servo motors can make the driving and forming loads match each other well, realizing not only high automation and intelligence, but energy saving greatly as well. Theoretical analysis and experiments showed that by adopting AC servo driving the crank presses, hydraulic presses and screw presses could get the energy saving results of 25-70%.

In China, Three oil companies use all sorts of beam pumping units, but the operation of balancing adjustment is labor-intensive, low efficiency and adjustment accuracy in general. Many engineers try to improve these, so they design various kinds of devices to adjust the balance of pumping units, however, the intelligent level of most balance devices is low and the installation and maintenance is complicated and security is not high. In this design, pumping unit balancing adjustment technology for theoretical support, combined with mechanical and electrical system, an intelligent balancing adjustment device is designed. The experiment shows that after the installation of device, current degree of balance is optimized at 106%, besides energy saving reach to 8.5%.

This paper describes the cluster well central controlled energy-saving device developed for aiming at low efficiency, large energy consumption characteristics of the cluster apheresis well group. The search is based on the oil well production parameters, takes account of the main factor influencing the efficiency of the system of machine production wells, and integrates the following energy-saving innovation technologies: the soft-start control, the dynamic power factor compensation, a common DC bus, stepless frequency converter parameters, and dynamic power adjustment. It realizes the following purposes: optimizing the well production parameters, solving the low running efficiency and large power consumption of the pumping unit, improving the group of low-yielding plexus wells pumping system efficiency, saving energy in scale.

Rapid increase of energy consumption greatly restrains China’s sustainable development. Pump station is one of the high consumption systems in national economy. However, issues in design and management like low availability of equipment, unreasonable selection of water pump and no reactive power consumption capacitor lead to waste of energy and low efficiency of pump station, which shall be resolved during innovation of energy saving technology. Beginning with the current status of the pump station and through analyzing current problems, technology improvement measures are put forward in this paper such as expansion of irrigation area and performance adjustment of water pump. The sample evaluation is treated in a normalized way to get the optimal policy for energy saving technology innovation solution and achieve better economic benefits.

For now the beam pumping unit balance adjustment manually of labor-intensive, low efficiency, less secure, low adjustment accuracy, besides most of the balance device intelligence level not enough, installation and maintenance of complicated and other issues. In this paper pumping unit balance adjustment technology for theoretical support, combined with mechanical and electrical system design an intelligent balance adjustment device. The device can be based on real-time balance condition of beam pumping unit to adjust balance automatically, so that the pumping unit runs in relatively balanced conditions. Experiments show that after installation of devices, the pumping unit balance adjustment of efficiency and safety factors are improved in large extent, what’s more the desired adjustment effect and energy saving purposes are achieved.

On this basis, Developed chopping control and energy saving controller for three-phase AC asynchronous motor .By real-time detection of power factor and other parameters,the energy-saving controller using PWM chopped-controlled voltage regulator means regulating the motor supply voltage to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
