Digitalization projects are software projects. Less suitable for such projects are sequential planning methods often used in conventional project management, as application-specific requirements and interdependencies of facilities and IT systems considerably increase overall complexity. Therefore, this paper presents an approach for the systematic selection of suitable management methods for digitalization projects, which adds iterative procedures from software development to traditional project planning in the production environment.

Software development processes are highly creative, and therefore prone to change frequently. Also, recent developments show that most software projects require knowledge and skills in a lot of areas. Since the necessary expertise often cannot be found at one development site, the necessity arises to distribute projects among several sites, or form "virtual" corporations, where software development is shared between several companies. The first point makes it necessary to support changes by identifying and notifying the people affected by a change. The second point emphasizes this necessity, while also complicating project planning and management: changes in one development site or company might necessitate replanning in several locations. In this paper, we introduce the MILOS approach, which provides concepts to integrate process modeling, planning, scheduling and enactment in one system. Thus dynamic plan changes, as well as automated feedback from execution to the project plan can be supported.

The Software Factory of the ICT Research Center is currently implementing a research model that consists in the incorporation of undergraduate students of the Technological University of Panama in software development projects. This model aims to promote the participation of university students on real software development projects, and to build a research culture. The model consists of five phases: Project planning, selection of students, provide a 45-hour training to selected students on ICT Research Center development guidelines, assign and insert students in software projects (they will also be assigned to a mentor), and give the opportunity to high performance students to be recruited by an ICT Research group. It should be noted that student participation is voluntary, so they do not receive final compensation. Keywords: Student's insertion, volunteering, software development

Most computing programs still devote little time to software life cycle development, software processes, quality issues, team skills, and other areas of software engineering essential to effective commercial software development. A teaching project was developed and implemented by accommodating knowledge and practices that are applicable to most projects in the area of project management and in the area of software development to Information Systems (IS) students. This approach is relevant to IS model curricula and is in accordance with IS2002.10 project management and practice course guidelines. The rationale behind this approach is to overcome the relative lack of experience of IS students in many aspects of project management and software development by introducing them how to plan, organize, and control software development projects, and to help students strengthen good software engineering practices prior to entering IT industry and become more efficient. We present results of a case study based on a survey conducted in an IT Systems Development course. Survey results show that including topics on project management and Software Engineering best practices lab into an IT Systems Development course helped students (a) deal with non-technical issues of software projects, (b) develop their ability to communicate clearly with team members, and (c) overcome their lack of experience in many aspects of project management and software development.

ABSTRACT [In advanced countries the number of permanent contraception option ( kontap ) approximately 10 % of all national family planning methods , while in Indonesia reached approximately 5.7 % . Based on data obtained from medical records Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2010 the number of achievement when seen from the percentage of contraceptive use is only 9.10 % The purpose of this study is known age and parity relationship with the selection of contraceptive methods Surgery Women ( MOW ) in Palembang RS.Bhayangkara obstetrics clinic in 2012 . This study uses the analytic survey with cross sectional approach . The population in this study were women who become new acceptors were recorded in medical records at the hospital . Palembang Bhayangkara Hospitals January 1, 2012 to December 31 in 2012 . The sample in this study is part of a whole number of new acceptors ( either using contraception methods MOW and other family planning methods ) were registered in the hospital . Palembang Police Hospitals of January 1, 2012 to December 31 years of data 2012.Analisa univariate and bivariate statistical Chi - Square test with significance level α = 0.05 . The results showed there were 80 respondents ( 46.3 % ) who became MOW contraceptive acceptors , acceptors who have old age by 45 respondents ( 56.3 % ) and who has a young age by 35 respondents ( 43.8 % ) . acceptors which have high parity were 44 respondents ( 55 % ) who had low parity and a total of 36 respondents ( 45 % ) . From the results of Chi-square test value obtained ρ = 0.00 is smaller than α = 0.05 . There is a significant correlation between age and the selection of MOW Chi square test results obtained ρ value = 0.00 and there was a significant association between parity with the election MOW Chi square test results obtained ρ value = 0 , . From these results , it is expected to power health, especially family planning services at the hospital . Palembang Police Hospitals in order to improve the quality of family planning services in an effective, efficient , and safe are considered particularly suitable for users of contraception OperatingMethodWomen(MOW).
