The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rumusan masalah adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Asosiatif yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purvosive Sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang didapat Y =. 3,725+ 0,130 X1 + 0,255 X2 + 0,082 X3 + 0,273 X4 - 0,088 X5+e Secara simultan (Uji F) ada pengaruh yang signifikan tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Grab di Kota Palembang. Secara parsial (Uji t) variabel tangible thitung (2,609) ≥ ttabel (1,666), variabel reliability thitung (3,454) ≥ ttabel (1,666), variabel responsiveness thitung (1,176) ≤ ttabel (1,666), variabel assurance nilai thitung (3,235) ≥ ttabel (1,666), dan variabel empathy thitung (-0.985) ≤ ttabel (1,666), Koefisien Determinasi R2 sebesar 0,663 angka tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan sebesar 66,3% sedangkan sisanya 0,337 atau 33,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the problem formulation whether the effect of service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Palembang City. This type of research is associative research, which is to determine the effect of service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in Palembang City. The variables used are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The sample in this study were 68 respondents, with purposive sampling technique as a sample. Partially (t test) tangible variable t count (2.609) ≥ttable (1.666), variable reliability tcount (3.454) ≥ttable (1.666), variable responsiveness tcount (1.176) ≤ttable (1.666), assurance variable tcount (3,235) ≥ t table (1.666), and the empathy variable tcount (-0.985) ≤ttable (1.666), the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.663 this figure illustrates that customer satisfaction can be influenced by service quality by 66.3% while the remaining 0.337 or 33.7% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Globalization now has a big impact on people's lives, especially seen from their lifestyle. The mindset of a developing and changing society does not escape the influence of technological progress. Facing competition, companies must be able to place their products in the midst of intense business competition. Consumers today are smarter and selective in choosing the goods and services used. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, servicescape, and prices on consumer satisfaction at consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor.This study used a survey research design on respondents by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The population of this study was the Bogor community who took care at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents having done treatment at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor and aged over 17 years. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the partial significance test (t test).The results of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16 show that service quality, servicescape, and prices partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, servicescape, price and customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research sample is the regular customers of the company PT. Indosteger Jaya used accidental sampling technique and obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality on the interest of muzaki (study at zakat institutionsSurabaya). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all muzaki registered at zakat institutions in Surabaya. The sampling technique using convenience sampling. This study uses 6 (six) zakat institutions that have been selected by taking a sample of 120 muzaki. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study show that accountability, transparency, and service qualitypartially have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat. This study aims to investigate the effects of service quality and physical environment on customer satisfaction at the Unsilent Cafe Palembang. Based on the Slovin formula, this study used 99 samples with an accidental technique from a population of 7,710. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression on SPSS. The results uncover that service quality and physical environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.749 proves that service quality and the physical environment have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.561 indicates that the contribution of service quality and physical environment explains consumer satisfaction by 56.1%.

The study entitled “Antecedent Factors Determining Patient SatisfactionIn Mlati II Health Center "aims to partially determine the effect andsimultaneous variables of caring, effectiveness on an ongoing basis,appropriateness/worthiness, information, efficiency, effectiveness-food to satisfactionpatients at Mlati II Health Center. The population in this study was inpatientswho use the services of Mlati II Health Center. The sampling technique at this research uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniqueusing interviews and questionnaires. 87 samples were processed from 100respondent. The data analysis method used is linear regression analysismultiple. Testing the variables in this study using the help of the programSPSS 16.0 for windows. By using the method of multiple linear regression can be concludedthat the caring variable does not significantly influence satisfactionpatient. The effectiveness variable on an ongoing basis also has no significant effect.The appropriateness/feasibility variable has no significant effect. Information variablesignificant effect. The efficiency variable has no significant effect. Variablefood-effectiveness has no significant effect. Simultaneously the variable Concern (X1), Effectiveness on an ongoing basis (X2), Appropriateness/Feasibility (X3),Information (X4), Efficiency (X5), Food-Effectiveness (X6) have no effectsignificant on patient satisfaction. The resulting coefficient of determination isequal to 0.008 which means 0.8% can explain the variable Concern (X1), Sustained effectiveness (X2), Appropriateness/Feasibility (X3), Information (X4),Efficiency (X5), food-effectiveness (X6) and patient satisfaction (Y) together, while the remaining 92% is explained by other variables not examined.

In the competitive situation of banks, banks as an industry engaged in services not only offer services but also products offered by the bank. Simpedes is one of the savings products offered by BRI for the village community which then extends to the urban community using the savings products. However, customers of Simpedes savings product at BRI Unit Tugu Semarang have decreased. This is due to several complaints on customer ratings on Simpedes product services. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in customers of savings products Simpedes BRI Unit Tugu Semarang.This type of research is explanatory research, the method of data collection using interviews, data collection tools using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents, customers are saving on Simpedes savings products. The sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test with the help of SPSS 16.0 program.The results of this study can be concluded that partially these variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service Quality affects customer satisfaction with t count (7,568)> t table (1,9845). The value of customer influence on customer satisfaction with t count (8,373)> t table (1,9845). This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Purpose-To study the impact of the service quality and trust on customers loyalty of PT.Bank Mandiri,Tbk; Kelapa Gading Barat Branch. To improve the customers loyalty there are several factors that can influence them, such as service quality and trust. Methodology/approach-The research population was all customers PT.Bank Mandiri,Tbk;Kelapa Gading Barat Branch.According to the homogeneous population and based on the Gay and Diehl Theory, the samples taken were 50 people. Variables in this investigations consisted of: a).Independent Variables (exogenous): Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2). b).The dependent variable (endogenous) Customers Loyalty (Y). Analysis tool being used is multiple linear regression which previously conducted validity and realiability. Findings-The result of investigations that service quality and trust simultaneously have a very strong contribution of 75,5% to the customers loyalty, and partially showed that service quality has significant and positive contribution to the customers loyalty of 64,8%. Partially, the trust variable has significant and positive contribution which amounted to 55,9% to the customers loyalty.
