PARENTS’ EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND FAMILY PARENTING AFFECTED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN SPIRITUAL MORAL. The level of education possessed by parents is one of the factors that influenced parenting provided by parents to children which in turn will affect the development of child’s spiritual moral, but that we need to know is the extent to which the role of these factors could influenced their spiritual moral development. Based on the research statement, the aimed of this research was to know the significant of parents’ educational background and family parenting on the development of children spiritual moral in Islamic Junior High School of Al-khairiyah Pabuaran – Cilegon. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. From the result of the research known that parents’ educational background effected on the development of children spiritual moral shown that tcount > ttable (5.030 > 2.0280), and family parenting affected on the development of children spiritual moral it’s shown that tcount > ttable (14.743 > 2.0280), and between X1 and X2  variable appeared that rcount was 0,51 all of which were greater than r table 0,329, so it concluded that there was a significance influence of parents’ educational background and family parenting on the development of children spiritual moral.

The influence of Madrasah principals' leadership and teacher discipline on the professionalism of teachers in the Public Islamic Junior High School or Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi City has been carried out in this research using a quantitative approach. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher discipline on the professionalism of teachers and the influence of the combination of both. Data was collected using a survey method with 63 respondents who were distributed to Sijenjeng Madrasah as many as 24 people, while in Talang Bakung Madrasah there were 39 people. Based on the results of this study, it is found that the better the headmaster's leadership accompanied by the discipline of a teacher will affect the better formation of teacher professionalism with value of the influence of the headmaster's leadership (83.72%), teacher discipline (22.15%), and combination of leadership of the madrasah-discipline teacher (17.2%).

This research deals with the development of teaching material in writing fable story texts with children's film assistance for grade vii in junior high school 6 Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Riau, 2018/2019. Teaching material of fable story text with children's film assistance are designed according to the development and age of students so that they can contribute to the emotional and moral development of students. The sample of this study were 32 students of seventh grade of in junior high school 6 Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Riau. The conclusion was teaching material with children's film assistance which developed can train students to learn independently with minimal help from the teacher. The role of the teacher is only as a facilitator who guides and directs students to learning fable story texts.

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of self regulation in enhancing the ability of creative thinking in social studies teaching and learning. Therefore, the author conducted a survey on junior high school in South Tangerang, Banten. Students ability to organize themselves into an important key in developing the ability to think creatively. Students will know what you want to achieve so that he has a conscious effort to focus the attention and the ability to complete the task. Ability is what is required by Indonesian golden generation because they will be dealing with a very complex challenge. The golden generation should be given so that the provision could be responsible for the lives of himself and his people.

Technology literacy is the capacity to operate, manage, assess and realize the technology is. This study aims to determine an empirical description of the level of technological literacy owned by counselor/counseling teacher in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods.The data collection was worked out using by technology literacy instruments by taking a sample from 157 junior high school with counseling teachers around DKI Jakarta. The results of the research related to the level of technological literacy showed that 61.14% of counseling teachers were in the top categories, which iz 35.03% in the sufficient category and 3.82% in the low and very low categories.

This study was conducted from February 2021 to March 2021 to determine the stress management amidst the covid - 19 pandemics of the junior high school teachers in selected high schools of Aborlan North. The descriptive research design, specifically the survey method, was used in this study. Data were gathered through survey questionnaires. A total of 39 permanent teachers were enumerated from the selected high schools as the respondents of the study. The result showed that most of the respondents were married females in their middle age. They had been in the service for a mean of 11.3 years and almost three fourth (74.4%) of them were Secondary School Teacher I with a mean teaching load of 26.4 hours per week. The perceived sources of stress such as work, family, personal, and environmental were considered distinctly part of the respondents’ lives. The level of perceived stress of the respondents was noted to be “high stress”. The activities engaged in very often to manage stress by a majority of the respondents were walking, praying, attending church/religious service, planting, gardening, and watering plants, washing domes, cooking/baking, evaluating oneself, watching the news, watching entertainment programs, watching “teledramas”, “telenovelas”, listening to music, texting, going to the internet, and talking with a family member.

Educational – Psychology is one part of the Psychology and it is an application of Educational – psychology Science.  In the Islamic school, the jobs and role of education psychologist are handed by the School Counselor. One of the junior high school in Pare often finds cases dealing with the students’ discipline. These cases mostly handed by the homeroom teacher, vice headmaster and headmaster. So far the cases found are dealing with the disciple while other cases haven’t handled maximally. The unhandled cases bring problems for the school especially the system of Islamic school. The objective of the research is to comprehend more about the existing cases by applying psychology assessment process. This process is about to apply deeper observation and interview. In other side, the role of counselor is found not maximum. As the intervention of the problem, the researcher applies the followings: 1. set a module of counseling, 2. propose a counselor, 3. create a job analysis for the counselor. The set of intervention has been done. Although the change is not maximal, the activity has been ended. However, the result is a recommendation to be followed up by the Islamic school
