The media in general, and advertising in particular, are considered as important agents of socialization, including genderrelated issues. Thus the legislator has focused on the regulation of the images of women and men in advertisements. However, regulations prohibiting sexist advertising in Spain pay specific attention to audiovisual media. The objective of this study is to check whether this unequal interest also takes place in academic research. This paper analyzes the differences in the scientific literature (national and international) on the sexism in advertising depending on the media. Specifically we examine the methodology, techniques and ways to measure concepts. In order to do this, we conduct a systematic review of studies on gender and advertising published in Spanish or English between 1988 and 2010 in seven databases Spanish (Dialnet, Compludoc, ISOC), or international (Scopus, Sociological Abstracts, PubMed and Eric).The main results of the 175 texts analyzed show that, unlike legislative controls, the academy has studied mainly sexism in advertising in print media, although interest by analysis of the treatment of gender in the discourse of advertising audiovisual seems to be increasing. Los medios de comunicación en general, y la publicidad en particular, son considerados importantes agentes de socialización, incluso en temas relacionados con el género. No en vano el legislador se ha preocupado por la regulación de las imágenes de mujeres y hombres trasmitidas en los anuncios. Sin embargo, las normativas que prohíben la publicidad sexista en España prestan específica atención a los medios audiovisuales en detrimento del resto. En este escenario, el objetivo del presente trabajo es comprobar si este dispar interés según soporte se reproduce en la investigación. Así, se consideran las diferencias en la producción científica (nacional e internacional) sobre el sexismo publicitario en función del medio de comunicación observando específicamente la metodología, las técnicas y la forma concreta de medir este concepto en los artículos. Para ello se realiza una revisión sistemática de los estudios sobre publicidad y género publicados en español o en inglés entre 1988 y 2010 indexados en siete importantes bases de datos españolas (Dialnet, Compludoc, Isoc) e internacionales (Scopus, Sociological Abstracts, PubMed y Eric). A partir del análisis de los 175 textos seleccionados, los resultados apuntan que, a diferencia de los controles legislativos, la academia ha estudiado mayoritariamente el sexismo publicitario en los medios impresos, aunque el interés por el análisis del tratamiento de género en los discursos publicitarios audiovisuales parece irse acrecentando.

Film education in the digital age should be based on three closely-related and complementary fundamentals: to see, to analyze and to make films with young people; three basics that must interact and support each other. The concept of creative analysis could be the glue the binds this subject together, making it coherent and efficient for educational purposes. If cinema is an art, it is above all the art of memory, both individual and collective. This article suggests that we can join the pedagogy of film education to the citizen’s desire to perpetuate memory and preserve cultural heritage. The author describes various types of films to prove this hypothesis, and at the same time indicates the economic and cultural dimension of the media. The essay starts with an approach to film education in the digital age. Later, it analyzes certain aspects of films of memory, referring specifically to the typology of standpoints of film-makers and the treatment of their sources. Lastly, there is a reflection on the convergence of the concept of creative analysis, promoted by film education, and the production of videos by young people dedicated to the individual or collective memory. This convergence matches European Union proposals concerning the production and creation of audiovisual media from this viewpoint. La educación para el cine en la era digital debería apoyarse en tres polos complementarios y estrechamente asociados: ver, analizar y hacer películas con jóvenes. Estos tres polos han de potenciarse mutuamente. El concepto de análisis creativo podría ser la argamasa que diera coherencia y eficiencia al dispositivo educativo. Si el cine es un arte, es sobre todo el arte de la memoria, tanto colectiva como individual. Este artículo sugiere que es posible hacer converger la pedagogía de la educación cinematográfica y la voluntad ciudadana de perpetuar la memoria, al tiempo que se protege el patrimonio cultural. El autor propone una serie de películas para ilustrar estos planteamientos, que ponen de relieve la dimensión económica y cultural de los medios de comunicación, respondiendo en esta convergencia a las más recientes directrices de la Unión Europea sobre creación y producción, desde esta perspectiva, de medios audiovisuales. El trabajo se inicia con una aproximación a la educación para el cine en la era digital. Posteriormente se recogen algunas singularidades de las «películas de la memoria», aludiendo concretamente a la tipología de los puntos de vista de los realizadores y al tratamiento de sus fuentes. Por último, se refleja el encuentro entre el concepto de «análisis creativo», fomentado por la educación cinematográfica, y la realización de videogramas hechos por jóvenes y dedicados a la memoria individual o colectiva.

EspañolHace muchos años se describió el ahora conocido efecto copycat. Se entiende como la reproducción del acto autolesivo, por parte de personas susceptibles, posterior a la exposición a la información en los medios de comunicación relacionada con un suicidio concretado (en noticias, redes sociales, etc.). A partir de la observación en la atención psicológica y psiquiátrica de los pacientes, nuestro grupo ha detectado que esta replicación en realidad forma parte de un espectro mucho más amplio, y que, consecuentemente, otras manifestaciones suelen pasar inadvertidas. Si se trazara un continuum de esas expresiones, en el extremo más severo, se encontraría el suicidio consumado luego de la exposición a dicho material, que es el componente más reconocido hasta la fecha (efecto copycat); no obstante, en otras zonas del espectro, también es posible que las personas experimenten distorsiones cognitivas, componentes obsesivos e intrusivos, ideación pasiva y activa de muerte e intentos no consumados de suicidios. El presente documento se propuso como objetivo describir este fenómeno y, a la vez, ejemplificarlo mediante la exposición de un caso. Resulta probable que el correcto reconocimiento y abordaje fenomenológico sean pasos básicos para establecer los tratamientos y las estrategias preventivas, que garanticen la seguridad de estas personas.EnglishLong ago, the scientific literature informed about the now well-known copycat effect, understood as a reproduction of the self-injurious act by susceptible individuals after being exposed to suicide-related information in the media (news, social networks, etc.). From observations in psychological and psychiatric care of patients, our group has detected that these manifestations are actually part of a much broader clinical spectrum, where other manifestations can also be found. It would seem plausible that if a spectrum is defined, the most severe end would be consummated suicide, which is the well-recognized component to date (copycat effect); but it is also possible that there is a series of more diverse expressions in other patients after having been exposed to this information, which could include cognitive distortions, obsessive and intrusive phenomena, passive and active ideation of death and unsuccessful uicide attempts. Our purpose with this paper is to explain our observations and present a clinical vignette as an example. We believe that correct recognition and approach to these phenomena is fundamental to establish treatments and preventive strategies that guarantee the safety of this population.

ResumoEste artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre as produções realizadas no Brasil que tratam a etnomatemática em contexto cultural afro-brasileiro, expondo não apenas uma organização de dados, mas também uma breve noção sobre o que vem sendo produzido por pesquisas acadêmicas. Para isso, este estudo seguiu o protocolo de uma revisão sistemática de literatura estabelecido pelo Instituto Cochrane e, para localização e seleção das pesquisas, foi utilizada a Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações como base de pesquisa. Por meio das buscas realizadas e com critérios definidos, foram selecionadas onze pesquisas, entre teses e dissertações. Com essa revisão sistemática, pode-se concluir que: há pesquisas acadêmicas que tratam a etnomatemática relacionada à cultura afro-brasileira defendidas no Brasil de 2005 a 2019; essas pesquisas abordam a vida em uma comunidade quilombola, artesanato, jogos africanos, agremiação de samba e estatística étnico-racial; tais pesquisas acadêmicas são favoráveis tanto para linha de pesquisa etnomatemática como para o cumprimento da Lei nº 11.645/08; é necessário ter novas pesquisas que busquem associar a etnomatemática aos demais contextos culturais afro-brasileiros de modo a pluralizar as pesquisas sobre etnomatemática e cultura afro-brasileira. Palavras-chave: Matemática, Etnomatemática, cultura afro-brasileira, teses, dissertações.AbstractThis article aims to present a systematic review of the literature on the productions made in Brazil that deal with ethnomathematics in an Afro-Brazilian cultural context, exposing not only an organisation of data but also a brief notion about what has been produced by academic research. For this, this study followed the protocol of a systematic literature review established by the Cochrane Institute and, for the location and selection of the studies, the Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações/Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations was used as a research base. Through the searches carried out and with defined criteria, eleven studies were selected, among theses and dissertations. With this systematic review, we concluded that: there are academic works that deal with ethnomathematics related to Afro-Brazilian culture defended in Brazil from 2005 to 2019; these studies address life in a quilombola community, handicrafts, African games, samba association and ethnic-racial statistics; such academic research is favourable both for the ethnomathematical research line and for the fulfilment of Law nº 11.645/08, and it is necessary to have new research that seeks to associate ethnomathematics with other Afro-Brazilian cultural contexts in order to pluralise research on ethnomathematics and Afro-Brazilian culture.Keywords: Mathematics, Ethnomathematics, afro-brazilian culture, theses, dissertations.ResumenEste artículo tiene como objetivo presentar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre las producciones realizadas en Brasil que abordan la etnomatemática en un contexto cultural afrobrasileño, exponiendo no solo una organización de datos, sino también una breve noción sobre lo producido por investigaciones académicas. A través de las búsquedas realizadas y con criterios definidos, se seleccionaron once investigaciones, entre tesis y disertaciones. Con esta revisión sistemática, se puede concluir que: existen investigaciones académicas que abordan las etnomatemáticas relacionadas con la cultura afrobrasileña defendidas en Brasil de 2005 a 2019; estas investigaciones abordan la vida en una comunidad quilombola, artesanías, juegos africanos, asociaciones de samba y estadísticas étnico-raciales; dichas investigaciones académicas son favorables, tanto para la línea de investigación de etnomatemáticas como para el cumplimiento de la Lei nº 11.645/08; es necesario contar con una nueva investigación que busque asociar la etnomatemática a otros contextos culturales afrobrasileños para así pluralizar la investigación sobre etnomatemática y la cultura afrobrasileña.Palabras clave: Matemáticas, Etnomatemáticas, Cultura afrobrasileña, Tesis, Disertaciones.

The current information ecosystem, crossed by a logic mediamorphosis, is increasingly generating the emergence of digital media and information portals that do not follow the formal publishing procedures of conventional media. The crisis of traditional media has also changed the way we become informed. However, information quality remains a factor for discussion in the absence of unified criteria for analysis. In this regard, the question arises: how do we evaluate and assess the quality of information in digital media? This study aims to seek agreement between academics and media professionals on the areas and dimensions of information quality of digital media according to objective or quantifiable values. For this, a taxonomy of the dimensions related to information quality was created, based on the review of scientific literature and further evaluated and validated by 40 experts, including scholars and media professionals alike, who focused on verifying the classification´s reliability. As a result, three macro areas of information quality, containing 21 areas, inherently comprised of a total of 75 dimensions, were validated. Lastly, this study proposes a structured model that will allow for the analysis of information quality of digital media, both in its pre-information phase catalogued in the media-business and on the media-workers’ socio-occupational characteristics, as well as its final product and informational content. El actual ecosistema informativo, atravesado por una lógica de mediamorfosis, está generando con avidez el surgimiento de medios digitales y portales informativos que no siguen los procedimientos editoriales formales de los medios convencionales. La crisis de los medios de comunicación tradicionales ha cambiado también nuestra forma de informarnos. Sin embargo, la calidad informativa sigue siendo un factor de discusión al no existir unidad de criterios para su análisis. En este sentido surge la pregunta ¿Cómo evaluar y valorar la calidad informativa de los medios digitales? Este trabajo contribuye a buscar convergencias entre académicos y profesionales de la comunicación sobre las áreas y dimensiones de la calidad informativa de los medios digitales en función de valores objetivos o cuantificables. Para ello se ha realizado una taxonomía de dimensiones de la calidad informativa a partir de la revisión de la literatura científica, para posteriormente someterlo a la evaluación y validación por juicio de 40 expertos, académicos y profesionales de la comunicación, para verificar su fiabilidad. Como resultado, quedaron validadas tres macroáreas de la calidad informativa, contentivas en 21 ámbitos que consideran intrínsecamente un total de 75 dimensiones. Esta investigación propone finalmente un modelo estructurado que permitirá analizar la calidad informativa de los medios digitales, tanto en su fase pre-informativa, catalogadas en el medio-empresa, las características sociolaborales de los trabajadores del medio, así como el producto final y el contenido informativo.

Abstract As strategic asset – determinant of sustained competitiveness – corporate/firm reputation has a very distinctive feature that sets it apart: although reflection of (better, worse or not at all performed) reputation management at a company’s level, it is rather a “representation” / “perception” – built on a business’s previous behaviors, but more precisely on the ways its different stakeholders have interacted (acknowledged, internalized, resonated) with them – in a (sometimes unconscious) process highly mediated and moderated by the media. Thus, the current study aims to explore the interplays between corporate/firm reputation and media as they are reflected in the scientific literature – through a bibliometric analysis of the WoS Core Collection database records (between 1992 and 2019), using the VOSviewer tool. With its emphasis on corporate/firm reputation and media, the paper shapes the broad theoretical backgrounds in anticipation of future research and empirical results to be revealed on a much more focused and applied/practical area, namely the reputation of the media in Romania.

The metrology area is responsible for measurement properties and is present in the market through services related to calibration, standardization, maintenance, measurement traceability, and certification. While there is a demand from metrology companies for efficient methods of managing the quality of their services and operations, lean culture encompasses the most important management techniques with applications in various segments. Considering the aspects that permeate these two areas, the question arises about a possible intersection between the demands of companies and metrology laboratories to remain competitive and certified in the market and benefits provided by lean culture. Thus, this paper performs a systematic review, according to the PRISMA protocol, in order to verify if there is an intersection between lean and metrology in the scientific literature. Through bibliometric and qualitative analyses, the research shows a gap of application with a lack of articles in this area, as well as a great potential of places and tools to be implemented.

RESUMEN: Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la evolución de la investigación sobre enseñanza de lenguas en el ámbito universitario dentro de la colección principal de la Web of Science (1900-2019). Para ello, se ha desarrollado un estudio bibliométrico por revisión sistemática, tomando en consideración los siguientes indicadores: producción diacrónica, geográfica, autores y de fuente. A su vez, se ha realizado un análisis del desarrollo estructural de los temas sobre una muestra de 2978 referencias procedentes de seis búsquedas combinadas. Los análisis realizados determinan un patrón de crecimiento exponencial de la literatura científica sobre la enseñanza de idiomas en el ámbito universitario durante la última década (2010-2019); período que contempla el 87,2% de la producción científica actual. En relación a la evolución de los temas del campo, se observa que las líneas de investigación actual se están centrando mayormente en la introducción de la tecnología para el apoyo de la enseñanza de idiomas en el contexto universitario. PALABRAS CLAVE: enseñanza de idiomas; universidad; educación superior; revisión sistemática.   ABSTRACT: The aim of this article is to analyse the evolution of research on language teaching at the university level within the main collection of the Web of Science (1900-2019). To this end, a bibliometric study has been developed through systematic review, taking into consideration the following indicators: diachronic, geographical, authors and source productions. At the same time, an analysis of the structural development of the topics has been carried out on a sample of 2978 references from six combined searches. The analyses carried out determine an exponential growth pattern in the scientific literature on language teaching in universities over the last decade (2010-2019), a period that covers 87.2% of the current scientific production. In relation to the evolution of topics in the field, it is observed that current lines of research are focusing mainly on the introduction of technology to support language teaching in the university context. Abstract The mobile phone, with revolutionary smart capabilities, provided its users enormous benefits, especially the convenience of shopping through websites and applications from anywhere and anytime. There are several academic studies conducted to measure the adoption and usage behavior of consumers towards mobile shopping platforms, for more than a decade. However, the research on mobile shopping behavior had gained more attention only in the last few years. The purpose of this study is to conduct a detailed and systematic review of mobile shopping literature (from the consumer behavior perspective) and perform quantitative analysis, with the help of bibliometric analysis. The study examined 158 academic articles that was obtained from Scopus, to perform bibliometric analysis, and the analysis revealed that the research on mobile shopping behavior had gained more attention between 2012 and 2018. The paper identifies the key contributions in terms of the most productive journals, countries, institutions, papers, and authors in research on consumers’ mobile shopping behavior. The co-citation reference analysis, keyword co-occurence analysis and word cloud technique had been used, to identify the evolution of various themes focused in this area. This study’s results will make researchers and scholars to have better understanding about the knowledge structure of academic research on mobile shopping through bibliometrics and visualization techniques.

The interactivity and participation of the public in the media is not a novelty, but has increased significantly with the adaptation to the digital convergence process. The possibility for audiences to share content through social platforms or generating its own is raising new ethical and legal issues. In this context, the public service audiovisual media must be pioneer both in the introduction of new participatory experiences and in the debate on the behaviour of the media regarding the interaction with its users. The objective of this article is twofold: on the one hand, to approach the current scenario of participatory mechanisms present in the European public service audiovisual media; on the other hand, to determine how this media is solving the new problems generated by the increase in user interaction. The research on participatory mechanisms offered by public service media shows that social networks, blogs, and comment sections are the main tools for discursive participation, while the field of creative participation requires the exploitation of new innovation strategies. The main challenge arising from this situation is how to control the legality of user-generated content and how to manage the ownership of copyright according to social values represented in public service media. La interactividad y participación del público en los medios de comunicación no supone una novedad, pero se ha incrementado notablemente con la adaptación al proceso de convergencia digital. La posibilidad de las audiencias de compartir a través de plataformas sociales o de generar contenido propio está planteando nuevas problemáticas éticas y jurídicas. En este contexto, los medios audiovisuales de servicio público deben ser pioneros tanto en la introducción de nuevas experiencias participativas como en el debate sobre el comportamiento de los medios en la relación con sus usuarios. El objetivo de este artículo es doble: por un lado, hacer una aproximación al panorama actual de los mecanismos de participación con los que cuenta el servicio audiovisual público europeo; por otro, conocer cómo estos medios están resolviendo las nuevas problemáticas generadas por el incremento en las relaciones con los usuarios. La exploración de los mecanismos de participación ofrecidos por los medios de comunicación públicos demuestra que las redes sociales, los blogs y las secciones de comentarios son los instrumentos de participación discursiva predominantes, mientras que en la esfera de la participación creativa es necesario explotar nuevas estrategias de innovación. Como principal reto a abordar, se plantea cómo controlar la legalidad del contenido generado por los usuarios y gestionar la titularidad de los derechos de autor conforme a los valores sociales representados en los medios públicos.

The theme of “Software Quality Evaluation”, and its importance, concerns the standardization of the development processes, in order to guarantee a higher quality of the systems. In this scenario, this theme has gained importance in academic research, due to the emphasis that the theme has increasingly presented to organizations, since they understand that the main objective is to guarantee a final product that satisfies the expectations of the client. In order to verify the scientific scenario in recent years, this work aims to carry out a review of the literature on “Software Quality Evaluation”, based on a bibliometric analysis and review. For this, the method of bibliographic revision with four different phases proposed by Marasco (2008) was used. From the data extracted from the Scopus database, the results of the systematic review and bibliometric analysis were analyzed from the information on publications, citations and approaches of the papers that deal with this subject. As results, the present article showed the academic and practical importance of the studies on “Software Quality Evaluation”. In addition, it is possible to identify gaps in the scientific literature that can be filled by future work in the area, based on the studies developed by specialists.
