Corporate and foundation relations development officers (CFRs) play a vital role in philanthropy and resource development within higher education. Specifically, these leaders focus time building relationships with individuals who represent corporations and foundations that are able contribute to the needs and programs of an academic institution (Clevenger, 2014; Hunt, 2012; Sanzone, 2000; Saul, 2011; Walton & Gasman, 2008). CFRs must be intimately familiar with their own institution, organizational priorities, and key leaders to be able to create and orchestrate touch-points, engagement and volunteer opportunities, and mutually beneficial inter-organizational partnerships. CFRs manage a complex intersection of internal constituents' programs and interests while simultaneously trying to meet aggressive signature philanthropic platforms for companies or foundation programmatic initiatives.

Managing corporate and foundation relations is a challenging and dynamic responsibility in higher education as well as inside companies. The role of corporate and foundation relations development officers (CFRs) is to orchestrate and navigate a complex resource development portfolio by finding, negotiating, acquiring, and managing inter-organizational relationships with businesses and corporations. Quality assurance and accreditation are the most pronounced words in the education sector. Quality culture involves all stakeholders in the process. Students who are the major stakeholders play a vital role in the QA process of an institution. The role of students in QA process in Oman context has been covered by conducting interviews from both students and staff members. The current study has been conducted on all the 13 branches of University of Technology and Applied Sciences. An online interview schedule was arranged with five students and two staff members from each branch. The list of students and staff was collected from the quality assurance department of UTAS branches. The results of the study showed that students are actively participating in various programs. The main hindrances to student involvement are low awareness about QA processes, time constraints, and low student representation towards QA processes. The implication of this research is important for HEIs, OAAA, academic researchers, and higher education stakeholders.

This study deals with the role of KH. Saifuddin Zuhri as Minister of Religion using biographical approach by describing his passion in improving the quality of Islamic education, particularly the Islamic university. He plays a vital role in the development of Islamic universities, namely the State Islamic Institute (IAIN). IAIN is a center for high-level teaching and education activities for Muslim youth. During a period of leadership of KH Saifuddin Zuhri at the Ministry of Religious affair, he succeeded in inaugurating the IAIN at the provincial level by naming the universities according to figures from the region and 14 IAIN branches at the district level. / city. To support the improvement of the quality of teaching staff and infrastructure for higher education, K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri seeks to make a policy, namely by sending students to study abroad on scholarships, establishing a translation and publishing agency for the Qur'an, managing the distribution of religious books to schools and Islamic boarding schools. In addition, he also made policies to appoint honorary religious teachers and the equivalent of madrasa diplomas. For his efforts, IAIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta gave a sign of honor for a professor in the field of da'wah with the title "professor" to K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri.

The agri-food system plays a vital role in the socioeconomic well-being of the USA. In rural Vermont, the setting for this study, the contributions are even larger. Agri-food businesses contribute an estimated 12% of the state's gross domestic product and comprise 13% of private sector establishments. The community economic development potential of fostering successful food entrepreneurs suggests a role for higher education in educating the next generation of entrepreneurs. This study explores gaps in entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Using a survey of agri-food entrepreneurs designed to obtain an understanding of the tools needed for success, the authors found that entrepreneurs valued a wide range of skills, making it difficult to tailor training. The importance of informal learning was also confirmed. The authors conclude that the role of higher education in entrepreneurial education is to educate students to think critically, recognize opportunities, develop networks and identify resources. In addition, it is critical to provide students with exposure to entrepreneurs in the field.

<p>The 21st century is an era of the coexistence of opportunities and challenges. Domestic higher education and modern science and technology have obtained unprecedented development, making people more clearly understand the vital role of mathematics, which is both pressure and power for college mathematics teaching. In the recent past, the role of learning technologies in the human resource development and higher education sectors has changed, and today technology plays a central role in learning in many courses, subjects, and programs. In several places in the literature, learning technologies have been classified and categorized, resulting in the development of theoretical or conceptual bases upon which an understanding of the nature and role of learning technologies can be built. In many cases these bases are intended to inform the process of decision making regarding the planned use of learning technologies with some degree of confidence in the appropriateness of the result. Two clear levels of decision making regarding the use of learning technologies have been identified in the literature as the strategic and tactical (Bates, 1995).
