Seeing that human face features are unique, an increasing number of face recognition algorithms on existing ATM are proposed. Since face detection is a primary link of face recognition, our system adopts AdaBoost algorithm which is based on face detection. Experiment results demonstrated that the computing time of face detection using this algorithm is about 70ms, and the single and multiple human faces can be effectively measured under well environment, which meets the demand of the system.

Recognition of face has been turned out to be the most important and interesting area in research. A face recognition framework is a PC application that is apt for recognizing or confirming the presence of human face from a computerized picture, from the video frames etc. One of the approaches to do this is by matching the chosen facial features with the pictures in the database. It is normally utilized as a part of security frameworks and can be implemented in different biometrics, for example, unique finger impression or eye iris acknowledgment frameworks. A picture is a mix of edges. The curved line potions where the brightness of the image change intensely are known as edges. We utilize a similar idea in the field of face-detection, the force of facial colours are utilized as a consistent value. Face recognition includes examination of a picture with a database of stored faces keeping in mind the end goal to recognize the individual in the given input picture. The entire procedure covers in three phases face detection, feature extraction and recognition and different strategies are required according to the specified requirements.

Recognition of human faces has been a fascinating subject in research field for many years. It is considered a multidisciplinary field because it includes understanding different domains such as psychology, neuroscience, computer vision, artificial intelligence, mathematics, and many others. Human face perception is intriguing and draws our attention because we accomplish the task so well that we hope to one day witness a machine performing the same task in a similar or better way. This chapter aims to provide a systematic and practical approach regarding to one of the most current techniques applied on face recognition, known as AAM (Active Appearance Model). AAM method is addressed considering 2D face processing only. This chapter doesn’t cover the entire theme, but offers to the reader the necessary tools to construct a consistent and productive pathway toward this involving subject.

This paper proposes a complete procedure for the extraction and recognition of human faces in complex scenes. The morphology-based face detection algorithm can locate multiple faces oriented in any direction. The recognition algorithm is based on the minimum classification error (MCE) criterion. In our work, the minimum classification error formulation is incorporated into a multilayer perceptron neural network. Experimental results show that our system is robust to noisy images and complex background.

Face detection is a computer technology being used in a variety of applications that identifies human faces in digital images. Face detection also refers to the psychological process by which humans locate and attend to faces in a visual scene. Face detection can be regarded as a specific case of object-class detection. In object-class detection, the task is to find the locations and sizes of all objects in an image that belong to a given. As per the various face detection system seen various work done onto the detection with various way. In existing this are get evaluate with the HOG with SVM, which will help us to get the exact value so that it is necessary to implement the system which will more effective and advance. As per the face detection seen there are various face detection systems are implemented. Determining face is easy but recognition is quite typical so that we are proposed machine learning based face recognition with SVM which helps to determine and detect the faces So the proposed system will get integrated with highly efficient and effective SVM model for face recognition. The proposed methodology will help us to implement the face based security implementation in any security system like door lock, mobile screen lock etc.

Face Recognition is the most important part to identifying people in biometric system. It is the most usable biometric system. This paper focuses on human face recognition by calculating the facial features present in the image and recognizing the person using features. In every face recognition system follows the preprocessing, face detection techniques. In this paper mainly focused on Face detection and gender classification. They are performed in two stages, the first stage is face detection using an enhanced viola jones algorithm and the next stage is gender classification. Input to the video or surveillance that video converted into frames. Select few best frames from the video for detecting the face, before the particular image preprocessed using PSNR. After preprocessing face detection performed, and gender classification comparative analysis done by using a neural network classifier and LBP based classifier

We can identify human faces using a web Camera which is known as Face Detection. This is a very effective technique in computer technology. There are used different types of attendance systems such as log in with the password, punch card, fingerprint, etc. In this research, we have introduced a facial recognition type of biometric system that can identify a specific face by analyzing and comparing patterns of a digital image. This system is the latest login system based on face detection. Primarily, the device captures the face images and stores the captured images into the specific path of the computer relating the information into a database. When any body tries to enter into any room or premises through this login system, the system captures the image of that particular person and matches the image with the stored image. If this image matches with the stored image then the system allows the person to enter the room or premises, otherwise the system denies entry. This face recognition login system is very effective, reliable and secured. This research has used the Viola and Jones algorithm for face detection and ORB for image matching in face recognition and Java, MySql, OpenCV, and iReport are used for implementation.

Faces can be speedily processed, although they convey an immense amount of information. Hence, in psychophysiological experiments, human faces constitute very special stimuli! Numerous studies have investigated the electrophysiological correlates of face processing, showing the existence of multiple event-related components. Nevertheless, dissimilarities in various levels of processing are still controversial. In this present study, we used magnetoencephalography (MEG) to examine how facial processing is different in perception and recognition from object processing and also determined 95% confidence interval for the onset and peak time of the effects we found. Our results confirm the face-selectivity for the M170 component, but not always for the M100 component. Additionally, we observed a unique speed pattern for the M170 component in perception and recognition both at the onset and the peak time.

In the past two decades, many face recognition methods have been proposed. Among them, most researchers use the entire face as the basis for recognition. The basic technical route is to extract and compare the general features of the entire face. However, in actual scenes, human faces may be blocked by obstacles. Therefore, how to realize face recognition by using some of the facial features that can be obtained? In addition, this partial face recognition technology is mostly based on the acquisition of key points of the face to recognize the whole face. This review intends to summarize the full face and partial face recognition methods based on key points of the face.

Face Recognition System is popular topic in the biometric world .This system provide Features to detect the person’s face and identify on basis of existing records in database .The aim of this study is to described how to show various facial features of an image. Face Recognition system, based on Biometric AI, uniquely finds out a person by analyzing the person's facial textures and shape. In this paper, our aim is to study various face detect and recognition techniques such as Harr Like Feature Algorithm resulting to retort criminality and public crisis. Also, some facial recognition approaches PCA and LDA have been discussed in the research paper for abstracting the image information.
