The emergence of Web 2.0 and its rapid adoption by the corporate world, known as Enterprise 2.0, has radically modified access to tacit knowledge and significantly reduced business latency. Meanwhile, technology for wireless LAN and mobile communication, combined with advances in handsets, has allowed for superior quality of experience with acceptable productivity level. Combining mobility with Enterprise 2.0 is the next big step in evolution. This article presents the drivers for Enterprise 2.0 and the challenge of tapping tacit knowledge and, in parallel, the evolution of wireless and mobile technologies. The era of mobile broadband life is made possible, creating new ways of use and expectations for Millennials. The next business generation will be able to unleash the full potential of mobility and Enterprise 2.0. Three scenarios selected from different vertical domains—healthcare, education and emergency services—illustrate the benefits of mobility and Enterprise 2.0 in action. With the expected continued strong growth of wireless access, mobility support is one, if not the, key success factor for Enterprise 2.0.

In order to remain competitive while facing globalization and industrial revolution 4.0 many of universities have to made significant change to improve their quality of education services. Lecturers as the human capital played an important role to remain competitive. Lecturers' performance become the key success factor within education services. Lecturers may unable to reach their full potential due to several problem such as their organizational relationship issues, workload issues in which trigger job stress and job satisfaction. This research aimed to recommend the success factors optimize lecturers' performance. Keywords: Higher Institution, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Lecturers' Performance, Quality of Organizational Relationships.

The preconditions of storage pre-schedule and real-time schedule management are wireless access and mobility support technology in aluminum profile logistic, which is vital for the automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS) and logistics processes, such as intelligent warehousing and shipment. Understandings characters of the current wireless access technologies, applicability of networking mobility schemes, and their cooperation or compatibility with the Internet of things, decide the AS/RS and logistics structure and its whole efficiency. So the relational technologies and schemes are introduced in this paper from bottom to top according to Open System Interconnect seven layers protocols. It reveals that integration of multi-technologies was widely adopted in project implementation, which can be helpful to achieve high quality of mobile Internet access with lesser costs. Moreover, the feasibility of handover simplification and quality of service construction imply the success of schemes in design. Finally the strategic impact factors of the networking mobility support technology for AS/RS and logistics are concluded as overlapping coverage network optimization, delay tolerant network, and quality of service system based on user behavior.

ABSTRACTLayered Manufacturing (LM) refers to computer-aided manufacturing processes in which parts are made in sequential layers relatively quickly. Parts that are produced by LM can be formed from a wide range of materials such as photosensitive polymers, metals and ceramics in sizes from a centimeter to a few meters with sub-millimeter feature resolutions. LM has found use in diverse areas including biomedical engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, defense, electronics and design engineering. The promise of LM is the capability to make customized complex-shaped functional parts without specialized tooling and without assembly. LM is still a few years away from fully realizing its promise but its potential for manufacturing remains high. A few of the fundamental challenges in materials processing confronting the community are improving the quality of the surface finish, eliminating residual stress, controlling local composition and microstructure, achieving fine feature size and dimensional tolerance and accelerating processing speed. Until these challenges are met, the applicability of LM and its commercialization will be restricted. Sustained scientific activity in LM has advanced over the past decade into many different areas of manufacturing and has enabled exploration of novel processes and development of hybrid processes. The research community of today has the opportunity to shape the future direction of science research to realize the full potential of LM.

A Factory is a manufacturing industry that produces tea drinks in cups. A Factory is also inseparable from problems related to machine/equipment productivity. Based on the results of observations made at A Factory part of the production line that there is often a sudden stop of the production process. The discontinuation will affect the quality of the product expected and the production targets to be achieved. The problem was discussed in this research is how much the productivity level of the filling production department is, how much the production effectiveness, effective working hours, the number of defective products, and machine downtime criteria. The productivity measurement method used is the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, so the steps of this study refer to OMAX steps, which is the criteria determination/productivity ratio of the production line, the calculation of the productivity ratio value, the calculation of the initial standard score (score 3), The determination of the goal (score 10) and the lowest score (score 0), the determination of weight, the calculation of value/criteria value, the determination of productivity value for each period, determination of index percentage. With the OMAX method, it can be seen that in period 11 (compared to period 10) there was an increase in productivity, this can be seen because the IP value (Index of Performance) which is positive (+) is 27.79 and there is an increase in the value of the calculation at the time of measurement (current) from 383.36 to 300. This increase was due to an increase in the value of all criteria.

The health insurance market in Poland reflects global trends – such as the rising awareness of personal health impact on quality of life. As a consequence, the health insurance market has seen substantial growth during the last years, which is forecasted to continue at over 20 percent more than life or P&C insurance globally. However, private health insurance has not yet unlocked its full potential.
