ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai rumah sakit yang sudah menerapkan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanan, terutama mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan petugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Penunjang Pelayanan Kegawatdaruratan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan penunjang pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 94 petugas dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai SPM yaitu sebesar 86,17% sedangkan 13,83% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan karakteristik, pengetahuan baik sebagian besar pada umur umur ?30 (88,14%), jenis kelamin perempuan (96,23%), pendidikan DIII (87,93%) dan masa kerja >10 tahun (88,46%). Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung, sebaiknya rumah sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh petugas mengenai SPM dengan rutin dan terjadwal sehingga petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai SPM merata. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of officers in the Emergency Installation and Supporting Emergency Services of the Klungkung Regency General Hospital on Minimum Service Standards. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all officers who worked in the Emergency Installation and supporting emergency services. The number of samples in this study were 94 officers with total sample collection techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate analysis. The results of this study were that the majority of officers had good knowledge of MSS, amounting to 86.17% while 13.83% had poor knowledge. Judging from the level of knowledge based on characteristics, good knowledge is mostly at the age of ?30 (88.14%), female gender (96.23%), DIII education (87.93%) and years of service> 10 years (88, 46%). Suggestions that can be given to the Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital, the hospital should provide information to all officers on MSS routinely and on a regular basis so that officials get information about SPM evenly. ABSTRACT: DESCRIPTION OF PREGNANT WOMEN KNOWLEDGE LEVEL AGAINST COVID-19 IN RSUD TALANG UBI, PENUKAL ABAB LEMATANG ILIR REGENCY- SOUTH SUMATERA. Introduction: Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) is a large group of viruses that cause mild to severe symptoms. In December 2019 the first cases were reported in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Until now, the Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have always been increasing every day. Purpose: Research objectives to determine pregnant women's level of knowledge concerning Covid-19 in RSUD Talang Ubi, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency-South Sumatra. Method: The research design used was descriptive, cross-sectional methods. Technic of sampling used was the total sampling method by using univariate analysis. Result: The results showed that pregnant women's level of knowledge about Covid-19 in RSUD Talang Ubi was 67 respondents (60.9%) in the good category, 37 respondents (33.6%) insufficient category, and 6 respondents (5,5%) in the low category.Conclusion: Good knowledge can help the government in efforts to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, it is expected that the government can provide more information about Covid-19. Keywords: Knowledge level, Pregnant Women, Covid-19  INTISARI: GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TERHADAP COVID-19 DI RSUD TALANG UBI KABUPATEN PALI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN.Latar Belakang: Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) adalah sekelompok besar virus yang mengakibatkan gejala ringan hingga parah. Pada Desember 2019 kasus pertama dilaporkan di Wuhan, Hubei, China. Hingga saat ini kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia selalu terjadi peningkatan setiap harinya.Tujuan: Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil terhadap Covid-19 di RSUD Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.Metode Penelitian: Desain Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan metode cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Total Sampling. Menggunakan analisis univariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 di RSUD Talang Ubi pada kategori baik sebanyak 67 responden (60,9%), kategori cukup 37 responden (33,6%), dan kategori kurang sebanyak 6 responden(5,5%).Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan yang baik dapat membantu pemerintah dalam upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Maka diharapkan pemerintah dapat lebih dalam memberikan informasi tentang Covid-19. Kata kunci : Tingkat pengetahuan, Ibu Hamil, Covid-19

Background: Hospital Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions for hospitals issued by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in the context of government efforts to ensure the quality of hospital services. This Minimum Service Standard can be used as a guideline for the quality of service for every hospital in Indonesia. The Minimum Service Standard (SPM) is a quality guideline issued by the Minister of Health regarding the minimum service that must be provided by the hospital, where each hospital is required to assess and provide services in accordance with the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Objectives: A study to analyze the implementation of minimum service standards in the Emergency Department (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu. Methods: The research used in this research is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach, in which all observed variables are measured simultaneously when the research is taking place. This research was conducted in the Emergency Room Installation Room (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo East Luwu. Sample selection with total sampling technique. The research subjects were 33 respondents in the IGD Lagaligo Wotu East Luwu Regional Hospital. Results: Infrastructure and human resources with minimum service standards. The results showed that the results of the bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. It shows that there is a relationship between infrastructure and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.008, there is a relationship between human resources and minimum service standards with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: There are infrastructure facilities that can be used directly by health workers for the benefit of patients in the form of tools, materials, comfortable rooms and others. The human resources in the emergency department of Lagaligo Wotu Hospital are of good quality.

Cancer is a disease characterized by abnormal cell growth outside the usual boundary then attacks the adjacent body and can spreads to other organs. Cancer treatment can be done with several therapies according to indications, one of them is radiotherapy. One of succession factor in the radiotherapy treatment for cancer is having good knowledge. Treatment adherence is very important to get optimal results such as healing or improving quality of life. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between radiotherapy knowledge with radiotherapy adherence in undergoing radiotherapy cancer patients at General Hospital of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda . This research was an observational analytic design with cross-sectional approach. Data retrieval was done at the Radiotherapy Installation at General Hospital of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda from March to April 2019 by using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were 50 samples who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with details of patients who had good knowledge was 33 people, sufficient knowledge was 15 people, bad knowledge was 2 people and obey patients was 46 people and disobey patients was 4 people. Data analysis using Fisher's test obtained the value of p = 0.157 so it can be concluded that there was no relationship between radiotherapy knowledge and radiotherapy adherence in cancer patients at Radiotherapy Installation at General

Background and purpose: Patient satisfaction, including on radiography services, is an important component of health care provision. Surveys on patient satisfaction have been carried out particularly in government hospitals, but a more detailed study to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with the responsiveness of service providers has yet to be carried out. This study aims to determine the relationship between the six domains of responsiveness of service providers and outpatient satisfaction at three conventional radiography facilities in Denpasar.Methods: Study was conducted by cross-sectional survey of 158 respondents selected consecutively in three conventional radiography services, namely a government hospital, a private hospital and a private radiology clinic. Data were collected through interviews using modified questionnaires on responsiveness from WHO. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square test) and multivariate logistic regression method.Results: Univariate analysis indicated that patient satisfaction was 69% but still below the minimum service standards (>80,0%). Multivariate analysis showed that factors associated with satisfaction were the domain of attention (AOR= 3.77; 95%CI: 1.62-8.76), the quality of infrastructure (AOR=4.57; 95%CI: 1.61-12.93) and communication (AOR=6.30; 95%CI: 1.75-22.64).Conclusion: Patient satisfaction was generally still below the standard. Domains of responsiveness associated with patient satisfaction were the quality of infrastructure, level of attention and communication skills of service providers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the quality of life of CRF patients in Hemodialysis Unit at Pringsewu District General Hospital. This study was conducted from February to May 2018 with cross sectional study design. The sampling technique using total sampling technique. Measurement of quality of life using KDQOL-SFTM version 1.3. The results found that quality of life scores were quite low in some domains and subscales. The mean of total score was 55.70 ± 21.30 with mean of Physical Health Composite (PHC) = 38.85 ± 9.26 and mean of Mental Health Composite (MHC) = 36.13 ± 7.08. Regarding the targeted area of ESRD, the scale of renal disease burden and occupational status scale resulted in the lowest score. The sleep quality scale score was 56.18 ± 20.72. Only 61 patients responded to questions of sexual activity with a score of 55.53 ± 27.44 on the scale of sexual function. In the 36-item health survey, the mean total score was 45.90 ± 21.95. The lowest score represented the limitations of roles caused by physical and emotional health problems. The result of statistical test showed that the variables significantly related to the quality of life of CRF patients were age, income, duration of hemodialysis and family support. Thus, family support was the variable that had the greatest impact on determining the quality of life of CRF patients. The CRF patients who lacked family support were 4.6 times more likely to lead poorer life compared to CRF patients who received good family support after being controlled by age, income, duration of hemodialysis, gender, working status, and diabetes mellitus variables.

Latar belakang: Kanker ovarium memiliki angka mortalitas yang cukup tinggi dikarenakan gejalanya yang tidak spesifik, sering ditemukan pada stadium lanjut, dan belum adanya metode deteksi dini yang sudah terbukti. Untuk menilai keberhasilan terapi penyintas kanker ovarium, tidak hanya dinilai dari aspek klinis tetapi juga dinilai dari kualitas hidup penyintas kanker ovarium yang penilaiannya berdasarkan skala fungsional dan skala gejala dalam kuesioner EORTC QLQ C30 dan EORTC QLQ OV28. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional, menggunakan data primer dari hasil wawancara dengan kuesioner EORTC QLQ C30 dan EORTC QLQ OV28 serta data sekunder yang berasal dari rekam medik di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan tahun 2017 - 2018. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan metode total sampling dari seluruh data rekam medik yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian.   Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kualitas hidup global penyintas kanker ovarium 89.36% adalah baik, dan 10.64% adalah sedang serta tidak ada yang memiliki kualitas hidup buruk. Namun, didapatkan adanya gangguan pada skala fungsional berupa: fungsi emosional, fungsi kognitif, fungsi seksual, dan sikap terhadap penyakit, serta adanya permasalahan pada skala gejala berupa: kelelahan, nyeri, neuropati perifer, dan gejala menopause. Didapatkan juga tidak ada hubungan karakteristik usia, jenis histopatologis, stadium, lama terapi dengan kualitas hidup penyintas kanker ovarium, namun terdapat hubungan antara jenis terapi dengan kualitas hidup penyintas kanker ovarium. Kesimpulan: Kualitas hidup penyintas kanker ovarium secara global adalah baik. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Hidup, Penyintas Kanker Ovarium, EORTC QLQ C-30, EORTC QLQ     OV-28   Abstract Background: Ovarian cancer has a high mortality rate due to nonspecific symptoms, often found at an advanced stage, and also the absence of proven early detection methods. To assess the success of ovarian cancer survivors therapy, it is not only assessed from the clinical aspect but also from the quality of life of ovarian cancer survivors which is based on the functional and symptom scale in the EORTC QLQ C30 and EORTC QLQ OV28 questionnaires.  Methods: This study used a cross-sectional study design, using primary data from interviews with the survivors based on the questionnaire EORTC QLQ C30 and EORTC QLQ OV28 as well as secondary data derived from medical records at Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan in 2017 - 2018. The research sample was used with a total sampling method from all medical record data that fulfill the research criteria.  Result: The quality of life of ovarian cancer survivors is generally good (89.36%), meanwhile the rest is moderate (10.64%) without the poor quality of life. However, there are disorders on the functional scale in the form of emotional function, cognitive function, sexual function, and attitude toward disease. Likewise on the scale of symptoms, there are problems including: fatigue, pain, peripheral neuropathy, and menopausal symptoms.  Conclusion: The quality of life of ovarian cancer survivors globally is good. Abstract: Family planning program is a program of the government of the Republic of Indonesia that aims to achieve a healthy and prosperous family by limiting births. Tondano is the center of Minahasa district and has four sub-districts and population of 70,467 people with a female number of 34,800. Data on women using family planning showed a number of 25,749 people which indicates a large and growing population. This study was aimed to evaluate the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards the family planning program. This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. Data were obtained by using questionnaire as the instrument. Respondents were 50 postpartum mothers who came to Dr. Sam Ratulangi Hospital Tondano and were willing to fill in the distributed questionnaires. The results showed that 92% of responsdents had good knowledge and 8% had poor knowledge. Meanwhile, based on the attitudes of respondents, 70% of them were positive and 30% were negative. In conclusion, family planning services based on the level of knowledge and attitudes of postpartum mothers at Dr. Sam Ratulangi Hospital Tondano were good or above average. Albeit, postpartum mothers who had good knowledge may not necessarily had good attitudes.Keywords: family planning, contraception, knowledge, attitude Abstrak: Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) bertujuan untuk membentuk gerakan keluarga sehat dan sejahtera dengan cara membatasi kelahiran. Tondano merupakan pusat dari Kabupaten Minahasa dan memiliki empat kecamatan dengan populasi sebesar 70.467 jiwa dan jumlah perempuan sebesar 34.800 jiwa. Data perempuan yang memakai KB ialah 25.749 jiwa. Data tersebut menunjukkan jumlah penduduk yang banyak dan terus bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu postpartum terhadap program KB di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden penelitian ialah ibu postpartum yang datang di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner yang dibagikan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan total 50 responden. Sebanyak 92% ibu memiliki pengetahuan baik dan 8% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Untuk pengukuran sikap dari responden, sebanyak 70% wanita bersikap positif dan 30% yang bersikap negatif. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah bahwa pelayanan KB berdasarkan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap ibu di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano sudah baik atau di atas rata-rata. Walaupun demikian ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan baik belum tentu memiliki sikap yang baik.Kata kunci: keluarga berencana, kontrasepsi, pengetahuan, sikap

troke is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity in Indonesia.  Post stroke patients has a higher disability hence results in poor quality of life compared with normal population. In Indonesia, studies related to the quality of life of post-stroke patients are scarce, so studies are required to explore the quality of life of post-stroke patients, particularly in West Nusa Tenggara. Aim of this study is to determine the epidemiology of quality of life for post-stroke patients in West Nusa Tenggara. Methods of this study is An Observational with cross-sectional design was performed in population of post-stroke patients admitted to West Nusa Tenggara General Hospital. The quality of life of post stroke patient was evaluated with SSQOL (Stroke Specific Quality of Life) questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by the appropriate test. Result of this study is the average age of subject is 60.33±10.68 years. Hypertension is a major risk factor of stroke. The average SSQOL score is 177.02±45.75. SSQOL assesses 4 dimension are physical, functional, psychological and social health. Based on the physical dimension, the average score is 17.00, the functional dimension, the average score is 14.91, the psychological dimension, the average score is 13.17 and the social health dimension  the average score is 13.44.  The quality of life for post-stroke patients in West Nusa Tenggara General Hospital is good.

Asphyxia Neonatorum is a failure to start and continue breathing spontaneously and regularly when a new baby is born or some time after birth. Babies may be born in asphyxia or may be able to breathe but then experience asphyxia some time after birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum in the pre-Sumatran city general hospital in 2019. This study uses an Analytical Survey using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this research is the babies born in the prehumulih city general hospital in 2019 amounted to 1763 people. The number of samples in this study were 326 respondents. In the univariate analysis it was found that from 326 respondents it was found that parity of high risk mothers was 168 respondents (51.5%) while parity of low risk mothers was 158 respondents (48.5%) and mothers who were diagnosed with prolonged labor were 149 respondents (45.7 %) while mothers who were not diagnosed with prolonged labor were 177 respondents (54.3%). Bivariate analysis shows parity has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000) and old parturition has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum.

Hospital is a comprehensive form of health service institution, includes aspects of promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitation, as well as a public health referral center. Demand on healthcare service theory consists of revenue, visit cost and  service quality. Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is a referral center and regionalization hospital in Central Sulawesi Province, which the number of visits in 2016 to 2018 in a row were 19.186, 10.971 and 12.954. The study was purposed to determined Relation Between Requests for Use of Health Service and Patient Satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. This was a quatitative analysis research with the cross sectional study approach. The population was patients on Inpatient Care Unit of Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital which amounted to 12.954 sampels and through purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed univariate and bivariate variables using Chi-Square Test. The results showed that there are relation between revenue (p=0,002), visit cost (p=0,002) and service quality (p=0,000) with patients satisfaction on Inpatient Care Unit at Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency. The Anuntaloko Regional General Hospital Parigi Moutong Regency is expected to observe routinly so that maintaining the service quality of the good things and improving the service quality of the lack variabels.
