Regulators were the only institution who set the electricity prices, including costs of transmission, distribution, and generation. Nowadays, this has changed. Electricity prices are determined by the fundamental economic rule of supply and demand. The forthcoming work examines a potential relationship between electricity price and fuel mix. The authors use the Nordic System's electricity prices and generation. They conclude that hydropower and nuclear power plays a vital role in the futures energy mix and in the stability of electricity prices. A spillover effect is detected between electricity prices and fuel mix, but a need for further research is recommended.

The Corona virus or Covid-19 which is unexpected will come to us, has an impact on health, economy and also humanity throughout the world and is able to fundamentally change the world. Supplements are disrupted because production is stopped, retail stores close, causing consumers to change their behavior, which had previously gone offline shopping. Not just shopping, when a pandemic, the way of thinking becomes different. Consumers around the world are looking for products and brands through new ways and new habits are formed. Online transactions focus more on basic products to make ends meet. The fact that Covid-19's anti-virus has not been found raises concerns about disrupted health and the Government's regulation to work and stay at home also raises concerns about disrupted businesses. Differences from habits and interests or preferences that are different for each person, provide different responses to the problems faced and solutions for the future. The habit of shopping offline has a tendency to continue for complementary products while food products are more directed towards offline. The rest eating habits at home can be continued because it provides more hygiene guarantees. The new habit of holding online meetings with distant relatives or colleagues will be increasingly considered given the many more positive things that can be obtained. Likewise with work problems, working from home is more interesting to consider because it is more efficient and effective and the results can be more productive. This new consumer behavior is adjusted to provide satisfaction for many parties, with the assistance of institutions or governments that oversee the security of supply and demand and maintain the stability of both.

Cellular RNA decay machinery plays a vital role in regulating gene expression by altering the stability of mRNAs in response to external stresses, including viral infection. In the primary infection, viruses often conquer the host cell’s antiviral immune response by controlling the inherently cellular mRNA degradation machinery to facilitate viral gene expression and establish a successful infection. This review summarizes the current knowledge about the diverse strategies of viral-mediated regulatory RNA shutoff for pathogenesis, and particularly sheds a light on the mechanisms that viruses evolve to elude immune surveillance during infection.

Background: Nanosuspensions are colloidal systems consisting of pure drug and stabilizers, without matrix or lyophilized into a solid matrix. Nanosuspensions improve the solubility of the drug both in the aqueous and organic phases. Nanosuspensions are also known as brick dust molecules, as they increase the dissolution of a system and improve absorption. Methods: Extensive information related to nanosuspensions and its associated patents were collected using PubMed and Google Scholar. Results: Over the last decade nanosuspensions have attracted tremendous interest in pharmaceutical research. It provides unique features including, improved solubility, high drug loading capacity, and passive targeting. These particles are costeffective, simple, and have lesser side effects with minimal dose requirements. However, the stability of nanosuspensions still warrants attention. Conclusion: Nanosuspensions plays a vital role in handling the numerous drug entities with difficult physico-chemical characteristics such as solubility and can further aid with a range of routes that include nasal, transdermal, occular, parenteral, pulmonary etc. This review highlights the relevance of nanosuspensions in achieving safe, effective and targeted drug delivery.

For exploitation and extraction of an event’s data that has vital information which is related to the process from the event log, process mining is used. There are three main basic types of process mining as explained in relation to input and output. These are process discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement. Process discovery is one of the most challenging process mining activities based on the event log. Business processes or system performance plays a vital role in modelling, analysis, and prediction. Recently, a memoryless model such as exponential distribution of the stochastic Petri net SPN has gained much attention in research and industry. This paper uses time perspective for modelling and analysis and uses stochastic Petri net to check the performance, evolution, stability, and reliability of the model. To assess the effect of time delay in firing the transition, stochastic reward net SRN model is used. The model can also be used in checking the reliability of the model, whereas the generalized stochastic Petri net GSPN is used for evaluation and checking the performance of the model. SPN is used to analyze the probability of state transition and the stability from one state to another. However, in process mining, logs are used by linking log sequence with the state and, by this, modelling can be done, and its relation with stability of the model can be established.

Physico-chcmical analysis of mangrove soils in two islands (Prentice and Lothian) in sundarban areas were carried out and compared to highlight the quality of the soils that facilitate the existence as well as survival various flora and fauna to play immense role in the stability of the environment. Study revealed that there were slight differences in the grain size, pH, organic carbon and exchangeable calcium (Ca12) and magnesium (Mg12) content in soils of these two islands. The litter of the mangrove forest might. play vital role not only on the variation of carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) and carbon to phosphorous ratio (C/P) but also retention ability of these essential nutritional elements in soils. Ca+2 and Mg+2 were the principal cations as observed in exchange reactions. Potassiun ion (K+) recorded comparatively higher values than the sodium ion (Na+) in these soils probably due to more amnily for K+ uptake in the existing biotic community as well as trapping capacity by edaphic components in these areas.

Entrepreneurship is a strategic opportunity for human development, on which MNCs play a vital role in the spillover effect. This chapter aims (1) to illustrate corporate social entrepreneurship (CSE) practices to generate social value and (2) to explore their ethical constraint alleviation. Using an internet-mediated research, a sustainability analysis of seventy companies from different countries and sizes evidenced that CSE is a tool for economic growth and good governance. This study brings new insights to the field of CSR and its role in sustainability by incorporating the entrepreneurship discipline. A corporate social innovation business model is proposed as a core business strategy. Also, Ecuadorian CSE practices and their different perspectives can serve as references for future studies.

The determinants of health have received substantial attention in the medical literature as recent evidence has shown that they play in vital role in general health and health-related outcomes. Despite the advancing literature, the field of communication sciences and disorders (CSD) has been slow in the both the consideration of the determinants of health as well as the measurement of commonly known determinants believed to influence clinical outcomes. The goal of this chapter is to explore the determinants of health and potential relationship to the study of communication disorders and the outcomes being measured.

PageRank plays a vital role towards the preparation of the index for web resources. The index is processed by crawling down the relevant websites. Hence, the validation of computed PageRank is crucially significant towards the reliability enhancement of processed indexed list. On the other hand, energy efficiency and the stability of a system are crucially towards the environmental sustainability. In this regard, an energy stability-based PageRank validation model in Cellular Automata is presented in this research which facilitates a very low energy consumption by its physical components. Detailed investigations in view of energy stability explore the role of energy stability towards the validation of PageRank. Hence, an alternative approach towards the validation of PageRank using energy stability is presented in this research. Analytical results obtained with proposed approach for several Clouds further explore its potential capability as a green computing model in the Cloud.
