Many conceptual modeling and system design methodologies provide tools to help system designers to model the real world. No guidelines exist, however, for determining the relationships within conceptual domains or implementations. RNA (Relationship Navigation Analysis), based on a generic relationship taxonomy, provides a systematic way of identifying useful relationships in application domains. Developers can then implement each relationship as a link. Viewing an application domain from the relationship management point of view and modeling from a philosophy of maximum access provides a unique vantage point for application design. We present RNA and its generic relationship taxonomy, describing their use for system analysis.

This explores how modernist literature in the late 1920s and in the 1930s engaged with and conceptualised cinema culture, focusing on Jean Rhys’s early novels as a case study. It first examines her attention to urban geography and female movement, considering how she mapped city spaces through cinema visits. Rhys’s novels use cinema sites to construct a layered geography of memory and present experience for her female characters, mediated through locally specific choices in cinema venues. Second, it considers the relationship between Rhys’s literary style and cinema, considering how her early fiction forged intermedial connections between cinematic and literary techniques to describe these cinematic encounters and interconnect them with wider concerns in her fictions about the performative nature of women’s public bodily presence within the urban environment. Third, it considers Rhys’s use of certain types of cinematic texts and genres as a way of reflecting back on these issues, considering the relationship between genre structures and their modes of cinematic exhibition, and Rhys’s careful structuring of the everyday experiences of her heroines. Here, the chapter explores how Rhys’s references to comedy and serial films especially opened up a unique vantage point on women, visibility and value.

For five and half years, Rebiya Kadeer was imprisoned as a political prisoner in China and was finally released in 2005 after Amnesty International campaigned for her release. Today, she now campaigns as a human rights activist against what many Uyghurs consider Chinese occupation of their homeland, Xinjiang. Although many organizationswork on human rights violations against the Uyghurs, Rebiya Kadeer has emerged as the primary symbol of Uyghur resistance in China, much like the Dalai Lama for Tibet. Her simultaneous position as both a human rights activist and resistance symbol offers a unique vantage point in exploring the relationship between memory, women, and nationalism. In sketching out these connections, this paper will analyze the agency and representation in the process of memory making and the gendering of resistance in relation to the life and memoir of Rebiya Kadeer. The political project of witnessing through representation offers a practical departure point for better understanding the formation of a feminine revolutionary subjectivity in contrast to the romanticized icon of the masculine, revolutionary hero. In proposing the relationship between memory, women and nationalism, this paper aims to ultimately understand whether the revolutionary subject has in effect become the human rights activist. And if this is the case, what then are the conditions for revolution, and is revolution possible within the logic of human rights discourse?

Ensuring customer satisfaction is the key to a successful retail business. The process of attracting new customers always involves more money, time and energy. In order for a company to retain existing customers and build relationships with them, one of the basic tasks is to know the factors and levels that affect their satisfaction. In the current situation of COVI-19, this poses even greater obstacles and challenges. In order to identify the company's ability to ensure competitiveness in a crisis situation, the authors have set the goal of the research to study the factors influencing retail consumer behavior under COVID-19 circumstances. This study will provide retail businesses with an understanding of the need for consumer relationship management in a restricted situation. From the scientific point of view, the authors have analyzed the theoretical aspects and summarized the approach to the understanding of buyers' behavior in crisis conditions. As a result of the research, the authors conclude that even in crisis situations, companies can manage the relationship with consumers and shape the attitude of buyers, which can be one of the tools for ensuring competitiveness.

Within the contemporary educational systems, a transition is carried out from the monodisciplinary model, as a generator of a segmented learning on distinct, disjoint compartments, to the integrated type models. The integrated approach to learning proposes bringing the school closer to real life, it refers to a certain way of treating, organizing and planning learning that produces an interrelation of study disciplines, meeting the developmental students’ needs. In this way, we turn our attention to the relationship analysis that the student is to understand, operating between system and integralization, as immanent and transcendent levels. We argue that the evolution of the system-integration relationship within a learning process necessarily implies the axiological specificity of the entities that compose it. In the approach we propose, the integralization is subsequent to the system, in most contexts in which this process takes place. We can therefore assert that the theoretical view we are trying to argue consists, in fact, in the attempt to present dialectic of integration starting from that of the system, so that we can answer the question what is important in establishing integrity: elements or relationships. Thus, the system is reinstated and, along with it, the relationship learning returns to the quality of ontological entity, which receives the reality from a broader point of view.

Owners of rice fields in this research express their powerlessness/helplessness when their property is used by another party. This is so because right from the very beginning the government has been treating them unfairly. Such injustice/unfairness is manifested in the procedure, distribution, and the relationship between rice field owners and the government, especially PTPN. From the perspective of procedure, injustice arises from denying rice field owners the opportunity to become actively involved in the cooperation arrangement with the user of their fields (PTPN). From the perspective of distribution, the income of when the rice fields are operated by PTPN is generally lower than that obtained when the field owners operate them. From the vantage point of relationship, the feeling of injustice arises from the existence of a large social gap between the two parties. This research has emphasized on the farmers’ point of view. Nonetheless, results from other studies conducted in the same area, whether on the underlying public policy or history, came up with similar conclusions.

This article aims to explore the relationship between the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) and the Ministry of Villages (Kemendes) from theconstitutional law and state administrative law point of view. The second concerns of this research is the disharmony and problem between the two ministries. From the constitutional law point of view, it turns out that what the Ministry of Home Affairs is doing, is closer to the object of its discussion. The method used in this research is normative legal research bycomparingthe constitutional law and state administrative law to obtain clarity regarding the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Village. The result shows that the Ministry of Village approached the science of state administrative law, namely to revive or give spirits to the village. Disharmonization began to exist since the inception of the Ministry of Village. The root of disharmony itself was the improper application of constitutional foundations in the formation of the Village Law. It would be better if the government reassess the constitutional foundation for the village.

The paper discusses the problems of fading and ending of business relationships in the sphere of professional services i.e. the phase of a relationship dissolution resulting from a client's or a firm's decision to end it. This phase includes, among others, determining the causes of the relationship dissolution and drawing conclusions for the future in order to prevent losing the most lucrative clients. Both in theory and in practice, relationship ending is perceived as something stretched in time i.e. consisting of numerous stages and influenced by numerous factors and events. The aim of the present paper is an analysis of the modern literature on the causes and mechanisms of business relationships termination in the sphere of professional services as well as indicating some possibilities of a more effective and efficient management of these relations.

This text is an attempt to see sport in different ways in the light of ancient philosophical themes. Philosophy of sports gets less attention than other areas of the discipline that examine the other major components of contemporary society: philosophy of religion, political philosophy, aesthetics, and philosophy of science. Talking about sports is often cheap, but it does not have to be that way. One of the reasons for this is insufficiently paid attention to the relation between sport and philosophy in Greek. That is it's important to talk about sports, just as important as we are talking about religion, politics, art and science. The argument of the present text is that we can try to get a handle philosophically on sports by examining it in light of several key idea from ancient Greek philosophy. The ancient Greeks, tended to be hylomorphists who gloried in both physical and mental achievement. Тhe key concepts from Greek philosophy that will provide the support to the present text are the following: arete, sophrosyne, dynamis and kalokagathia. These ideals never were parts of a realized utopia in the ancient world, but rather provided a horizon of meaning. We will claim that these ideals still provide worthy standards that can facilitate in us a better understanding of what sports is and what it could be. How can a constructive dialogue be developed which would discuss differences in understanding of sport in Ancient Greece and today? In this paper, the authors will try to answer this question from a historical and philosophical point of view. The paper is divided into three sections. The first section of the paper presents two principally different forms or models of focus in sport competitions – focus on physical excellence or focus on game. The dialectic discourse regarding these two approaches to physical activity is even more interesting due to the fact that these two models take precedence over one another depending on context. In the second section of the paper, the focus shifts to theendemic phenomenon of the Ancient Greek Olympic Games, where the topic is discussed from the perspective of philosophy with frequent historical reflections on the necessary specifics, which observeman as a physical-psychological-social-spiritual being. In the third section of this paper, the authors choose to use the thoughts and sayings of the great philosopher Plato to indicate how much this philosopher wasactually interested in the relationship between soul and body, mostly through physical exercise and sport, because it seems that philosophers who came after him have not seriously dealt with this topic in Plato’s way, although they could.
