Traditional methods of teaching have created several gaps in the Faculty Evaluation System. E-Governance of Faculty Evaluation System is a modern technique which leads to an efficient performance of the education system. Driven by the need for transparency in the system, the aim of this article is to propose a model for an efficient E-Governance of the Faculty Evaluation. The authors have conducted a qualitative study to build up a theoretical model for E-Governance of Faculty Evaluation System. Nineteen enablers are identified from the literature and model has been developed through Total Interpretive Structural Modeling Approach (TISM). The VAXO model, Reachability matrix, binary interaction matrix and transitive links have been explained in the article. The research has developed a model for the Faculty Evaluation System. This is an important concept and is in need at the present hour. This concept could bring equality in faculty employment system and impart quality knowledge to the Education System. This concept can create a novelty in the education system.

Teaching is the bedrock of the learning environment; however, few instructors receive formal instruction on how to teach. While the quality of teaching adults can be assessed in numerous ways, these authors used their experience of creating faculty development programs at small, liberal arts universities to discuss instructor selection, student ratings, mentorship, and peer review. Looking through the lens of formative assessment (evaluation for improvement rather than judgment) and faculty development, this chapter looks at creating a faculty evaluation system which will grow instructors. While many of the items discussed in this chapter could be used with full-time faculty, the focus for these authors is the adjunct community who teach in many adult education programs.

Any sport organization intensively needs a performance evaluation system to ensure the desirability of its activities, particularly in dynamic and complicated environments. The objective of this study was to use interpretive structural modeling (ISM) to propose a performance evaluation model for the youth and sports offices in Khuzestan Province, Iran. This is a quantitative study of descriptive-analytical type. The statistical population consisted of 120 scientific and executive experts. 60 individuals were invited to participate, and finally, 30 individuals were selected as the final respondents by purposive sampling method. The data measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by the experts. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyze the data. MATLAB was employed to analyze the data concerning the interpretive structural model. The results showed that most of the strategies are in the linked area according to the analysis of the influence power and dependence (MICMAC Table). Moreover, the results of the strategy classification indicated that the most essential strategies were: strategies of sport preparation scheme, legislation, structural obstacles elimination, creation of the province sport strategic council, and strategic management approach.

This paper presents a case study of the Malaysian technical education system. The Technical and Vocational Department (TVED) is designated to prepare skilled technical and intelligent workforce to Malaysia in order to meet the goals of Vision 2020. For that reason, a web-based management support system is proposed to TVED for its planning, management and decision-making activities. e-BME is a system for education monitoring and evaluation by means of establishing internal and external efficiency indicators. e-BME would receive input mainly from Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) schools and graduates. There are four types of reports that are generated by the system: Management, Financial, Research and Planning. TVED could use these reports in its policy and decisionmaking activities. This system promotes faster data collection, higher integrity of generated information and a systematic channel for distribution of reports.
