Mobile internet technology is the development of modern communication technology and internet technology, which guides the progress of modern communication and the information field. It enables most users to access the internet easily with just a mobile phone through a powerful and convenient mobile network. Compared with the traditional ways of television advertising and television broadcasting, there is a clear advantage to expand the development of tourism by using the mobile internet. Therefore, it is important to study the development of tourism industry in the context of the mobile internet era. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of mobile internet, and its impact on the tourism industry, this article uses the intelligent push algorithm based on fuzzy K-means clustering to construct the similarity matrix. Then, the efficiency is pushed, and reasonable information is sent to users by the calculated degree of interest. In this way, people can realize a more perfect tourism development strategy based on the background of the mobile internet era.

With the progress of science and technology, the development and improvement of internet technology and smart phones are gradually popular in the daily life; this world has achieved a swift transition to the mobile internet era from the traditional internet era. Various tourist areas have established “Digital Scenic Spots” in recent years, making the internet combine tightly with tourism. The construction of scenic-spot marketing platforms based on internet is an important component of constructing “Digital scenic spot.” In this article, a tourism marketing platform on the mobile internet is established by analyzing the mobile internet mainstream technology and its application in tourism marketing. In this article, the architecture of the marketing system uses the MVC pattern with a three-tier distributed structure and the logic layer of the system uses a construction of JavaBean and EJB. The article also builds a WeChat marketing model based on MM-TIP. The result of research provides some reference for constructing tourism marketing platform based on mobile internet.

Nowadays, mobile Internet becomes increasingly popular and the number of mobile users is growing exponentially. With a traditional clients-server connection, servers are usually in overload state by a huge number of users accessing the service at the same time. Moreover, in a century of “green” Internet technology, it should be more effective in content distribution for a huge number of users. Named-Data Networking (NDN) had been proposed as the promising solution for above problem, which is a content name-oriented approach to disseminate content to edge gateways/routers. In NDN, popular contents are cached at routers for a certain time, and the previously queried one can be reused for multiple times to save bandwidth. In this paper, we propose a solution for Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile network based on the concept of NDN. By OPNET Modeler simulation, we carry out the evaluation in realistic mobile network with a huge number of mobility LTE mobile stations access to a single server, where content names and content sizes are obtained from real trace of Internet traffic. The obtained results show that Evolved Packet Core (EPC) caching scheme can helps to further increases the quality of service as well as offloads server traffic significantly.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile network data traffic presents an explosive growth trend. Especially, the proportion of mobile video business has become a large proportion in mobile Internet business. Mobile video business is considered as a typical business in the 5G network, such as in online education. The growth of video traffic poses a great challenge to mobile network. In order to provide users with better quality of experience (QoE), it requires mobile network to provide higher data transmission rate and lower network delay. This paper adopts a combined optimization to minimize total cost and maximize QoE simultaneously. The optimization problem is solved by ant colony algorithm. The effectiveness is verified on experiment.

Now it is the digital information age. Blended English teaching based on mobile network technology has become an inevitable trend in College English teaching. Systems in the real world are becoming more intelligent, however intelligence has not been widely applied to lighting systems, which are necessary and indispensable parts of human life[1].In this paper, we propose a explosion-proof LED intelligent lighting system for the chemical production, it integrates MCU technology, sensor technology, ZigBee wireless communication technology, WCDMA 3G mobile internet technology, it could overcome the defects of traditional lighting in the chemical production, like poor management, single control, waste of human resources. The level of explosion-proof safety and lighting efficiency will be enhanced.The system could be an instance of intelligent lighting applications.
