With the progress of science and technology, the development and improvement of internet technology and smart phones are gradually popular in the daily life; this world has achieved a swift transition to the mobile internet era from the traditional internet era. Various tourist areas have established “Digital Scenic Spots” in recent years, making the internet combine tightly with tourism. The construction of scenic-spot marketing platforms based on internet is an important component of constructing “Digital scenic spot.” In this article, a tourism marketing platform on the mobile internet is established by analyzing the mobile internet mainstream technology and its application in tourism marketing. In this article, the architecture of the marketing system uses the MVC pattern with a three-tier distributed structure and the logic layer of the system uses a construction of JavaBean and EJB. The article also builds a WeChat marketing model based on MM-TIP. The result of research provides some reference for constructing tourism marketing platform based on mobile internet.

Since time immemorial tourism in hill areas were considered and confined to be leisure centric and recreation oriented. This demand led orientation was a mere perception of the tourists and supply means and ways were largely ignored. Tourism in hill areas is believed to have been a mean of spending from disposable and discretionary income mostly for non-essential activities. This old and stagnant idea has been changing drastically. Today's tourism is not only essential but imperative as well to provide new avenues for income and jobs. This article has dealt with the modern economic environment of tourism in the backdrop of its essential demand (or marketing) and supply (or destination) parameters. More specifically, this article has shown how tourism phenomenon is influencing the community income and thereby their dependency with important marketing and supply trends.

Tourism is acknowledged to be highly experiential in nature, but despite these characteristics, in the tourism literature there are few articles that adopt the Service-Dominant logic (S-D logic) for studying tourism experiences. The aim of this paper is to apply the S-D logic to the case of Addiopizzo Travel, a Mafia-free project of responsible tourism set up in Sicily, Italy. Results show the role of Addiopizzo Travel as a central node of the network of firms involved in the project and the role that interactions among Addiopizzo Travel, stakeholders, and visitors have in the co-creation of tourists' experience.

This article describes how the attitudes and perception of residents can directly affect ecotourism development by changing the ability to generate income, employment and by improving the quality of life. This article identifies and assesses the impacts of ecotourism in the communities in Mysore, India. Ecotourism impact was measured by a 26 item scale measuring local residents' perceptions and attitudes. Data was collected using the questionnaire method with 221 randomly distributed questionnaires collected. This article reveals there was significant support to further tourism development since the residents perceived that there was increased investment in infrastructures and a higher quality of life, increased employment opportunities – especially for a population with deep roots in agriculture. Now, there was an increased chance for residents to explore other jobs in the tourism industry and improved pride in their cultures and traditions in the community. Furthermore, to ensure the success of tourism development, an increased amount of involvement and participation from local residents is pertinent.

Tourism development, a double-edged sword for local communities, is the influenced by attitude of the residents. Favorable attitudes of local community escalate tourists' satisfaction levels. The study focuses on local community attitude and support towards tourism development of Saint Martin Island in Bangladesh. Using judgmental sampling procedure, a sample of 175 local residents was surveyed through a self-administered questionnaire and data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The findings of the study indicate that the Saint Martin Island-community supports future tourism development based on the personal benefit they receive. ANOVA analysis shows significant differences among the local community attitude and support to the tourism development based on profession, age, education, and family income. The study may ensure the commercial, socio-cultural, physiological, political and economic development of the community that enhance sustainability for the industry and it may also help the government to shape future tourism development for the island.

The chapter analyzes the impacts of World Heritage List designation on the local economy, residents, and environment in the Vietnamese site of Hoi An Ancient Town. Findings from the study raise concerns about managing heritage tourism in developing countries. While Hoi An successfully attracts a large number of tourists and enjoys economic success from tourism, social and environmental sustainability are in question. This case study demonstrates that management of tourism at World Heritage-listed sites is facing challenges of land speculation, inflation, commodification of local culture, and environmental degradation.

Crete features many protected areas of exceptional natural beauty that attract thousands of visitors every season. Many local enterprises count on that touristic activity to increase their revenues. One of the most important and well known protected areas of Crete is the Samaria National Park. It was established in 1962 and since then it has earned various international distinctions. The aim of this study is to quantify the economic effects of the visitations at the Samaria National Park, on the whole region of Chania and to identify the profile of the visitor.

This article aims to study the potential of archeology as a tourism resource in the field of cultural tourism, given that good tourism management of archeological sites can attract a larger number of visitors and contribute to the socio-economic development of the areas involved. Specifically, it will examine the role of information sources in the management of such sites, focusing on the case of Segóbriga Archeological Park, Cuenca, Spain. Based on the analysis of the results obtained from surveys of tourists to this destination, this article makes a series of management recommendations concerning the importance of disseminating and promoting this type of tourism resource through various information sources.

Virtual tours using drones enhance the experience the users perceive from a place with cultural interest. Drones equipped with 360o cameras perform real-time video streaming of the cultural sites. The user preferences about each monument type should be considered in order to decide the appropriate flying route for the drone. This article describes a scheme for supporting personalized real-time virtual tours at sites with cultural interest using drones. The user preferences are modeled using the MPEG-21 and the MPEG-7 standards, while Web Ontology Language (OWL) ontologies are used for metadata structure and semantics. The Metadata-Aware Analytic Network Process (MANP) algorithm is proposed in order to weigh the user preferences for each monument type. Subsequently, the Trapezoidal Fuzzy Topsis for Heritage Route Selection (TFT-HRS) algorithm ranks the candidate heritage routes. Finally, after each virtual tour, the user preferences metadata are updated in order in order the scheme to continuously learn about the user preferences.

The primary objectives of this study includes to identify the growth, development of tourism in the state of West Bengal, to study the tourism factors which affect the tourists' satisfaction of West Bengal in general and Kamarpukur in particular, to study the role played by the Government, Department of Tourism, analyze future requirement of tourism infrastructure of Kamarpukur as an important tourism destination in Indian Scenario. For the fulfillment of the basic objectives, data for the study were collected through field survey. The sources of secondary data collected were legal documents, official statistics, reports, publications including data from district information centre. In the originality point of view this study is a sincere attempt to disseminate the required infrastructural framework at Kamarpukur and also encounter the strategies for development of sustainable rural tourism at this destination.
