C516 vertical lathe control circuit uses relay control method, which has disadvantages including large size, complex wiring, high failure rate, and maintenance difficulties. To solve these problems, designing a C516 vertical lathe control circuit based on PLC,. Also describes the electronic requirements of the control circuits, basis of PLC selection, the hardware connection and software design. Practice has showed that the use of PLC control circuit is simple, reliable and highly improves the production efficiency.

A novel control method for the critical conduction mode (CRM) power factor correction (PFC) converter is presented, which reduces the size of the boost inductor in the system with wide input-voltage range and improves the efficiency of the system with low input voltage. By introducing the following boost circuit, the output voltage in the application circuit varies with the input root mean square (RMS) voltage to reduce the demand for the large size of the inductor and the efficiency of the system keeps high under the low input voltage. A novel CRM PFC control system with smaller size inductor and higher efficiency is achieved by applied the following boost method to the core control circuits. Experiment results show that the inductance value of the boost inductor is 430 μH using the presented PFC control system and 700 μH using the traditional PFC control system when the input voltage varies from 85 V to 265 V. The novel control method decreases the inductor's value at 38.2%, and the efficiency of the system improves at 1.62% under the input voltage of 85 V.

Industrial manipulator has become an important and indispensable part of the modern industrial production, This paper studies the industrial manipulator control system based on programmable controller, This paper mainly introduces the software design of PLC control system, analyzes the various modules of the composition manipulator control system , Adopt Mitsubishi PLC design of manipulator system was put forward, the function and the control method of Mitsubishi PLC was studied; Experimental results show that the manipulator can eventually exercise according to the requirements of the control program ,and implement the monitoring system of this manipulator intuitive image observation, reached the design purpose and the requirements of this paper.

The control strategy for hoist system based on PLC was proposed in this paper to mend the control shortcomings in the traditional system applying relay logic control circuits. In this paper the hoist structure was analyzed, and the PLC control system realization in hardware and software was introduced too. The control method improves the maintainability and the flexibility of the elevator, extending the using life, and the ideal control effect can be attained. The Practical application showed that this control system has high efficiency, better maintainability and reliability, at the same time, reduce mine hoist system cost .it can be easier to complete more complicate tasks which the traditional control system can not achieve.

Abstract Production efficiency and product quality need to be addressed simultaneously to ensure the reliability of large scale additive manufacturing. Specifically, print surface temperature plays a critical role in determining the quality characteristics of the product. Moreover, heat transfer via conduction as a result of spatial correlation between locations on the surface of large and complex geometries necessitates the employment of more robust methodologies to extract and monitor the data. In this paper, we propose a framework for real-time data extraction from thermal images as well as a novel method for controlling layer time during the printing process. A FLIR™ thermal camera captures and stores the stream of images from the print surface temperature while the Thermwood Large Scale Additive Manufacturing (LSAM™) machine is printing components. A set of digital image processing tasks were performed to extract the thermal data. Separate regression models based on real-time thermal imaging data are built on each location on the surface to predict the associated temperatures. Subsequently, a control method is proposed to find the best time for printing the next layer given the predictions. Finally, several scenarios based on the cooling dynamics of surface structure were defined and analyzed, and the results were compared to the current fixed layer time policy. It was concluded that the proposed method can significantly increase the efficiency by reducing the overall printing time while preserving the quality.

However, the problems of high cutting loss, low cutting efficiency, and large surface damage of silicon wafer need to be solved; The surface of wire saw line has developed from smooth surface to coated diamond abrasive, which greatly improves the service life of wire saw line; The method of coated diamond abrasive on the surface of wire saw line has developed from resin consolidation to electroplating consolidation, which greatly improves the service life of wire saw line it improves the firmness of the coating; The arrangement of wire saw wire has developed from single wire to multi wire stranding, which makes the wire saw wire can cut large-size silicon rod; The minimum thickness of silicon wafer that can be cut is about 100–140 µm according to the perspective of stress analysis, while the excetive value should be located by more research.

In two experiments, White Leghorn pullets kept in batteries were fed rations containing 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30% raw faba beans (Vicia faba L.) for 336 days. The rations were designed to be isocaloric, isonitrogenous and to have equal levels of methionine plus cystine. The results obtained indicated that levels up to and including 20% faba beans in ration ssupplemented with methionine had no adverse effect on mortality, rate of egg production, efficiency of feed conversion or body weight. A level of 30% faba beans resulted in increased mortality, and decreased egg production and feed conversion in one experiment but had no effect in the other. Egg size tended to decrease as the level of faba beans in the ration increased, resulting in a considerable decrease in the percentage of "large size" eggs graded according to Canadian standards. There was an increase in interior quality of the eggs as measured by Haugh units as the level of faba beans used increased. Specific gravity of the eggs was not affected by use of faba beans in the rations.

It is shown that the solution of the problem of control synthesis using the Hamilton-Ostrogradskii principle leads to a variational inequality, from which the conditions for the maximum of the the generalized power function in the space of bounded piecewise continuous functions follow. It allows to find a feedback structure up to a synthesis function. Using the methods of the structure construction the nonlinear structures of the relay and continuous control laws are obtained. The proposed control method allows to avoid the mode with frequented switching. It consists of the following two stages. At the first stage, the control object is brought into the vicinity of the terminal state using the relay control law. In the second stage, the quasi-optimal continuous control is used. The uncertainty of the transition area size is resolved using fuzzy logic. The efficiency of the intelligent controls is demonstrated by the example of mathematical modeling of the system dynamics.

For the traditional operation mode of high strength, low efficiency in the process of the plastic ruler screen printing, the powerful PLC is used as the control core, the automatic PLC control system is developed, and the reasonable programming skills are applied so that the two institutions can work in parallel, which greatly improves the production efficiency. At the same time, sophisticated sensors are used to detect each action execution state so as to ensure that work is reliable with stable performance. Through actual production test, the printing speed has reached the capacity of 28 rulers on average per minute, and has achieved the good production benefit.

In view of the traditional wired sensing network PLC control system wiring difficulty, the equipment mobilized shortcoming, this article has designed based on the ZigBee wireless communication pharmaceutical factory automation control system. Using the ZigBee technology realization wireless sensing network, completes automatically to the plant production in various parameters monitor, the analysis, processing, automatically does not conform to the request parameter to completely or the part production process in to carry on the adjustment. This design uses the LabView software to replace the configuration software to complete the backstage the movement. Using LabView to carry on the instrument system the design, the examination and the realization, may reduce the system the development time, enhances the production efficiency. This system has the broad application prospect.

The coal mine drainage equip ment plays an important role to make the production normally and orderly. At present, domestic coal mine drainage system implement manual monitoring, namely the traditional relay control method.Feature of this method is that a large labor intensity, low reliability and stability,and complicated control circuit,it has not adapted to the needs of the development of coal.In this paper, design of the automatic drainage system is to make up for the shortage of the traditional relay control,it adopts PLC control with a combination of PC monitor to improve the safety of the work,and has a long service life, convenient maintenance, etc.
