Companying with a fire, several feature parameters will be generated. In order to indicate a fire disaster effectively, a design that can detect three kinds of these feature parameters (temperature, CO gas and smoke) is introduced in this paper. The peripheral environment feature parameters will be converted into digital data by corresponding sensing modules included in the nodes. The data will be transmitted to the host computer based on TCP/IP and processed by Neural-Net Algorithms. Though the analyze of the data from the experiment, the nodes show a quick real time response, good operation stability and high speed data transmission. They are very suitable for early fire monitoring in modern buildings to protect human life and properties.

Abstract. One of the advances in information technology that now has changed the outlook and human life, business process and business strategy of an institution is the internet. The internet is a very large networks that connected to computers and serves throughout the world in one centralized network. With the internet we can access data and information anytime and anywhere.    As one provider of high-speed data communications services and the pioneer of the internet network service provider in Indonesia that provides integrated services, as well as one of the pioneer development of internet services that provide extensive services in the building and apply it throughout Indonesia. Indosat ready to seize opportunities for sustainable growth of business spectrum are still sprawling Indonesia.    Therefore, Indosat continues to focus on the development of increased efforts to provide the best service for customers of Indosat. Indosat will continue to develop and expand network coverage and a larger investment that the company will achieve excellence in the field of integrated telecommunications services.    Ranking by region of the IP Providers can be seen by grouping IP Providers, and management over IP Providers prefer to choose providers based on where it orginates as an example for the region of the U.S if it will be preferred providers that come from U.S. providers.With the commencement of the internet network optimization start early in 2008 with the selection of the appropriate IP Upstream Provider criteria, it is up to date according to data obtained from Indosat, seen any significant changes to the cost of purchasing capacity of the IP Upstream.    Based on the data obtained that until Q3 or September 2008, the number of IP Upstream Providers that previously there were 20 to 10 IP Upstream Provider, IP Transit Price total decrease of 11% to the price of IP Transit Price / Mbps there is a decrease of 78%, while from the capacity bandwith an increase of 301% capacity from 2008.

In Virtual instrument (VI) established for computer based automated test and control, the process with only single thread has limits when developed for acquiring high speed data, analyzing and displaying them the meaning while. Any interference from another task may block the whole running process and cause data missing. In order to increase the throughput, responding time and multi-task processing efficiency of VI, multi-thread programming with the platform LabWindows/CVI is introduced in this paper. Contents include the two strategies to establish multi-thread program, Thread pool and Asynchronous Timer, and how to protect data with multi-thread programming. Finally, a case study showed a multi-thread VI based on Asynchronous Timer method, with the comparison of performance between single thread and multi-thread program.

Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems applying the Eigenbeam-Space Division Multiplexing (E-SDM) technique can be considered as optimal MIMO systems because of providing the highest channel capacity and good communications reliability. In the systems, orthogonal transmission beams are formed between transmit and receive sides; and also optimal transmit input data are adaptively allocated. In addition, a simple detection can be used at receiver to totally eliminate sub-stream interference. Therefore, MIMO E-SDM systems have been considered as a good potential technology for future high speed data transmission networks. Although there have been a lot of technical papers evaluated the systems based on theory analyses and/or computer-based simulation, just few ones have been considered the MIMO E-SDM systems based on hardware design. The main contribution of this paper is to present our own design and implementation of 2x2 and 2x3 MIMO E-SDM systems on FPGA Altera Stratix DSP Development KIT using Verilog HDL, an important step before going to make integrated circuits. The bit-error rate performance the consumption for our design of these systems have shown that our design is successful.

RESUMO: O presente artigo objetiva tratar possíveis relações entre novas mídias digitais e certos aspectos conceituais da linguagem, como significado e performatividade. Big data é o termo que se refere ao acúmulo de dados digitais que caracterizou as mídias de comunicação em massa nas duas últimas décadas e está diretamente relacionado à atual configuração da plataforma de serviços de tecnologia Web 2.0. As escalas de desmedido volume e variedade de dados digitais e altos índices de velocidade que caracterizam o Big data modificam as paisagens de contexto social, provocando, consequentemente, atualizações nas escalas da linguagem. Afinal, contextos em ambientes virtuais entram em colapso, pois ao assumir as próprias características do meio, revelam-se superdiversos, simultâneos, fragmentados, não estruturados, ausentes de marcadores familiares, excedendo escalas tradicionais de tempo, espaço e alcance social. ABSTRACT: This article aims at assimilating possible relationships among new digital media and certain conceptual aspects of language, such as meaning and performativity. Big data is a term that refers to digital data accumulation that characterized the mass communication media in the last two decades and it is directly related to the current configuration of Web 2.0 technology services platform. The scales of excessive quantity and variety of digital data and high speed data which characterize the Big data change the social context of landscapes, causing consequently updates on the scales of language. After all, contexts in virtual environments collapse, because they assume the characteristics of the environment, that is, they show themselves as superdiverse, simultaneous, fragmented, unstructured, missing family markers, exceeding traditional scales of time, space and social reach.

Utilization of conventional energy sources such as coal, fuel oil, natural gas and others on the one hand has a low operating cost, but on the other side of the barriers is the greater source of diminishing returns and, more importantly, the emergence of environmental pollution problems dangerous to human life. This study aims to formulate the kinematics and dynamics to determine the movement of Solar Power Mower. In this study, using solar power as an energy source to charge the battery which then runs the robot. Design and research was conducted in the Department of Mechanical Workshop Faculty of Engineering, University of Hasanuddin of Gowa. Control system used is a manual system using radio wave transmitter and receiver which in turn drive the robot in the direction intended. Experimental results showed that treatment with three variations of the speed of 6.63 m / s, 8.84 m / s and 15.89 m / sec then obtained the best results occur in grass cutting 15.89 sec and high-speed cutting grass 5 cm. Formulation of kinematics and dynamics for lawn mowers, there are 2 control input variables, x and y ̇ ̇ 3 to control the output variables x, y and θ so that there is one variable redudant. Keywords: mobile robots, lawn mower, solar power

Optical networks are bandwidth efficient networks are used for long haul communication providing seamless data transfer. For high speed data transmission in open space between different satellites, Inter-satellite Optical wireless communication (IsOWC) is widely used .In this paper we have evaluated the performance of IsOWC communication link for high speed data transmission .The performance of the system is evaluated on the basis of qualitative parameters such as Q-factor and BER using optisystem simulator.
