Prognostic health-management of aero-engine’s fleet have features with multi-source and asynchronous. Cruise engine gas temperature (EGT) and Take-off EGT have always been the focus of evaluating gas performance and predicting the remaining life. The calculation method of EGT Margin was showed based on the introduction of the definition and classification of the EGT. It analyses not only the relationships between Cruise EGT and Take-off EGT but also each other’s main functions. Meanwhile, an instance was used to explain the disadvantages of using Cruise EGT to calculate life prognostics.

Down Syndrome (DS) caused by trisomy 21 results in various congenital and developmental complications in children. It is crucial to cytogenetically diagnose the DS cases early for their proper health management and to reduce the risk of further DS childbirths in mothers. In this study, we performed a cytogenetic analysis of 436 suspected DS cases using karyotyping and fluorescent in situ hybridization. We detected free trisomies (95.3%), robertsonian translocations (2.4%), isochromosomes (0.6%), and mosaics (1.2%). We observed a slightly higher incidence of DS childbirth in younger mothers compared to mothers with advanced age. We compared the somatic aneuploidy in peripheral blood of mothers having DS children (MDS) and control mothers (CM) to identify biomarkers for predicting the risk for DS childbirths. No significant difference was observed. After induced demethylation in peripheral blood cells, we did not observe a significant difference in the frequency of aneuploidy between MDS and CM. In conclusion, free trisomy 21 is the most common type of chromosomal abnormality in DS. A small number of DS cases have translocations and mosaicism of chromosome 21. Additionally, somatic aneuploidy in the peripheral blood from the mother is not an effective marker to predict DS childbirths.

The process of positioning a region is one of the most important tools for attracting investment to a territory. In turn, the methods of work of the human health management system, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the population. However, effective tools for positioning the region, which take into account the geographical location, recreational conditions of the territory, the available opportunities, its cultural, national and ethnic identification, as well as differences, have not yet been proposed. This is evidenced by the low level of investment in the regions, the weak development of the real sector of the territory's economy, the rapid decline in the living standards of most of the region's residents, and, as a consequence, the growth in the rate of population migration. Thus, the formation of tools for positioning and identification of the region, which allows you to determine their competitive advantages, is a basic prerequisite for ensuring the economic development of the territory. In modern conditions of the transfer of powers and budgets of state bodies to local governments, the positioning of the region becomes a possible condition for their competitiveness. The article discusses the interpretation of the concept of "positioning", in particular, two of its basic components are highlighted: positioning as a strategy, positioning as a set of actions. Approaches to the positioning of the brand of the region are analyzed, where the region is considered from the position of a unique phenomenon and a complex product with a wide range of properties. The signs of a successful brand are determined, the main goals of branding, assessment, classification of models and stages of positioning the region are highlighted. and also: diagnosis of the situation, formulation of the essence of the brand, a strategic plan for brand promotion. implementation of the strategic plan, assessment of the effectiveness of the formed brand.

The Aero-Engine Is the Heart of an Aircraft and Critical to the Flight Safety and Economy, Health Management in Total Life Cycle for Aero-Engines Is an Effective Way and Is Popularly Employed to Balance the Economy and Safety. however, it Is Difficult to Make Appropriate Health Management Strategies for a Complex System, such as Aero-Engines. Firstly the Uncertainty Source of Fault Diagnosis and Prognosis System Is Explored. then the Primary Uncertainty Sources Including Condition Information, Monitoring and Detection Approaches, Signal Detection, Remaining Lifetime Prediction and Maintenance Strategy-Making, Are Analyzed in this Context. the Corresponding Tactics for Reducing Uncertainty Are Proposed in the Paper, which Provides Essential References for Assisting the Design for Health Management System.

A large number of charged particles exist in the aero-engine gas path, the electrostatic monitoring technology mainly monitors the electrostatic charge in the exhaust gas of aero-engine by arranging an electrostatic sensor, and predicts the performance and working state of gas path components by using signal process algorithms and intelligent decision model. Considering the characteristics of the aero-engine gas path and the requirements of the gas path parameter detection, an electrostatic induction-based electrostatic sensor is built to detect the anomalously charged particles in the gas path on line, providing an important basis for aero-engine Prognostics and Health Management (PHM). Simulation experiments are implemented to investigate the time response and frequency characteristic of the output signals of the sensor and analyze the influence factors.
