Under the revelation of typology method, this essay aims at analyzing the evolution of the traditional residential buildings in the grasslands of Inner Mongolia, summing up the prairie residential building construction pattern language, and exploring the appropriate settlement of pastoralists living space mode. In order to inherit the essence of excellent grassland culture, improve the environment and living conditions in pastoral areas habitat which has important practical significance.

Residential buildings and premises must comply with sanitary rules and regulations, but a lot of provisions of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for living conditions contradict Federal legislation and do not provide for the regulation of public relations arising in the process of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of population at all stages of arranging residential buildings and premises, therefore they require updating. International, national regulatory legal acts of a number of countries, regulatory legal acts of Russian Federation, establishing sanitary and epidemiological requirements for living conditions in residential buildings and premises, research studies carried out in Russia and abroad were used as research materials. A set of general scientific research methods: analytical, system-structural, comparative was a procedural basis of the study. Widening of the scope of sanitary standards and rules: extension of responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the document to the executive authorities, expanding the list of objects prohibited for allocation in residential buildings, measures to ensure a barrier-free environment for the disabled, requirements of inadmissibility of residential building destruction by mold, and others were suggested as the results of the study. Due to the fact that the problem of fresh air is common, the design indices of air and air exchange rate are proposed. Recommended changes regarding noise regulation assume the elimination of contradictions when correction coefficients are applied. Conclusions. Analysis of current sanitary and epidemiological requirements enabled to specify indoor environmental factors of the living space, originating from an interaction of outdoor environment, indoor environment of the living space and direct effect of the human himself and on which favorable living conditions depend, and elaborate on the reasons of violations of the established requirements. Suggested changes and additions corresponded to the main trends existing in international practice are aimed at specifying the provisions of the document, optimizing a number of standards, and eliminating contradictions. It is noted that regulation and monitoring of dwelling condition cannot be limited just by the indoor premises of the building. It is necessary to consider the living environment as a united system: human - residential unit (apartment, room, and auxiliary facilities) - building - surrounding grounds- microdistrict - residential area of the city.

Nowadays, under the  situation  of  the accelerating  process  of urbanization,  our  social economic development has also been leaps and bounds and  the  corresponding construction industry has also been high speed developed. Our country in the field of land resources still insist on a solid  strict  management control, therefore, in this context,it will inevitably lead the land resources to face with a tense situation which has become a great test forhigh-rise residential building construction as it appears repeatedly.  Normally, high-rise residential buildings have the characteristics of limited operating surface, high investment  cost,  long construction period and high requirements of construction technology. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the high-rise residential building construction technology.

With the rapid development of national economy in china, the proportion of the building consumption in energy consumption is rising year by year. This paper will analyze energy influence factors of consumption of residential building in Inner Mongolia. According to these factors, it will optimize the energy consumption of residential building energy saving research . In the end , the thesis will put up some measures to optimization of conserve energy and provide guidance and help for residential building energy conservation in Inner Mongolia.

A comprehensive approach to the problem of improving the quality of construction of residential buildings, allows you to take into account various main factors that affect the quality of construction in General. Using the method of expert opinions, the most significant parameters were identified. The weight of each factor is determined using a mathematical model. The experiment examined three levels of variation in significance for each group of factors. After obtaining a discrete value of a complex indicator of the quality of construction of a residential building, it is interpreted using adapted quantitative ranges of values of the generalized Harrington desirability function. A method has been developed to determine the effectiveness of organizational and technological decisions made. An algorithm has also been developed to improve the quality of residential building construction.

The energy consumption of residential buildings and its potential influence factors in Inner Mongolia were investigated by questionnaires. The main factors influencing energy consumption of the residential buildings were screened by the partial corresponding analysis. The partial correlation analysis indicates that the total energy consumption of the residential buildings and the energy consumption per unit floor area are closely related to annual household income, air conditioning opened situations and building orientation. While they are not significantly related to construction area, building type, building ages, household resident population, heating modes, appliances quantity, appliances opened situations, hot water supply modes, According to these influencing factors, the article put forward some energy optimization measures.

A good typology, corresponding to the contemporary requirements of housing can contribute to better quality solutions in this field. Theoretical considerations concerning building configuration have defined the types of residential buildings configurations in their basic form, producing hybrid solutions when combined. Current solutions of residential buildings in densely populated urban areas of developed Western European countries have brought another additional type of residential building configuration to the foreground. In order to achieve high density it is necessary to build high residential buildings, which suggests the use of the tower building form as one of adequate solutions. In their response to the current complex building construction requirements, from urban to technological, urban planners and architects conclude that a residential building in the form of a tower must have a substantial plinth. Only this will allow for a quality product - a marketable apartment that meets all standards of a complex locations in the cities. That is how a new type of residential building configuration was born. Improved configuration typology of residential buildings will expose current issues more clearly and reveal better solutions for housing in urban areas.

The need to modernize residential construction technologies is an imperative for reducing labour, material, technical, fuel and energy resources. The purpose of the study is to optimize the construction time regulations for the large-panel residential buildings by synchronizing construction flows. The methodological basis contains the principles of climatic zoning for building construction and technical regulation, affecting the particular features of architectural design and the construction schedule. A technique for the combination of maximum allowable types of work under continuous construction arrangement has been developed and coefficient of combination of different types of work for construction flows synchronization has been determined. The practical significance of the study is to improve the process of exterior wall panels installation, provided that an integrated regulation model based on the Spider Project software package is used. The social significance of the study is to make the reduction of the construction time and saving resources possible. The originality of the study is that the combining of different work types during the installation of exterior wall panels of a large-panel residential building has been justified. The need for creation of regional regulations for the construction time has been proved.
