Using GT-Power software to establish the simulation model of the working process of an engine coupled with the muffler, insertion loss and pressure loss are obtained, simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, which verifies the correctness of simulation model.Therefore, it is important to shorten the vehicle development cycle and reduce cost.

The noise of exhaust muffler is one of the key factors of the noise of the whole car. As a key member in reducing the exhaust noise, its performance directly influence the smoothness of the car. By establishment of simulation model of coupling of engine working process and muffler the plug-in loss and pressure loss are obtained. The result of simulation calculation is basically the same as that of actual test. The measures to optimize the structure of the muffler proposed based on the study have achieved relatively satisfactory effect.

Abstract Based on the one-dimensional simulation model of lubricating oil system is established and analyzed by using FLOWMASTER software, this paper proposes a new method of optimizing lubricating oil system by PID technology. Ensure that the configuration requirements and control strategies of the relevant accessories of the simulation model are satisfied with the design requirements. Firstly, by simulating lubricating oil pressure fluctuation and lubricating oil flow distribution under Open/Close Valve in different opening and closing time, the optimal opening/closing time of Open/Close Valve is determined to be 0.2 s and 0.5 s respectively. Secondly, by writing the controller script file combined with a controller to realize automatic unloading relief valve simulation, determine the relief valve pressure regulating range of 0∼0.38 MPa, For precision of constant pressure valve of oil spill, the simulation results show that the average 10 m3/h flow caused by pressure changes of about 0.06 MPa. Under the flow sudden change signal of about 40 m3/h, the maximum pressure change is less than 0.1 MPa. Through the simulation results, it is found that most of the lubrication parts in the original design have the phenomenon of flow redundancy, which causes unnecessary pump power loss. The system is optimized by PID technology. By comparing the simulation results before and after optimization, it is found that the speed of constant displacement pump could be changed in time by PID controller, and the flow redundancy could be improved significantly, so the lubricating oil system could be lower consumption and achieve the purpose of optimization.

According to the insufficient force analysis of the cable in the process of winch retraction, especially the insufficient research on the flexible cable retraction process such as the UHMWPE cable, the dynamic simulation analysis of the retraction process of the parallel grooved multi-layer drum and UHMWPE cable cable is carried out by using the virtual prototype software ADAMS. The simulation model of the cable is created by using the macro command program, and the virtual prototype model of the cable drum is completed, and the force changes of the cable under different rotating speeds are simulated.The simulation results show that the contact force between the cable and the double winding drum can be quickly stable under the specific load, and with the increase of the rotating speed, the maximum value of the tension change of the cable increases, but it is finally stable at a fixed value. The results can provide some reference for structural strength calculation of cable storage drum, selection of high molecular polyethylene cable and dynamic analysis of cable arranger under load.

By application of the theory and methods of discrete element, a loader loading process three-dimensional simulation model was established, the simulation model established in EDEM software realized the visualization of loader inserting process. By three different particle size materials inserting process simulation, material motion characteristic could be obtained and the laws of motion of different size material were compared. Simulation results show that regardless of the particle size, compaction zone (dense core) were generated. For small particles, during insertion of the material there was a distinct shear slip plane and for coarse particles, slip plane was not obvious. The simulation results were consistent with the results of previous analysis and verified that the discrete element method and the model in the loading process were effective in the study.

The coupling simulation model of a gasoline engine’s working process and muffler is established by GT-Power software, and related data are obtained by simulation calculation. It is found that the calculating results are consistent with the actual data, which validates the correctness of this simulation model. Through the analysis processing of the coupling simulation model, it is put forward an improved case for the exhaust muffler in this paper. Based on a local optimization, the simulation results show that the insertion loss of muffler has improved markedly, the exhaust noise values decreased and indicated power engine remain basically unchanged.

Some simulation and experimental researches on magnetic-valve controlled reactor (MCR) have been done in this paper. Firstly, the equivalent circuit of MCR is derived according to the operational principle. Secondly, based on MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation model is established, in addition, the simulation researches are carried out. Thirdly, a MCR, with rated voltage 220V and rated capacity 600VA, is designed and tested. Comparing the experimental results with simulation results prove the validity of simulation model.

In this paper the nonlinear model of zero open symmetrical cylinder controlled by four-way slide valve system was established base on power bond graph. The flexible simulation model was building up by the use of simulink toolbox in MATLAB. The model’s dynamic characteristics were stimulated. The simulation results showed the nonlinear model could reflect the dynamic characteristics of the valve controlled cylinder accurately. So it provided scientific basis for estimating the characteristics and correct using of the controlled cylinder system.

ADAMS was used to establish the dynamics simulation model of a truck vehicle vibration system, while the engine, drive shaft and tire excitations were added to the model. For nonlinear characteristics of rubber mounting components stiffness and damping, input was conducted by the use of interpolation function SPLINE. Through the comparison of road tests and simulation results, the model reliability was verified and simulation analysis was conducted on this basis. The results show that reasonable selection and matching of powertrain mounting stiffness, mounting position could effectively improve the performance of vehicle vibration system.

This paper explains and demonstrates how to construct integration simulation model of exavtor operator based on modelica language. The paper firstly introduce the history of modelic language and application in production design; secondly the paper construct exavtor operator dynamics model by D-H method and construct operator’s modelica model by dymola soft; then the paper analyse the hydraulic system of operator, and construct hydraulic simulation model which integrate to operator mechanism system; at last the paper gives simulation results of vauious operating mode. Because of consideration in coordination of mechanism and hydraulic of operator,the simulation results approach actual working process,and improve the exavtor’s design efficiency and reliability.
