This paper discusses Doherty Power Amplifier(DPA) and its evolution over the years. The basic operational principle of the Doherty amplifier and its defective behavior that has been originated by transistor characteristics will be presented. The different research trends, all aimed to improve the advantages of the Doherty scheme and to solve its inherent drawbacks, are discussed.

Purpose This paper aims to propose a new magnetic-geared motor (MGM) which can easily increase the gear ratio up to approximately several hundred. The operational principle is described, and the relationship between the maximum transmission torques of each layer of the differential harmonic magnetic gear is investigated using a mathematical model and finite element method (FEM). Design/methodology/approach The operational principle and maximum transmission torque are described using a mathematical model. The FEM is used to investigate the operational principle and torque characteristics. Findings As the proposed model can realize a larger gear ratio than the conventional model, the torque constant can be approximately 100 times as large as that of the conventional model. Research limitations/implications The proposed and conventional models have the same shape stator, and it is not optimized. Originality/value The relationship between the maximum transmission torques of each layer is described, and this helps the design of a differential type MGM.

The LLC resonant converter has been widely used in direct current (DC) power supply applications. However, fundamental harmonic approximation or other simplified analyses will introduce inevitable deviations. Therefore, the differential equation model with numerical solution of the LLC converter is proposed in this paper based on the operational principle of the ideal case. In order to solve the differential equation, initial values need to be substituted. The accurate LLC model based on time interval analysis is very complicated and cannot be used. In this paper, solution methods of the initial values corresponding to different switching frequencies are proposed. The initial values can be solved conveniently. Furthermore, the voltage gain curve is modified by the idealized analysis. Lastly, all the above research is verified by PSIM simulation. The work is helpful to understand the operational principle of the LLC resonant converter.

Summary. The purpose of the study. Optimization of the treatment of PNP with the defeat of the PF in DM. Materials and methods. Results of treatment of 138 patients with PNP on the background of DM using ozone therapy, ultrasonic cavitation and laser irradiation of the wound. Results and discussion. Attention is drawn to the problems of the course of the disease and the complexity of complex therapy in the initial background pathology. Conclusions. The operational principle of “step-by-step” is justified in the case of PNP against the background of DM. Ozone therapy suppresses anaerobic flora in the treatment of PNP. Ultrasonic cavitation is an effective method of cleaning tissues in PNP. The use of laser photoinduction is an effective method of stimulating the reparative processes of damaged tissues. Methods of ultrasonic cavitation, ozone and laser therapy allow to achieve accelerated cleaning of the PNP substrate with little trauma.

The article points out to changes in on-board aircraft power converters, which are necessary due to weight reduction and improvement of reliability and maintenance. The paper presents the evolution from old rotary converters to modern solid state converters and describes their advantages. There is also the mention about electro-magnetic interference (EMI), which is introduce during the conversion and how could it be reduced for different types of converters. The operational principle of various power inverters is simulated in MATLAB to figure out different output waveforms quality which could be reached by such a conversion.

"Islam in Redefining A Difference". Islam is a religion rahmatanlil'alamin, for that Islam can put the situation and conditions. Deviation can be justified is the deviation in trouble furu', and the issue is not the principle I'tiqad. Deviation different from the iftiraq, iftiraq according to the language comes from the word meaning mufarawah division and separation. Meanwhile, according to the terms of the scholars, iftiraq is out of the Sunnah and Jama'ah on one ushul (principal) of a judge actions ushul fundamental, both in aqidah or amaliyah.

The research aims to analyze administrative and professional accountability in the implementation of employees performance in Kanreg II BKN Surabaya. There are two elements in the implementation of employees performance, namely Employee Work Targets and Work Behavior. Antonio Bar Cendon (1999), states that there are four forms of accountability typology, namely a) Political Accountability b) Administrative Accountability c) Professional Accountability d) Accountability for Democracy. The research uses descriptive qualitative method that focuses on operational principle, internal accountability, external accountability, subject matter, criteria, mechanism, and consequences. Data collection technique is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis of administrative and professional accountability in implementing employees performance in Kanreg II BKN Surabaya are more dominant type of administrative and professional accountability, that can be seen from the sub-indicator of the dominant type of administrative accountability. The research is inseparable from the supporting factors, namely regulation, supervision, application systems, description of main tasks and functions, rewards, and sanctions.

Sharia bank fund raising products are known as deposits, which generally consist of demand deposits for wadiah, mudharabah savings deposits, and deposits. The operational principle in Islamic banks that are applied in collecting public funds is the principle of wadi'ah and mudharabah. In the case of the authority of the mudharabah law is divided into two, namely mudharabah mutlaqoh and mudharabah muqoyyadah. The steps taken in calculating the profit-sharing of funds in Islamic banks include using the revenue sharing method, separating funds originating from mudharabah investment, calculating all total funds, calculating the average financing, summing total income, subtracting the percentage of investment, and determining the amount of profit obtained. The method used in deriving revenue sharing for depositors in Islamic banks is to use the calculation of investment returns per thousand and use profit-sharing calculations based on the average daily balance of all deposits and similar distribution income
