By way of summarizes operation experience, using fuzzy control method to realize the decoupling control of coal mill cold air damper, hot air damper and coal feeder, by using cascade control of fuzzy control look up table and PI controller in DCS, it’s convenient to realized the automatic control of ball mill. Practice proves that this method is easy to achieve and good control effect could be achieved.

PID controller has widely used in control system for its simple structure, good control effect and strong robustness, the PI control strategy was introduced into rotor side converter of DFIG control with the mathematical models and the structure of stator flux-oriented vector control. Particle swam optimization algorithm was a new random optimization technology which has the features of rapid calculation speed. The PI controller design for RSC current loop and speed loop control was analyzed, and the PSO algorithm was presented for PI controller design, the simulation experiments demonstrated that the algorithm was suitable for the RSC control system with PSO remarkable search capability.

A control system for water level of boiler steam drum based on DSP microprocessor is designed in this paper. The technique of fuzzy control was applied to controlling the water level of the steam drum, the operational principle and application of the fuzzy-PID arithmetic are described. The water level controller with good control effect is developed. Firstly the hardware structure of system is introduced in the paper and then investigates the fuzzy-PID arithmetic carry out, and finally, the simplified program flowchart are given.

This Temperature control system of aircraft cabin is a complex system with nonlinear, time-varying, model inaccurate and work environment uncertain. According to the system control requirements, the fuzzy controller with the characteristic of fast response speed, good stability and strong resistance to interference is used in the study. The system error is adjusted constantly by using fuzzy control algorithm and simulation study is conducted in the software Matlab. The results are showed that control effect of control method used in this study is better than the traditional PID control method, and dynamic performance, steady state accuracy and robustness of system is effectively improved.

Mill load is closely related to production efficiency and energy consumption, the purpose of mill load control is guaranteed to increase the production efficiency under the condition of safe and stable operation of the mill grinding. For ball grinding system has some characteristics of nonlinear, large time delay and time-varying, the conventional control method is hard to achieve good control effect, this paper proposes a optimization method of fuzzy control of mill load based on genetic algorithm. The control rules and membership functions has a great deal of subjectivity and arbitrariness. In order to make up this deficiency, using genetic algorithm better solve the mill load optimization. Make grinding system can safe, stable and efficient operation.

The bending-roll control system has characteristics of time-varying, time-delay, nonlinearity and serious external disturbance, so it is hard to establish precise math model that be applied to control. In view of the problems above, ant colony algorithm is used to tuning parameters of PID controller and concrete step of PID parameters tuning based on ant colony algorithm is given. The simulation results indicate that the method not only improves control performance and dynamic quality, but also has strong self-adapting ability and robustness. It achieved a very good control effect when used in bending control system that proved the correctness and effectiveness of the control method.

Fuzzy control does not need to master the precise mathematical model of control object, but to determine the amount of the control object according to the control rules. This control method has a good control effect for the system with lag or random interference. It is a new attempt to treat the sewage with a PLC fuzzy controller. The control system is more reliable and it could achieve a good control effect. According to the features of the complexity of modern sewage treatment system and the difficulty of establishing accurate mathematical model, a fuzzy control method applied to the system with PLC is established and realized. The results showed that based on this method, the system is easy to realize and anti-interference ability is strong, a good adjustment quality is obtained.

Based on a steel concrete building, this paper presents a study on the fuzzy control of building vibration. The building structure is simplified into layer model and is applied with a fuzzy control. Three membership functions, Gaussian, triangel and π shap, are used for the simulation. Three earthquake waves, El_centro, Taft and Tianjinghuanhe, are utilized as well. Nine operating modes are proposed for fuzzy control. A series of fuzzy control rules are designed with ground acceleration and mass point displacement being regarded as firstly important components. The simulation results show the control ratio of decreased displacement to the maximum displacement without control varies from 12.67% of Mode I to 36.33% of Mode G. The average control ratio is 23.99%. The fuzzy control system has a quite good control effect on building vibration.

According to the characteristics of non-linear, time-varying and large time delay in the control of grate cooler, a multi-mode intelligent control method is proposed in the paper.The multi-mode intelligent controller is builded up by variable integral PID control, fuzzy control, Bang-Bang control and expert control. This control method through a multi-mode intelligent control rules automatically identifies different modal and chooses a corresponding control algorithm to correct variable integral PID control.Industrial applications show that the control system has good robustness, achieved good control effect.

There is a universal coupling in process control system, especially with the development of science and technology, industry system has became more and more big, the control process is more complicated, the variables which need to solve are also gradually increased. Therefore between the variables in the associated process produce coupling. In order to solve the coupling problems, we introduced PI self-adjusting fuzzy control model in the link of decoupling, and designed the model and the algorithm of decoupling with decoupling controller. The experiment showed that, after the introduction of PI algorithm, the time when the system reaches a steady is greatly reduced, saving time and cost. Also there is no coupling between the two signals, which shows that PI algorithm successfully reaches the decoupling in the process control.
