Welding power source is an important research content in the field of welding technology. It is of significance to organize the design database of welding power source, construct its development platform, and realize its CAD and simulation system based on Web. In the scope of this paper, the core technology applied in above aspects were analyzed and summarized, the current development status and future trend of the application of computer and internet technology in welding power source areas were introduced.

: Microwave heating technology, as a new green metallurgical method, is the core technology used in metallurgical engineering. Based on a brief overview of the principle of microwave technology heating and its application in the metallurgical industry, this paper summarizes the latest research progress and development status of the current microwave heating technology in the hydrometallurgy leaching process and the trend of the application of microwave heating technology in metallurgy. A detailed classification and discussion on the leaching process of common metals is made. The purpose is to further improve the application level of the technology and provide technical support for the improvement of the market position of China’s metallurgical industry. Finally, the problems that need to be solved urgently in the hydrometallurgy of microwave-assisted leaching are further discussed and prospects and suggestions are made.

Arc welding technology is an important part of modern welding technology, and providing the energy of arc welding power source is welding technology at the core. The traditional arc welding power source is backward in technology and large amount of consumables, so arc welding inverter power has become the direction of its development. With the enhanced awareness of energy saving and environmental protection, this paper concentrates on new high power factor of arc welding power source as the research object, and introduces the main structure of high-power arc welding power source. At the same time, using Matlab software for modeling and simulation analysis on the main circuit and control circuit, the simulation results comply with the design requirements and verify the feasibility of the system design.

MIMO and OFDM technology is the core technology of 4G network, and have great development prospects. The main drawback of MIMO-OFDM system is the high PAPR. This paper is based on Cross-antenna rotation and inversion and Active Constellation Extension. The paper proposed the joint algorithm to reduce PAPR in STBC MIMO-OFDM system. It makes use of time, space and frequency freedom to improve the PAPR performance. The simulation results show that the joint algorithm can effectively reduce the PAPR value and do not increase the bit error rate in STBC MIMO-OFDM system.

Plasma Resource Recovery (PRR) is a revolutionary technology that can treat virtually any type of waste by combining gasification with vitrification. Vitrification produces inert slag that can be used as a construction material. Gasification produces a fuel gas containing carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2), used for cogeneration of electricity and steam. The plasma fired eductor which is the core technology of the PRR system is presently being used commercially on a cruise ship at a scale of 5 TPD. The capabilities of the PRR technology have been demonstrated in a pilot plant, at a rate of up to 2 TPD of various types of waste. Because of the high intensity of the plasma flame and the reduced amounts of gases produced in a gasification system, compared to traditional combustion systems, the PRR system is typically very compact. As such, the PRR technology opens the door for a decentralized, small scale approach to waste management.

Abstract Artificial intelligence technology (A I T) has also been widely used in society. Combining A I T with mechanical and electrical control systems will bring huge profits to the corporate sector and greatly improve work efficiency. It can save a lot of money in the electrical control operations of all walks of life in the country, and fill the gap in this technology in the country. The purpose of this article is to study the application of A I T in mechanical electrical control systems (M E C S). This article first introduces the basic theories and concepts of A I T, extends the core technology of A I T, and combines the current status of the electrical control system of modern enterprises in our country to discuss its existing problems, and finally studies and analyzes A I T and machinery. Combination of electrical control systems, and discuss the application of A I T in mechanical electrical orifice subsystems. Experiments show that, compared with the existing M E C S, the M E C S using A I T can better complete the work and improve work efficiency.

With the development of new generation Internet technology, Digital Object Architecture (DOA)/Handle system plays an important role in industrial system. The development and technical characteristics of DOA/Handle technology is studied in this paper. Then function architecture of distributed data acquisition system based on DOA/Handle technology is proposed. Through the detailed design of the functions and characteristics of the architecture, the core functions such as distributed data acquisition, distributed data management, data security sharing, and data security governance are realized in the industrial Internet environment. At the end of the paper, the typical scenarios of this architecture are summarized, and a prospect of the application prospect of DOA/Handle technology is introduced.

Abstract Due to the current advances in simulation, computer graphics, robotics, and other related technologies, virtual environment has become a future trend in design and development of new products. This paper summarizes the current enabling technologies to develop a virtual environment for parts handling applications, such as parts feeding, assembling, and robotic grasping. A special focus is on developing a physically-based simulation system, which is the core of a virtual parts handling environment. Critical technologies such as object collision detection and response, contact modeling and friction modeling are reviewed. The technological challenges in these areas are also pointed out.


Internet technology continues to grow fast and has now become the dominant computing technology in developing software and computing applications. By fully taking advantage of the quick development of the service concept and modeling, Web services technology, as part of Internet technology, has rapidly evolved and made a drastic impact on enterprise integration. A deployed Web based service, relying on a suite of Internet based standard protocols, is self-contained, self-describing, and network-neutral computing component. It can be readily deployed, published, located, and invoked over the heterogeneous networks. This chapter starts with a brief introduction to the concepts of services and enterprise service computing. The Web service’s technical fundamentals are then fully explored. XML, SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI as the core technologies are further explained in great detail. Implementation examples are finally used to demonstrate how the Web services technology can be typically applied in integrating distributed applications across an organization.
