With the continuing of new teaching reform, English teaching has been incorporated into the focus of teaching reform. English teaching has characteristic of wide application range, various teaching methods, flexible using multimedia etc.. Therefore, in the teaching process we take more abundant methods to raise the enthusiasm of students and improve the students' English learning ability. Combined with the multivariate regression variable analysis method, we use JSP network development tool to improve the English teaching evaluation system and obtain the English comprehensive evaluation platform under the multivariate influencing factors. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the system, we evaluate complaint strategies, explicit teaching and complaint explicit teaching, and obtain the results of the English learning ability, which provides a new method for the application of computer in English teaching.

The era of big data is coming, the combination of big data and traditional teaching can provide more and more accurate services for students' self-learning, and it is a good way to teach students according to their aptitude. In this background, a learning society is coming, which aiming at learning, autonomous learning and lifelong learning. Learning society emphasize the ability of learning autonomy for students unprecedentedly. Learning is no longer limited to the campus. Learning ability will accompany learners' social life and become an active and healthy lifelong activity. Autonomous learning is a learning theory that goes with the requirements of The Times and has a broad development prospect. The study of Autonomous learning not only has a very important guiding significance for the educational and teaching practice in China, but also plays an important role in the life development of every student. The subject of learning is gradually transferred from the classroom, teachers and textbooks to the students themselves. Teachers should not only impart knowledge and answer questions, but also, most importantly, teach students how to exert their autonomy in autonomous learning. After investigating and researching the existing monitoring model of autonomous English learning in colleges and universities, our group found that in practice, there is a lack of corresponding monitoring mechanisms and means, and autonomous learning has gradually become formalized. Therefore, according to the actual situation of autonomous English learning in our country's universities, the monitoring model of autonomous English learning has been reconstructed, and an effective comprehensive evaluation system has been established to effectively improve students' English learning ability.

To improve the students’ individualized and autonomous learning ability in English teaching, a mobile English learning system is designed on the basis of adaptive algorithm. The students’ need for the adaptive mobile English teaching system is analyzed through researches on students and questionnaires. According to the needs analysis, the main functional modules of the adaptive mobile English learning system are designed, including the creation module, personalized learning module, evaluation and feedback module, and management module. Then, the improved XAHM (XML adaptive hypermedia model) is applied to the mobile English learning system. The three-layer architecture of the English mobile learning system is revised into four layers of composition layer, data layer, business logic layer and presentation layer. At the same time, more attention is diverted to the terminal and the situation. Finally, the system is tested. The test results showed that the mobile English learning system realized the self-adaptive and intelligent navigation of learning space in the course of teaching. It is concluded that the new adaptive algorithm had a good performance for college English learning.

The new curriculum reform defines the all-round development of students as the main goal of English teaching. This paper applied the theory of multiple intelligences to English teaching, and evaluated the effect of English teaching based on this theory. Firstly, a survey was conducted in the colleges of a Chinese province, the current state of college English teaching was analyzed, and the results revealed a few problems in college English teaching, such as the lack of diversity in teaching modes and effects, and the weak interest of students in English learning. Based on the survey results, the authors specified the flow of English teaching design and the evaluation system of teaching effect, drawing on the theory of multiple intelligences. Then, an empirical analysis was carried out to comparatively examine our evaluation method for English teaching effect. The results indicated that our method can practically and effectively enhance students’ interest and motivation for English learning, and improve the quality of English teaching. The research results provided a reference for the reform of college English teaching and the all-round development of students.

In this paper I posit that the application of task-based language teaching (TBLT) in web-based college English teaching (WBCET) is a possible solution to the problems arose from the on-going web-based college English teaching reform in China. In college English teaching, educators often use multimedia information technology to carry out teaching activities and present the corresponding curriculum content in detail. Based on two semesters of analysis and investigation, this paper presents an empirical study on multimedia teaching in two courses of a non-English major in one Chinese college. The results show that multimedia teaching technology can effectively enhance college students' interest in English learning, stimulate their enthusiasm, enhance the interaction between teachers and students, and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. The research suggests that colleges and universities should strengthen the hardware support and software facilities of multimedia-assisted teaching to promote the significant improvement of students' language ability.

There is no standard and sophisticated experimental teaching evaluation system in university currently even experimental teaching is an important part of practice teaching, which results in lacking of standardization and systematization during experimental teaching. Directing to the problems, this paper constructed an experimental teaching evaluation index system and proposed an evaluation method based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method, which calculates the corresponding weights for each index and evaluates teaching effectiveness using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and comes to the evaluation results, finally this method was applied to evaluate the experimental teaching process in university fundamental computer course, which showed the validity and reliability of the evaluation system.

The research conducts a questionnaire survey and interview on students' English learning beliefs and learning strategy in a particular college in Jiangxi province in order to have a better understanding of college students' English learning beliefs and learning strategy, and the results indicate that the learning beliefs of students is in a middle level, the mean of motivation expectation is the strongest, students overestimate learning difficulties, underestimate their own learning ability, and they have certain wrong beliefs on the understanding of the nature of learning; As for English learning strategy, students' using level is medium, compensation strategy is the most frequently used, and the least frequently used is the memory strategy and affective strategy. English learning beliefs and learning strategy are closely related; English learning beliefs and learning strategy are not correlated with English achievement respectively. Therefore, teachers should help students to establish correct learning beliefs, and pay attention to gender differences in English learning, enhance male students' self-confidence, encourage female students to enhance their confidence, and guide male students to use more memory strategy and social strategy in order to improve the quality of English teaching in normal universities. The purpose of this study is to better understand the English learning beliefs and learning strategy used by normal university students, and to provide some references for improving the quality of English teaching in universities.

In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the bat algorithm quantifies the qualitative evaluation effectively and provides a feasible and convenient English teaching quality evaluation system by combining quantitative evaluation with objective index data. Firstly, the English teaching quality evaluation model is constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method and the weight values of each factor are calculated; secondly, the three types of data in the model are processed separately. This includes standardizing the data of objective indicators such as students’ course grades and weakening the influence of course difficulty on this indicator. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the bat algorithm quantifies the qualitative evaluation to make the calculated comprehensive evaluation of English teaching quality more comprehensive and objective; then the comprehensive calculation of English teaching quality evaluation is completed, and the English teaching quality evaluation model is constructed by extracting keywords based on the qualitative evaluation; finally, a runnable English teaching quality evaluation system is designed and implemented. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on improved bat algorithm optimization is proposed. The algorithm uses the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm to optimize the initial clustering centers and adopts a new objective function to guide the clustering process, thus improving the clustering quality of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm. Comparative analysis through models shows that the improved algorithm improves the clustering accuracy to a certain extent when compared with the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation clustering algorithm for analysis. The bat algorithm is one of the stochastic global optimization models. It can take advantage of the group, integrate global search and local search, and achieve rapid convergence. Therefore, it plays an important role in optimizing the evaluation of English teaching quality. This study enriches the theoretical study of English teaching quality evaluation to a certain extent and can play a role in strengthening and improving English teaching quality evaluation at the present stage.

Level-based College English teaching has lost its appeal in North China Electric Power University. To stimulate students’ motivation in college English learning, a new teaching reform under the production-oriented approach is initiated. In the teaching experiment, we took reforms in teaching materials, teaching process and assessment. Subsequent questionnaire indicates that students hold positive attitudes toward this new teaching approach. However, alteration needs to be made in order to guarantee better teaching results.

In this paper, MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross - cultural knowledge is introduced to improve the 3P model of traditional English teaching through data analysis of the combined and optimized fitness function and social evolution operator. First, through analyzing and summarizing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and research results, the construction scheme of MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross-cultural knowledge was established. Moreover, this paper studies the construction mode of MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross-cultural knowledge and finally establishes the teaching system, and concludes that colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultural difference in English learning, and emphasis on the cultivation of college student cross-cultural knowledge. The specific path is online education combined with offline education for common development, thereby enhancing college students’ English learning ability and practical ability. To sum up, in college English teaching, we should pay attention to the education of English cross-cultural knowledge, O2O mode for cross-cultural knowledge can be used to combine 3P teaching mode and online education mode in MOOC environment, promoting innovation and development of educational methods under the guidance of the constructivism, so as to improve students’ English proficiency.
