We define community education as organized lifelong learning through voluntary participation in collective efforts to critically address both individual and community needs. Community education has roots in European folk schools, United States participatory democracy, and Latin American “popular education.” Community education developed more recently in China in response to Learning Society and Lifelong Education policy. We present a new framework of community education that includes a theoretical component, emphasizing learning and participation principles. The organizational component includes traditional and nontraditional schools and other local organizations engaged in community education. The program component includes community service, empowerment, and combined models. We also apply the framework to an ecological-psychopolitical model of community education, which considers multilevel (individual, organizational, community/societal) processes of liberation or empowerment across four environmental domains or forms of capital: sociocultural, physical, economic and political. We conclude by examining two brief ethnographic case studies of community education in Shanghai, China.

In this paper evolving reinforcement learning algorithms shows possible to learn a fresh and understable concept by using a graph representation and applying optimization methods from the auto machine learning society. In this observe, we stand for the loss function, it is used to optimize an agent’s parameter in excess of its knowledge, as an imputational graph, and use traditional evolution to develop a population of the imputational graphs over a set of uncomplicated guidance environments. These outcomes in gradually better RL algorithms and the exposed algorithms simplify to more multifaceted environments, even though with visual annotations.</p>

This article describes how I use autoethnography as a methodological approach to display the multiple layers of my consciousness as a critical global sustainability educator. I use writing to demonstrate how my reflective processes on my work with chocolate as pedagogy in schools facilitate an exploration of the philosophical and pedagogical underpinnings of what it means and what it takes to educate for sustainability and global awareness and in culturally diverse settings. My desire here is to share insights by writing, describing, examining and theorising my experiences of using chocolate as a pedagogical resource for global education and socio-ecological learning to university students. By using autoethnography, I take the position that writing is a way of knowing, as well as a method of self-discovery and analysis. My aim, therefore, is simple: to use autoethnography as a processual avenue to demonstrate how I used cocoa production in Ghana, and chocolate consumption around the world, to deepen understandings of larger issues around production and consumption, as well as the linkages between learning, society and sustainability. In doing so, I foreground my personal reflective experiences in using chocolate as a teaching resource. Those experiences are objectified as the focus of the research, and I become the subject of research.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran Manajemen Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Dalam Membentuk Learning Society. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang mencari gambaran secara mendalam terkait sebuah fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang didirikan dan dikelola secara mandiri oleh masyarakat yang dalam hal ini dapat kita lihat begitu besarnya peran serta masyarakat dalam membangun kekuatan karakter dan mental anak bangsa bahkan bukan hanya dibidang pendidikan saja, dalam hal ini Pondok Pesantren Zawiyah sudah bertransformasi menjadi lembaga yang membangun ekonomi dan menyerap tenaga kerja dengan hadirnya koperasi disebuah pesantren ini menjadikan pondok pesantren dapat berdiri secara mandiri, Learning Society yang direncankan oleh ondok pesantren sudah dilakukan secara bertahap, terbukti pondok pesantrten menyerap tenaga pengajar dan karyawan unit usahanya merekrut dari masayarakat sekitar. Namun dalam hal pengembangan pondok pesantrenpun tak lepas dari wajibnya kehadiran pemerintah sangat diperlukan dan bahkan wajib hadir pula agar pengembangan dalam satu pondok pesantren tidak berjalan lambat jika pemerintah ikut andil dalam mewujudkan pondok pesantren yang mandiri.

This community service is a type of non-formal education that is able to educate people to like learning (learning society) regardless of age, community service carried out by the Hindu Theology study program which is in the realm of religion is very relevant to religious activities in Bali so as to be able to provide assistance. community expertise in problem solving. The Hindu Theology Study Program has scholars, experts, and students who can be utilized optimally by the community for the sake of creating harmony between fellow humans, humans and the natural environment, and a harmonious relationship with God Almighty, as in accordance with the teachings of Hinduism in the concept of Tri Hita Karana. So that the implementation of community service is important as an improvement in the quality of the institution and also the welfare of the community. This form of service implementation follows the service guidelines that have been set by STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja by providing education, services and including students in every community activity. The noble purpose of community service is of course to create quality human resources and produce outputs that have a contribution to the wider community and universities.

The point of this article is to show, through a unique argumentation, in view of the investigation of specific writing, the significant job that scholarly capital plays in the area of SME's to acquire a genuine and feasible upper hand. The examination depends on the basic critical review of literature based on intellectual capital, upper hand, business execution, development, and learning society. The examination conceptualizes the system of scholarly capital and considers the job of development as an interceding variable and learning as a directing element. The reasonable idea of the investigation is the fundamental constraint.

Since the birth of massive open online courses (MOOC) in 2011, MOOC has developed rapidly all over the world. MOOC platform has developed from providing courses to providing social recognized degree certificates for learners. There are many MOOC platforms at home and abroad. Many scholars believe that MOOC is a destructive innovation form of education. Many famous schools have launched MOOC projects. After years of development, the platforms launch course combinations to meet the needs of learners and provide certification according to the market demand. MOOC is conducive to promoting teaching innovation, promoting the sharing of high-quality resources, improving the quality of teaching, expanding education services, and building a lifelong learning society. Learners should start from their own interests, choose suitable learning projects, actively, consciously and diligently complete online learning, so that MOOC learning can be effective and applied.

Pembelajaran jarak jauh membuat rawan tindakan plagiarisme, dikarenakan rendahnya kemampuan menulis siswa. Dibutuhkan implementasi kurikulum yang mengubah paradigma terhadap peran manusia dan digital. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji peningkatan dan keefektifan kemampuan menulis cerpen genre sosio-religi menggunakan aplikasi ACT sebagai learning society. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif pada metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian dalam bentuk One-Goup Pretest-Postes Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) aplikasi ACT sebagai learning society meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen genre sosio-religi, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar pada nilai pretest 66,8 meningkat menjadi 87 pada nilai posttest. (2) aplikasi ACT menerapkan konsep learning society terbilang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerpen genre sosio-religi, dibuktikan dengan perbandingan nilai thitung (13,3) lebih besar dari pada ttabel (1,67), (thitung 13,3 ttabel 1,67), maka hipotesis diterima.

Di era modern ini, seringkali dijumpai orang-orang masa sekarang (manusia modern) yang pandangan keagamaannya masih bersifat legal-formal. Dengan fenomena tersebut harus berusaha untuk mencoba mengembalikan semangat keberagamaan masyarakat modern dengan menawarkan pendekatan tasawuf yaitu dengan cara menerapkan sistem metode tarekat sufi terhadap mereka khususnya kepada para pelajar agar dapat terhindar dari efek negatif arus modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Peran Tarekat Sufi Serta Relevansinya Terhadap Pendidikan Islam Modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam pengambilan data diambil dari beberapa sumber diantaranya; al-Quran, Hadis, Buku-buku, Kitab-kitab klasik dan referensi-referensi yang menunjang penelitian ini seperti pendapat para Ulama dan para pakar pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; 1) Tarekat Sufi relevan dari ajaran Islam menempati posisi sentral yaitu tauhid, syariat, dan akhlak, 2) Relevan sangat memperhatikan aspek keseimbangan dan keharmonisan kehidupan, 3) Relevan setiap pengamalnya agar membangun kehidupan yang lebih efektif, produktif, dan kontemplatif melalui pendekatan komunitas belajar mengajar (learning society), 4) Relevan dengan nilai etika etos kerja, serta nilai etika pengembangan peradaban, dengan segala dinamikanya. Implikasinya peran tarekat menjadi jawaban atas semua problematika kehidupan, harapan terbesar eksistensi tarekat sufi ini, menjadikan manusia berpaling sejenak untuk mangapai lagi sifat ke-Ilahiannya yang sering kali pudar dengan modernisme.
