This article focuses on the design of parts processing and control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. The purpose of this study is to learn and become familiar with the Siemens S7-200PLC hardware parameters and the use of programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9, and design a rational and effective parts processing and control system. This paper firstly describes the development history and development status of the PLC, so that readers can understand the PLC briefly. Secondly, the article shows some important technical parameters such as Siemens S7-200PLC CPU model, hardware configuration and so on. It is to clarify the basic component of parts processing and control system and its working principle, and the role of Siemens PLC in the system. Finally, according to specific design requirements, programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is used to program for the system so that the system can operate effectively and reasonably. The study successfully achieved the desired goals, through reasonable programming made PLC take the full control of parts processing in this system..

This paper takes the automatic control system of controllable pitch propeller in a multipurpose ocean tug as an example to describe the application of the S7-200 series PLC in the control system of 4500 horse power controllable pitch propeller in detail. The principle of control system is addressed, as well as the hardware configuration, the design idea of the main software and control process. The system shows high reliability, accuracy and good control performance in practical in practical running.

This paper presents the composition and working principle of the hardware and software of the measurement and control system based on VeriStand and Simulink for a tracked model vehicle. The hardware of the system is composed of a CompactRIO controller and acquisition cards, torque/speed sensors and a gyroscope. The vehicle control logic model and data processing model are built in Matlab/Simulink. VeriStand is adopted to manage models and interact with people. The system can control motor speed on both sides of the vehicle and collect data such as sprocket torque and speed, vehicle attitude on real-time. At last, we test and verify the system can work successfully.

ATmega8 of AVR chip was used in the automobile pre-heating control system. Automotive pre-heated working principle was analyzed. The system of the pre-heater was designed and the hardware composition of the heating system, the structural features and the role of each module was introduced. It was expounded the process control including the heated air intake phase, to the oil phase, ignition phase and work phase. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of the pre-heater were introduced.

As a typical inertial sensor, vibration micro-gyro is extensively studied. According to its working principle, drive control system is an important element for the gyro system. The role of drive control system is to keep the drive modal stability including stable vibration frequency and amplitude. The PLL method is usually used to realize the drive system. However, it has some shortcomings used to high Q vibration micro-gyro. In this paper, the problems of the PLL method are analyzed, and a PID & AGC control system is introduced. By simulating and measuring, it is indicated that this method is fit for driving high Q vibration micro-gyro.

The soil’s temperature plays an important role of soil ecology research. In order to gain and control soil’ temperature. A control system is proposed for soil’s temperature. And a new control algorithm which is based on the PID algorithm is designed in the control system to handle the complex change of the soil’s temperature. It does not need to know the mathematical model of soil’s temperature. At last, the control result is analyzed in this paper. The result shows that the soil’s temperature is controlled ideal by this control system which is accurate to 0.5°C.

Multi-axis winding machine can realize automatic winding of composite elbow, but its mechanical structure and control system is complex, which restricts its industrial application. In this paper, two-axis FRP elbow winding machine applied teaching and playback method is designed, which accomplish the winding of elbow by controlling the rotation motion of the mandrel and the reciprocating motion of the carriage along a semicircular track. In teaching mode, the positions of spindle and carriage are collected and stored as teaching document when the spindle rotates a certain angle, while in playback mode the control method of electronic cam is applied to realize the playback winding. The mechanical structure and the working principle of elbow winding machine are introduced, and the control system of winding machine is analyzed. It is proved that the system is stable, and it can wind certain type of composite elbows.

In this paper, the composition and functions of the heat supply network monitoring center, the heating station monitoring and control system and the wireless communication system are introduced, the control system hardware configuration is discussed. The system has already been used and run in a good effect.

It is known that vibratory feeders are the most versatile of all hopper feeding devices for small engineering parts and play a key role in assembly automation. However, there are still no reliable and effective professional teaching platforms for researching or demonstrating the principle of the parts conveying. The aim of this paper is to develop an optimal teaching platform based on the analysis of the working principle that the feeder follows. The structural design, elastic system and control system are studied in this paper. The vibration principle is verified by the teaching platform through the experiment and the results are promising.
