Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system It is widely integrated in a university.

An accurate understanding of users' needs is essential for the development of innovative products. This article presents an exploratory method of user centered research in the context of the design process of technological products, conceived from the demands of a large information technology company. The method is oriented - but not restricted - to the initial stages of the product development process, and uses low-resolution prototypes and simulations of interactions, allowing users to imagine themselves in a future context through fictitious environments and scenarios in the ambit of ideation. The method is effective in identifying the requirements of the experience related to the product’s usage and allows rapid iteration on existing assumptions and greater exploration of design concepts that emerge throughout the investigation.

Increasing competition in the Indonesian banking industry has encouraged many banks to improve the quality of services to customers by utilizing information technology developments. Service innovation in the use of information technology encourages banks to enter the era of digital banking services. However, the development of digital banking services also increases the risks faced by banks. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of digital banking services and customer protection for risks from digital banking services. The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital banking services is regulated by OJK Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2018. The existence of this OJK Regulation is expected by banks as providers of digital banking services to always prioritize risk management in the use of information technology. In addition, this study also shows the existence of 2 types of customer protection for the use of digital banking services, namely preventive protection in the form of legislation related to customer protection in the financial services sector and repressive protection in the form of bank accountability for complaints from customers using digital banking services.

The article researches on the development model of the National Public Information Sharing Platform for Transportation& Logistics (LOGINK), in which the author introduces the function orientation of the LOGINK. Based on the current development status of the platform, the article predicts the development trend in the future. Then, it analyzed the necessary of the transformation of the LOGINK’s development model. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the platform, this paper proposes that the development model should be changed from “Charity” to “Charity + Appreciation”. Lastly, the article gives a plan about the service model and profit model of the platform in the future.

PurposeThis paper aims to investigate the relationship between information integration, supply chain capabilities and credit quality of small and middle enterprises (SMEs) in supply chain finance (SCF).Design/methodology/approachGrounded in the resource-based view (RBV) and signaling theory, this study proposes a theoretical model. Then, structural equation modeling and interview analysis are employed to test the theoretical model.FindingsThe results show that both two aspects of information integration, namely, information technology and information sharing, have positive effects on the SMEs’ credit quality in SCF, and these effects are mediated by supply chain capabilities.Originality/valueFirst, the paper contributes to SCF literature by simultaneously examining the role of two dimensions of information integration (information technology and information sharing) in enhancing SMEs’ credit quality. Second, this paper enriches the existing theoretical research on SCF by integrating the SMEs perspective and SCF service provider perspective. Moreover, this paper explores the indirect effects of information integration on SMEs’ credit quality by incorporating supply chain capabilities as a mediating factor.

The current chapter introduces an accessible multimedia platform applied to the diffusion of the digital signature. The project presented in this chapter is a multimedia initiative to promote the use of information technology (IT), specifically, the digital signature. Through the modeling of typical daily situations, the platform provides simple responses to any uncertainties or concerns a user may hold about the digital signature, and the advantages which its use entails. The multimedia system has been designed to support subtitling and audio description facilities, with the objective of enabling access to the diffusion of E-government to persons with an auditory or visual disability. The results of the evaluation of the platform by test users of the system are positive, and have initiated the continuation of developments which encourage E-inclusion.

Lack of new business and jobs has led unemployed issues. This problem can be settled by increasing the number of new technopreneurs, entrepreneurs creating new business and jobs through technological innovations. The study is to find out technopreneurship talent of the students of faculty of engineering, agriculture engineering and information technology of Universitas Andalas. Then, they are compared by four criteria or dimensions: [1] Entrepreneurial Characteristics, [2] Absorptive Capacity, [3] Knowledge and Learning Skills, [4] Business and Communication Skills. A set of indicators is developed for each criterion and assessed qualitatively using questioners as tool. The assessments are carried out in three stages: indicators, criteria, and technopreneur talent assessment. Attitudes measurement technique is used for indicators assessment while Weighted Sum Model [WSM] is used for criteria and technopreneur talent assessment. The overall technopreneur talent assessments show that engineering students are relatively better with information technology students and agriculture engineering students are adept in some aspects of technopreneurship.

The industry of service has been progressing rapidly in recent years. In face of the financial crisis, innovation is becoming one of the most important factors along with the development of service innovation. It is important to fully consider characteristics both from theoretical and empirical perspective when identifying service innovation. This article conducts a systematic review of literature on research process of service innovation. In this paper, the research status on concept and typology of service innovation are demonstrated and classified in the second and third section, and three stages are discussed in the following, In addition, the development process is highlighted from four aspects: The customer, new service development and new product development, theoretical and empirical. At last, a recommended list of measures is provided for future theoretical study and empirical research.
