Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages  namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system  It is widely integrated in a university.

The advancement in information technology has transformed the world. There has been a tremendous impact of information technology on contemporary vocational education. This chapter highlights the impact of information technology on vocational education paradigm in China. In general, education paradigm has gone through three stages: empirical imitation education, computer-aided education, and data-driven education. China's vocational education is experiencing a transformation of paradigm from teaching support to learning support. This work is focused on how to construct a learning support paradigm in China's vocational education system through information technology. The Open University of China creating an innovative approach to learning support paradigm is discussed and three key elements of strategy for constructing a learning support paradigm of vocational education through information technology are presented in the chapter.

The development of knowledge in the field of information and communication technology has received positive support from the world of education. The development of computers and supporting software can help in the visualization of objects or abstract concepts. The online learning system is one of the information technology breakthroughs that offers flexibility in a learning system. In addition, online media is very effective in creating an open learning environment, therefore online learning media is needed. One of the media is Facebook and Telegram. The purpose of this development is to utilize Facebook and Telegram as a means of collaboration in the world of learning. In addition, it is also to determine the effectiveness of the interactions that occur in online learning. Facebook and telegram learning was developed as material for social media groups by utilizing websites, blogs, yahoogroups, virtual laboratories, and google as supporting programs. The advantage of Facebook is that it is equipped with chat facilities that provide other sites. Facebook is a place for teachers, students, and enthusiasts of thermochemistry to interact outside of the classroom. Facebook was developed to be used for learning group members without the presence of a teacher or instructor, can be accessed by group members at any time and costs are relatively affordable, and can support information technology-based network programs according to government programs

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><strong>Penerapan teknologi informasi di </strong>perpustakaan sebagai perangkat kerja yang memberikan pelayanan, penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar di Perguruan Tinggi seharusnya lebih terbuka dan memberikan respon lebih cepat melalui media social,  <strong>alasannya sederhana dengan teknologi informasi maka akan lebih mudah </strong>pemberian layanan penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi pada pemustaka. Tetapi memerlukan ketrampilan dan keahlian khusus terhadap pustakawan, seperti kemampuan mengolah, menyeleksi, mengupload informasi sesuai dengan karakteristik media sosial dalam berinteraktif dengan pemustaka.</p><p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas media sosial terhadap perpustakaan sebagai penyebaran informasi serta intensitas komunikasi pada pemustaka <strong>saat ini sudah menjadi ukuran untuk mengetahui tingkat kemajuan perpustakaan, sekarang tidak lagi pada gemerlapnya gedung yang dipakai, banyaknya antrian pemustaka, banyaknya loker ataupun rak buku, tetapi semakin cangih dan otomatis maka semakin maju perpustakaan tersebut.</strong> Di era globalisasi ini kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang begitu cepat hingga ekstremnya tak terkendali dan arusnya tanpa batas menunjukkan pengaruh yang luar biasa dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama perkembangan di dunia perpustakaan sehingga merubah hampir sebagian besar tugas-tugas dan layanan di perpustakaan mulai dari penyeleksian, pengadaan, pengorganisasian, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan sampai kepada pelayanan penyebaran informasi, pengumpulan informasi, pelestarian informasi, pengelolaan informasi dan pemanfaatan informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka untuk mencari informasi agar <strong>lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat mendapatkannya.</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: Media </strong><strong>Sosial,</strong><strong> Perpustakaan, Informasi dan Komunikasi</strong><strong>.</strong></p><pre><strong> </strong></pre><pre><strong>Abstract</strong></pre><pre> </pre><pre>Implementation of information technology in the library as a tool that provides services, information dissemination and communication to support teaching and learning activities in Higher Education. It should be more open and provide faster response through social media, Information technology will be easier delivery of information dissemination services and Communication on the user. But it is special skills and expertise to librarians, such as processing the ability, selecting, uploading information the characteristics of social media in interacting with user required.</pre><pre>The result of this study indicate that the effectiveness of social media to the library as the dissemination of information and the intensity of communication in the current libraries has become a measure to determine the level of library progress, no more in the sparkling buildings used, the number of queues user or the number of lockers and bookshelves. But it’s more Sophisticated and automatic so the more advanced the library. In globalization era, the information technology processing and very quickly communication, extreme uncontrollable and unlimited flow shows tremendous influence in the world of education. It seems the development of the library world, which transforms most of the tasks and services in libraries. <em><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: #2a2a2a;">As developed time, needs of information and communication media become significant. Internet utilization functions for business were transformed from information exchange into an instrument for business strategy application such as marketing, selling and customer service. In general, internet has three functions in business such as communication, promotion and research. Small and middle scale entrepreneur which exposed with the growth of information technology have the options whether to utilize internet for business or not. The objective of this study is to describe attitude and intention of internet utilization for business, and to analyze the effect of attitude and subjective norm to intention of internet utilization for business on small and middle scale entrepreneur. This research used quantitative approach. The results of this study is, mostly small and middle scale entrepreneur have positive attitude and intention to internet utilization for business. Attitude and subjective norm are effected to intention to internet utilization for business.</span></em>

Much has been written about information technology and its role in reinventing financial markets. Today’s markets are truly global, and the interconnectedness is the result of information and communication technologies (ICT) providing the necessary infrastructure. A financial crisis in any part of the world can cause widespread disruptions due to this interconnectedness. Clearly, the Asian crisis in the late 1990s, the sub-prime mortgage loan issues in 2006 and 2007, and the problems occurring in Greece and the U.S. “Flash Crash” in 2010 were exacerbated by the ability of technology to allow financial markets to instantaneously respond in a negative fashion.

The use of local currency has been spreading gradually since the 1990s. It has been introduced by nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and similar groups in some countries around the world. Welfare, nursing and nonpaying work, such as childrearing, are among the most popular reasons for introducing local currency. Recently, one local currency has appeared related to preventing environmental problems and protective and nursing industries. In some countries, local currencies have supported expectations for economic recovery. Promoting the spread of local currency is thought to be important. Information technology (IT) has contributed to the spread of local currency and may create new areas of usage and value. Various problems accompany the spreading use of local currencies. Local currency will not create major obstacles to economic activity as long as the sizes of transactions do not increase greatly, so governments and financial authorities have little reason to prohibit its use unless the currency issue authority in the country is seriously threatened. The exchange of digital value through IT (e.g., IC cards and the diffusion of the local currency) has significant value but also increases risks. To promote efficiency and convenience in local currency by introducing IT, governments, public administrations and municipalities should cooperate with a strategy for the information and communication technology (ICT) development. Alliances among many institutions should be considered.

The usage Information Technology of smartphones is increasingly prevalent in various parts of the world, especially the Indonesian people themselves are competing to buy the latest type of smartphone because of user dissatisfaction with the smartphone features offered. This can be seen through users of various ages, ranging from children, teenagers to adults. Likewise for the residents of the Tegalrejo area, the use of information and communication technology has become popular in the community. The purpose of this study was to identify the results of data processing using and utilizing information technology via smartphone by the people of Berbah Sleman Tegalrejo using the quicksort method. Identification results to find out the use and utilization of information technology through smartphones with features that have been used effectively and efficiently by the residents of Tegalrejo Berbah Sleman so as to make a digital literacy community.

Advances in information and communication technology have an impact on the increasing number of scientific publications in the world. Scientific papers are indicators of a country's progress in the academic field. One strategy used to improve the quality of research is to collaborate with researchers. There is not much research that addresses the collaboration of researchers. This article provides an overview of the cooperation of researchers including the background of the partnership, as well as aspects that influence the teamwork of researchers, especially in the era of acceleration of information and communication technology. The method used is the study of literature. Reviews aim as the basis for assessing research productivity, especially in Indonesia.

In order to enforce the legal state in Indonesia as it is Dicita-citakan, it is necessary to do business so that people know about the rules of law. Where in today's efforts to socialize it is quite a lot done, with the explanation in the form of lectures, counseling, and so forth. The law or regulations do not only need to be known, but are obliged to be enforced and implemented by each citizen with no exceptions. Society either personally or jointly intentionally or because of its negligence can take actions that violate the provisions of the law that harm the other party. The Era of globalization brings changes in the advancement of information technology and communication to modernization. Human beings are faced with the sophistication of various technologies that are tempting and felt more important in the process as a result of the demands of life activities. The development of computer technology, especially in telecommunication system, gave birth to a new term called Internet. Internet is one of the electronic media in terms of information and communication that is able to connect people around the world, so the world feels increasingly narrower and limitless because of the ease of establishing communication. Human needs are increasing with the current  journey  of  globalization. Globalization  that  spawned  information technology and Internet-based communication has formed a pattern of human life with new cultures. With the Internet, people no longer worry about the boundaries of the region, space, and time that hinders the process of information and communication because it has found a more effective and efficient way.

The development of visual communication media is currently widely used as a means of promotion and information technology. By following the development of information technology today, the delivery of information is no longer presented in the conventional form, but now it has been widely applied in electronic form. One of the results of the development of information technology that can be used as a medium for delivering interesting information can be in the form of Graphic Design such as Online Posters and images uploaded on social media. Raharja Internet Cafe or often called RIC is one of the facilities located at Raharja University. Providing all personal needs Raharja in carrying out lecture activities such as Print, Scan, install iPad, also provides accessories for technological devices such as computers and iPads, besides that RIC also serves computer and iPad services. However, RIC still has problems in presenting information relevant to existing developments. Millennials today tend to get and search for information by accessing social media compared to accessing a website. This is one of the important things that must be applied to Raharja Internet Cafe in conducting socialization and marketing. Therefore, the author was given the opportunity to be able to do the Job Training Lecture (KKP) on Raharja Internet Cafe to apply the knowledge gained in the lecture curriculum. Then the author also gained a lot of knowledge about the world of work that had not previously been obtained in the lecture process. Which in the end, each task and the work that has been done by the author while carrying out the Job Training Lecture (KKP), will be summarized in the Job Training Lecture report.
