In this paper, the maintenance manipulator of charged robot is discussed as the main research object. It analyzes the characteristics of the main structure and movement form of the charged robot maintenance manipulator. The analysis of working process and control requirements is made for manipulator. A control system which uses the Siemens S7-200 as the core, is designed to achieve the remote operation and control of manipulator. This article discusses the components of the system and how the electronic control system achievesthe control of each joint with PLC controller as the core.

To meet the control demand of power equipment in robot dog, development on control system for robot dog is made. Based on the brief analysis of demand in power and configure in power assembly of robot dog, whole design sketch of control system for power is presented, electronic control system based on MC9S12DP512 microprocessor and neural control algorithm for network structure PID is found. Control algorithm and control effect of control system is verified in experimental bench, experimental results showed that designed control system control effect is stable and it can meet the design requirement in transient speed adjusting and stable speed fixing.

The armature components are the core component of the electro-hydraulic servo valve [. Its manufacturing and assembly accuracy directly affects the performance of the servo valve. The domestic existing electro-hydraulic servo valve armature assembly pressure equipment is so far behind that it is difficult to meet production requirements. For the needs of a servo valve production firm, authors department developed the armature components automatically press machine. In order to achieve automation and intelligent of press process, this article supports a electronic control system for the press machine to further improve its ability. And on the basis of certain experiments, the author proves the good performance of the pressure machine.

Based on Infineon XC167, an electronic control system was designed for internal combustion free piston engine generator (FPEG). The displacement was output in form of 4 channel differential signal by Coaxial magnetic grid, so the signal processing circuit was designed, and the displacement signal can be trapped by single-chip micro-controller; according to the current displacement, the ignition pulse width and ignition position was calculated by the single-chip micro-controller, ignition pulse was output; the operation parameter was monitored and control parameter was adjusted by PC. The test results show that: modular design was introduced in the design of electric control system, and it monitors and controls the FPEG accurately, the control objectives are achieved.

Abstract Subglacial lake exploration is of great interest to the science community. RECoverable Autonomous Sonde (RECAS) provides an exploration tool to measure and sample subglacial lake environments while the subglacial lake remains isolated from the glacier surface and atmosphere. This paper presents an electronic control system design of 200 m prototype of RECAS. The proposed electronic control system consists of a surface system, a downhole control system, and a power transfer and communication system. The downhole control system is the core element of RECAS, and is responsible for sonde status monitoring, sonde motion control, subglacial water sampling and in situ analysis. A custom RS485 temperature sensor was developed to cater for the limited size and depth requirements of the system. We adopted a humidity-based measurement to monitor for a housing leak. This condition is because standard leak detection monitoring of water conductivity may be inapplicable to pure ice in Antarctica. A water sampler control board was designed to control the samplers and monitor the on/off state. A high-definition camera system with built-in storage and self-heating ability was designed to perform the video recording in the subglacial lake. The proposed electronic control system is proven effective after a series of tests.

The system with RENESAS SH7047 chips as the controller chip, Realize the all of the interrupt signal, sensor signal detection, fuzzy PID algorithm and main shaft encoder location, Through the CAN bus transmission way to complete accuracy control ac servo system. The actual operation commissioning proves the electronic control system has the fast response, and robust, more kinds of textile and so on.
