The country's economic development not only reflects the increase of the GNP, but also must be accompanied by the development of the industrial structure. Through studying the development status of Chinese industrial structure, I summarize the Chinese first industry continues to decline, but the proportion and structure deviation degree are still on the high side. The second industrial proportion is rising slowly. The proportion of the third industry is small, and the development of internal structure is not perfect etc. So I suggest that we must continue to consolidate the foundation of agriculture. Accelerate adjustment of second industry, and increase investment in scientific and technological R & D. We need to promote the productive service industry, consummate the internal structure of the third industry. The purpose is that provide basis and reference for the formulation of government policy of industry structure adjustment.

With the continuous development of economic globalization, changes in the industrial structure have become an indispensable material basis in the current process of social and economic changes. Optimize and develop the internal structure of each industry, especially industrial industry, and use the functional expansion of the industrial structure as a transformation model to promote the educational structure, thereby realizing the upgrading of the economic development industry.

Identification of local priorities within each potential sector and implementation of a targeted development policy would definitely accelerate rural economic growth. In this sense, it is useful to examine each region’s industrial structural evolution compared to the whole economy and aggregate industries. Shift-share analysis has been confirmed as a useful method to measure regional economic differences and analyze the contribution of industrial structure. This paper selects five representative counties in Heilongjiang province and applies shift-share decomposition to analyze the change in rural economic development from 2000 to 2018. The change of economic growth in each selected county is decomposed into three components: national growth effect, industrial structure effect, and competitive effect, taking the national level as the reference. The results showed the following: (1) the trend of rural economic growth fluctuated greatly for nearly 20 years, distinguished by a mismatch of industrial structure with competitiveness for the selected counties; rural economies with an inappropriate industrial structure did not experience strong growth, despite high competitive potential. (2) The low-end agricultural structure and secondary industry structure led to the loss of each competitive effect; the tertiary industry structure based on economic structure servitization was rational, but the competitive effect did not work out. (3) Finally, this paper provided differentiated suggestions in accordance with local resources and priorities of the selected counties, so as to avoid excessive convergence and the lack of characteristics in industrial structure in rural transformation.

Climate change poses unprecedented challenges for humanity. Reducing carbon intensity is an inevitable choice for tackling climate change and promoting sustainable development. China has made some emission reduction commitments in the international community to promote the decoupling of China’s economic development from carbon emissions. The realization of the industrial structure from the “single-wheel drive” of the manufacturing to the “two-wheel drive” economic development model of the service industry and the manufacturing has become a key measure to achieve China’s economic intensive development. According to resource misallocation situation in different regions, this paper explored the impact of the collaborative agglomeration between producer services and manufacturing (hereinafter referred to as industrial co-agglomeration) on carbon intensity. The research results show that the carbon intensity is decreasing year by year, and the degree of intensification of China’s economic growth continues to increase. Moreover, the effect of industrial co-agglomeration to promote carbon emission reduction is significantly limited by the degree of misallocated resources, and there is a double threshold effect. Specifically, in areas where resource allocation is reasonable, industrial co-agglomeration can produce significant agglomeration effects and promote carbon intensity reduction. Once the degree of misallocated resources exceeds a threshold level, the agglomeration effect will turn into a crowding effect, resulting in an inability to reduce carbon intensity. We comprehensively analyzed the driving factors for reducing carbon intensity and proposed policy pathways for achieving China’s carbon intensity target.

After World War Ⅱ Japanese economy has undergone three periods: the rapid industrialization period, the industrial structure adjustment period and the economy depression period. Affected by the speed of economic development, industrial structure and other factors, Japanese energy consumption has shown different features during specific period of time. This article use the LMDI model, analyze the effect of different factors on Japanese energy consumption which include economic development, energy intensity, energy consumption structure and population size, research on the weight of specific factors during each developing period. The results show that all the factors show positive effect in the rapid industrialization period; in the industrial structure adjustment period, economic development factor shows positive effect while energy consumed factor shows negative; and in the depression period, the trend of all the factors contribution rate are slowly, economic development and energy consumption structure also show negative effect besides the energy intensity factor.

Circular economy with low consumption, low emission, high efficiency rate of basic features, development of circular economy required to optimize industrial structure adjustment. By analyzing tertiary industries and internal structure of tertiary industries in Liuzhou, preliminary view is large proportion of secondary industry, proportion of tertiary industry is small, development of three industries is uneven; internal structure of primary industry is not quite reasonable, main reason is large intermediate consumption of various industries, agricultural products of unit area yield is low, and development of modern agriculture lags behind, a large proportion of heavy industry in secondary industry, development of light industry lags behind, high resource consumption and pollutant emissions, tertiary industry traditional services industries has some basis, but it grows slowly, and its structure is not quite reasonable, need to be adjusted.

To enhance collaboration between industrial structure and employment structure is a fundamental approach to realize optimizing regional industrial structure and employment rate. Based on Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) statistical data from 1978 to 2012, the paper, by employing industrial structure deviation degree and structure coordination coefficient, conducts an analysis on the change tendency of and correlation between XPCC industry structure and employment structure. Results show that upgrading the optimizing industry structure is the priority to promote collaboration between the two structures. Primary industry should be sped up to ensure stability, secondary industry strengthened to ensure speed, and the tertiary promoted to ensure employment. A new industry system should be set up, effective collaboration promoted among various industries.

Exhibition industry is an important part of modern service industry, and exhibition economy can play a strong driving role in regional and industrial development. At the same time, the exhibition economy is different from other industries. In addition to the direct benefits generated by the exhibition itself, the exhibition industry has a strong pulling effect on the regional economic development due to its strong clustering characteristics. The Big Data Expo is an important platform for the development of national big data industry, through the development of Guiyang Digital Expo, this paper proposes to promote the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure by cultivating exhibition industry chain, promoting the evolution of regional economic development path and enhancing regional comprehensive competitiveness, so as to realize the driving effect of exhibition industry and exhibition economy on regional economic development.

The article discusses ecosystem companies. This is a set of enterprises that produce a wide range of goods and services in various industries and under a single brand. The development of an ecosystem forms an attitude towards it as a brand, and not as a legal entity or a group of companies. This brand is represented as a set of goods and services from different industries. This study clarified the boundaries of the concept of socio-economic ecosystem and the target properties of its elements. These elements are harmony, complementarity, universality, seamlessness and connectedness. The article formulates the sequence of transformations of the company into an ecosystem. Transformation occurs through micro-, meso- and industrial levels of activity. This allowed us to structure the levels of ecosystem development. The initial level is a separate enterprise, then to the industry structure and, as a result, to the industrial structure. Ecosystem companies form a new approach to managing large and complex structures. Its main difference is a set of cyclic and point solutions. Such control is characterized by milder effects. Ecosystem management is a set of unique non-cyclic solutions that form the concept of ecosystem development. There are three ways ecosystems interact with each other. The first is an explicit partnership, the second is secretive in a parasitic form, and the third is indirectly through an intermediary ecosystem. Similar ways of interaction in the future will lead to integration processes of merging and absorption of ecosystems. These processes require a particular managerial staff, taking into account large and complex structures.
