Optimization and Upgrade of Special Database Management System for University Archives Based on Cloud Computing

With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, the data management of archives in colleges and universities has also changed from traditional manual operation to information technology system operation, which has taken a big step forward in the speed of data archive management. At the same time, following in the footsteps of the party and the state, according to the education reform measures issued by them, further implementation and implementation. With the innovation of education model, the reform of management method, and the expansion of teaching scale, the types and quantity of files are also increasing, and the scope is also expanding, which leads to the continuous increase of management difficulty. This requires data management to achieve informatization to meet the needs of society. The purpose of this paper is to study the optimization and upgrading of the special database management system of the archives of colleges and universities based on cloud computing. Based on cloud computing, this paper proposes the establishment of a special database management system for college archives and the methods and key technologies used in the process of optimization and upgrading. First, analyze the characteristics of the database management system, and then conduct demand analysis and functional analysis of the system. Secondly, research the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional data management of colleges and universities and the current latest database management system. Finally, according to the needs of the special database and system function requirements, the overall design of the archives management system is carried out, database modeling tools are used to optimize the database, and then its operation is studied, and system testing is carried out to enable it to meet the needs of university archives management. The experimental results show that the focus of database function optimization in different universities is different. University A prefers timeliness, accounting for 46%. University B thinks security is the most important, accounting for as high as 51%. University C is relatively even, both at 30%. The conclusion is to select the most practical and demanding functions for further optimization, and choose an overall design suitable for the special data of colleges and universities.

Enterprise Low-Carbon Behavior, Financial Performance and Economic Transformation——Data from Listed Companies in China

The low-carbon development of enterprises is an important breakthrough in Chinese economic transformation and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. Based on a sample of Chinese listed companies involved in the low-carbon industry from 2010 to 2018, this paper empirically analyzes the correlation between the low carbon behavior, economic transformation and financial performance of listed companies. The results show that a company’s carbon intensity and financial performance are negatively related, and this relation is more significant when the financial performance is measured using the ROA (return on asset) of listed companies. The level of economic transformation in places where enterprises are located can significantly strengthen the positive relationship between enterprise low-carbon behavior and financial performance, including in central and western areas, where positive relationships are strengthened, and areas with heavy polluting industries, where positive relationships are weakened. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen carbon emission supervision for non-heavy polluting industries and enterprises in the central and western regions.

An empirical study on the impact of digital economy development on the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure

As an important driving force and new kinetic energy, digital economy is promoting the development of economy in the direction of high quality, and brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of real economy and the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure. Therefore, this paper measures the digital economy from the two aspects of “digital industrialization” and “industrial digitization”, and selects the data of 30 provinces and cities from 2012 to 2019 to empirically study its impact on the upgrading and optimization of China’s industrial structure. Through the research, it is found that digital economy can indeed improve the level of upgrading and optimization of industrial structure. At the same time, further analysis shows that the degree and mechanism of improving the level of eastern, central and western regions will be different according to different regions. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of digital economy and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China.
