In this paper, we discussed the package structure design of in-door air conditioners aiming the current status and problems. Box types such as 0201, 0203, and improved 0440 are used, and comparison experiments are carried out on compressive strength of empty boxes to optimize the structure design. By improving product package to increase efficiency, can effectively reduce product cost, and assure product quality.

Previous research on supplier involvement in product development projects has produced contradictory results, with some studies showing a positive relationship, others no relationship, and still others a negative relationship between supplier involvement and project performance. Drawing on data from 124 managers, project leaders, buyer members, and supplier members pertaining to 28 product development projects, the authors find that buyer-supplier collaboration positively relates to product quality, adherence to product cost targets, adherence to development budgets, and adherence to development schedules. Furthermore, their analyses show that communication frequency and intensity has a curvilinear (inverted U-shaped) relationship with project development budget and product cost.

The sustainability of the construction material is increasingly coming to the forefront of the structure design and maintenance decisions. To address this, development of a new class of more sustainable construction material is needed, especially in China. This paper reports on the development of the green high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious composites (GHPFRCC) with high volumes of fly ash and PVA fiber, and emphasizes the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of GHPFRCC. Experimental results show that the prism axial compressive strength of GHPFRCC ranges from 15MPa to 40MPa. The elastic modulus of GHPFRCC is around 16-35GPa, typically lower than concrete.

The main purpose of this research is to measure the relative importance of a selected number of primary operating and marketing factors which may be involved in the formulation of strategies of small manufacturers. One hundred manufacturing owner-managers in Iran were investigated. The marketing factors emphasized most often were improvement in product quality and reduction in product cost. However, improvements in customer service and in scheduling appeared to contribute more to actual firm performance. Overall, there seemed to be more emphasis on the production strategy factors than marketing factors as a means to gaining competitive advantage.

E-commerce in Vietnam is making a strong breakthrough with the average growth rate in the past years from 25% -30% over year (General Statistics Office of Vietnam, 2018). In 2018 alone, Vietnam’s e-commerce growth rate reached 30% with total e-commerce retail revenue (B2C) reaching overUS $ 8 billion. With the increase in the number of people using telephone and internet as well as social networks, the potential of e-commerce activities in Vietnam is even more exciting. However, along with that are many challenges posed to domestic enterprises when competing with large foreign enterprises. Product quality is also a matter of concern and how consumers will be protected in the form of e-commerce trading. These are issues that need to be problems raised and addressed. The article assesses the current status of e-commerce development, market potential, the need to protect consumers and makes some recommendations to enhance the development of Vietnam’s e-commerce market.

Abstract: Several degradations were noted on remediation networks (pipes and manholes) in the Ouargla - Algeria, due to the product quality concrete the type of pipe used, and  the aggressive of external environment. The objective of this research was to investigate the durability of pipes for sanitation networks in the Ouargla under the effect of sulfates (in particular H2S). In this research, the concrete specimens were conserved in real environment and these results were compared with the result of specimens control. They conclude the decrease in conservation of concrete specimens by 3% for compressive strength after 365 days. For concrete specimens exposed to H2S gas, a rapid deterioration after 90 days. Then, the change was found for from 90 to 365 days reduction to 40 % for compressive strength.

The design criteria for a structural foundation with soil cement injected precast piles (SIP) indicate that the cement milk gains a conservatively high compressive strength. In addition, a certain amount of the cement milk is lost to the surrounding soil as a result of the high water-cement ratio. Furthermore, the cost increases since the material needs to be exported to the outside of the construction site to dispose of the waste soil. This study was carried out to develop a new mixing method to replace a portion of the cement milk with site soil and a cement hardener. The applicability of this method was confirmed by examining the basic physical characteristics of the new material by on-site conducting dynamic pile loading and bond capacity tests. The test results indicate that the new filling material reduced the bleeding and reduced the loss of filling material when compared to cement milk, but the compressive strength and the results of the dynamic pile loading and bond capacity tests were lower than those obtained for cement milk. However, the new filling material satisfies the standard criterion for structure design, and the economic benefits of implementing the proposed method, including saving on the amount of cement used and reducing the costs of transporting waste soil, were confirmed.

Base on current status of rural residential roofs in northeast China, in order to improve and ensure the qualities, safety and functions of flat roofs in this region, this paper first put forward the “rural secure flat roof”, then according to the weather characteristic and the needs of residents, proceeded the construction design of rural secure flat roof. Finally established the comprehensive evaluation system and used VRS model to evaluate several common roofing insulation materials. Results show that hydrophobic expanded perlite, rock wool and glass wool can be the ideal roofing insulation materials. The research on construction design and material evaluation is significant on promoting the functions and safety of rural residence.
