Study on the Structure Design and Material Evaluation of Rural Residential Roof in Northeast China

Base on current status of rural residential roofs in northeast China, in order to improve and ensure the qualities, safety and functions of flat roofs in this region, this paper first put forward the “rural secure flat roof”, then according to the weather characteristic and the needs of residents, proceeded the construction design of rural secure flat roof. Finally established the comprehensive evaluation system and used VRS model to evaluate several common roofing insulation materials. Results show that hydrophobic expanded perlite, rock wool and glass wool can be the ideal roofing insulation materials. The research on construction design and material evaluation is significant on promoting the functions and safety of rural residence.

In order to evaluate the atmospheric environment sustainability in the provinces of Northeast China, this paper has constructed a comprehensive evaluation model based on the rough set and entropy weight methods. This paper first constructs a Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model with a pressure layer, state layer and response layer, as well as an atmospheric environment evaluation system consisting of 17 indicators. Then, this paper obtains the weight of different indicators by using the rough set method and conducts equal-width discrete analysis and clustering analysis by using SPSS software. This paper has found that different discrete methods will end up with different reduction sets and multiple indicators sharing the same weight. Therefore, this paper has further introduced the entropy weight method based on the weight solution determined by rough sets and solved the attribute reduction sets of different layers by using the Rosetta software. Finally, this paper has further proved the rationality of this evaluation model for atmospheric environment sustainability by comparing the results with those of the entropy weight method alone and those of the rough set method alone. The results show that the sustainability level of the atmospheric environment in Northeast China provinces has first improved, and then worsened, with the atmospheric environment sustainability level reaching the highest level of 0.9275 in 2014, while dropping to the lowest level of 0.6027 in 2017. Therefore, future efforts should focus on reducing the pressure layer and expanding the response layer. Based on analysis of the above evaluation results, this paper has further offered recommendations and solutions for the improvement of atmospheric environment sustainability in the three provinces of Northeast China.

The unique character and history of the University Affiliated Facilities (UAF) grant program, monitored by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD), necessitates a comprehensive evaluation system designed for continuous quality assurance. The current ADD peer review system which led to the invitations to the UAFs represented in this issue of JASH is described. Each UAF received a 3-year ADD grant award after being judged exemplary in one or more programmatic facets of the federally mandated Developmental Disabilities Act of 1984 (P.L. 98-527). The article discusses the current status of UAF programs and considers selective, pressing issues confronting the network resulting from contemporary social, legal, and professional expectations related to the needs and rights of persons with developmental disabilities.

According to the factor of the characteristics of the wall material, wall pressure, as well as the influence of the wall material, the article aims at the alternative wall material in view of the unobvious functional difference, and builds wall material evaluation system. Then based on the theory of gray system, the present article conducts a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis by analytic hierarchy process, and optimize the best wall material so as to provide a certain reference for the designing and construction side in the optimization of wall material.

As an important part of postgraduate education, Standard Resident Training (STR) plays a crucial role in the process of culturing a competent dental care provider who can independently treat the common oral infectious diseases. A systematic and comprehensive evaluation system is desiderating for realization of high-quality Endodontics resident training due to its discipline characteristics of highly specialized and strict operation. This paper analyzes the current status of resident training in our Endodontic Department and discusses how to improve the clinical skills and reasoning ability of residents, in order to construct a comprehensive resident training formative evaluation system in China.

Evaluation is very important in education system because evaluation helps to judge the improvement of the students. It helps to judge the quality of teaching. Examination is a part of total evaluation process. In our ancient systems of education evaluation was done mainly through oral test, recitation of texts, reading of texts etc. But the term evaluation has come into prominent and systematic in recent years. There are many new trends in the evaluation process. Evaluation plays a very important role in education. The modern concept of evaluation provides a wider perspective and scope of use. Present education system is child centric and in this system of education the traditional examination system becomes outdated. So, various new trends are come into contact to the evaluation system. Educational evaluation is the process of analysis, identification and interpretation in any type of academic performance. Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, Formative Evaluation, Summative Evaluation etc. are some of the new trends in the evaluation and they have a great significance in the field of present education system.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method
