Back to nature as a medication concept has been accepted widely because it has fewer side effects than modern medicines. Researches on natural products as anticancer agent therapies are in progress. This present research was conducted to determine that the inhibitory activity of snail (Achatina fulica (Lam.) Bowdich) mucus inhibits the growth rate of mammary cancer in SpragueDawley rats. Five groups of female rats, with four individuals each, were induced with 7,12-dimethylbenz(α)anthracene (DMBA) for five weeks. Snail mucus was applied every seven days to the treated rats with three different dosages (15, 20, and 25 mg/kg BW). Observations were done on diameters and growth rate of the mammary cancer lump developed at the end of week 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16. Histopathological examination was carried out at the end of the 16th week. Inhibitory activity results showed a row of average diameter of the cancerous lumps on rats with the following details. The results obtained from the application of snail mucus at dosage of 15, 20, and 25 mg/kg BW were at 0.40, 0.60, and 0.09 cm respectively along with average growth rate of cancerous lumps at 1.50, 0.75, and 0.25. The histopathology results of the snail mucus treatment at dosage of 15, 20, and 25 mg/kg BW showed normal tissue depiction and similarly normal histopathological form indicated by the presence of their sub-clinic components. The results showed that a snail mucus dose of 25 mg/kg BW was able to perform inhibitory activity on growing mammary cancer in rats induced by DMBA.

This study has analysed the factors of production, viz; agricultural land, working force and gross fixed capital formation (GFCF) of Nepal between 2000/01-2017/18 AD and has determined their effects on national income, viz; Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by using Cobb-Douglas regression function. The results showed an average growth rate of GDP, agricultural land, working force and GFCF to be 3.9%, 0.8%, 1.5% and 7.9%, respectively, with the values plummeting in 2015/16, due to occurrence of the devastating earthquake in 2015, but then again variable values skyrocketed following years. The regression analysis found that GDP was affected significantly by agricultural land and working force, but insignificant with GFCF. On an average, with the increase in agricultural land and working force by 1 %, GDP increased by 1.1% and 1.7%, respectively. Thus, policy regarding an increment of agricultural land use and employment of labour force must be framed to improve the Nepalese economy.

Relevance. During the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the organized collectives of Moscow, living in public housing organizations (dormitories) with different planning arrangements, were one of the most vulnerable groups of the population prone to focal morbidity. The purpose of the study. To conduct a comparative clinical and epidemiological assessment of the epidemic process of COVID-19 in dormitories, depending on the type of their planning device.Materials and methods. In the period from 12.04 to 23.06.2020, a selective longitudinal prospective analytical study of the course of the epidemic process was conducted in the foci of COVID-19, formed dormitories of different types of planning devices with a total number of 3,228 patients. For statistical processing of the results, one-factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis using the Cheddock scale were used. We used the following programs: IBM SPSS Statistics V. 23. 0, Analysis ToolPak Excel. Results and discussion. The planning arrangement of buildings for public accommodation was a fundamental factor influencing the course of the COVID-19 epidemic process in dormitories. The epidemic process in the dormitories of the reported type had an earlier development, the first foci of COVID-19 began to form already on 12.04.2020, which was 7 days ahead of the formation of foci in isolated dormitories. The average growth rate in the dormitories of the reported type was equal to 8.4%, which was 5.3 times higher than the corresponding indicator in the dormitories of the isolated type. The infection rate (Rt), indicating the intensity of the spread of the infectious process, was 1.5 times higher in the dormitories of the reported type. In the studied period of time from 12.04.2020 to 23.06.2020, the number of infected COVID-19 in the dormitories of the isolated type was significantly less than in the dormitories of the reported type: there were 4 cases of infection per 100 guests of the dormitories of the isolated type, while in the reported dormitories there were 10 cases of COVID-19 per 100 residents. The contagiousness of the virus in combination with a long course of focal morbidity led to the development of severe forms of COVID-19. The coefficient of occurrence of severe forms of COVID-19 on average in isolated dormitories was equal to 1.1%, while in dormitories of the reported type, the studied coefficient was 11 times higher and averaged 11.6%.Conclusion. The type of planning arrangement of collective living organizations was a fundamental factor influencing the course of the COVID-19 epidemic process in hostels. The complex of necessary anti-epidemic measures aimed at localizing and eliminating the outbreak of COVID-19 directly depended on this factor.

AbstractThe paper focuses on the effects of the reformed growth strategy on the competitiveness of the Serbian manufacturing industry during the period of 2007–2016. The paper applies the analytical tools devised by the International Trade Centre, as well as Balassa's RCA Index and some other methodologies. All indicators point to similar conclusion: the reformed growth model would significantly contribute to the improvement of Serbian competitiveness. The starting point of Serbia is also clear: small gross investment volume and a low average growth rate.

At present, China’s economic development has made unprecedented progress, but it is also facing a severe situation, and the environmental carrying capacity has almost reached its limit. For this reason, the government vigorously promotes the construction of ecological civilization and advocates green development, circular development, and low-carbon development. Enterprise green operation is a business activity that integrates environmental protection into the whole process of enterprise operation and management. It requires the guiding ideology of business operations and every link of business management to be based on environmental protection. The purpose of this article is to solve the problems between the development of corporate GDP and green protection and analyze the impact of green business development policies on China’s corporate GDP. In order to further clarify the impact of green development on social development of Chinese enterprises, this paper investigates the economic and environmental aspects of green transformation enterprises nationwide. The research results show that China’s green enterprise development has achieved remarkable development achievements. The average growth rate of China’s green development GDP in recent years has begun to significantly exceed the average growth rate of green GDP over the same period. The average annual growth rate of the enterprise’s total economic growth of green environmental protection GDP has reached 11.58%, surpassing the average growth rate of the green GDP economy of the same period of 0.12%. Chinese companies have also achieved impressive corporate achievements following the implementation of the national guidelines for green development. For the first time in 31 inland provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, chemical companies have achieved green production, and the average GDP growth rate has reached 8.75% for the first time.
