Since early 2007, many ambitious DSC manufactures in Japan have paid special attention for built in digital effects, in order to create better quality of picture, such as: Face Detection, Smile Shutter Mode, Full frame CCD, Anti Shake system, Live View, CMOS sensor..., which were highly appreciated by many photo fans around the world, and created hot-selling record on favorite model. In fact, these fancy “Digital Technologies” could be standardized in selected new cameras right now. In late 2009, new artificial intelligence image chips such as: back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, 30x Optical Zoom (or more), Full HD Video, Sweep Panorama, Interchangeable Unit Camera System,Super High Speed ISO, Super Steady, Motion Remover.., have been promoted in new generation of camera. It could change not only the performance of new camera (DSC/DC) but to challenge the current DV market seriously, and may inspire new record-high selling again. In our experiment, we collect more than 300 cases from the telephone survey during Sep, 2010 and Dec, 2010. Total of 220 cases comply with the conditions. To probe mainly into the relationship between new generation DC Confidence level and 3 potential customers: Amateur Photographer (AP), Senior Photographer (SP), and college student (CS). That is the reason what we are probe into this highly competitively market with brilliant creative design, and hope to offer an objective suggestion for both industry and education administers.

In Japan, since 2009 many camera manufactures, have focused a tiny but important device: a new generation viewfinder in all digital camera, not only in consumer oriented compact DSC, but highly advanced DSLR. Upon many new system of camera, only one may dwindle the size and weight, cut the budget dramatically (energy saving) successfully, even create a specific market (MILC/EVIL). In fact, the president of Nikon, Makoto Kimura, declared that the EVIL system may “Redefinition of photography” in July. 2010, and will announce its first “counter-back weapon” before the end of 2010 or early in 2011. In our research, we collect more than 300 cases from the telephone survey during Sept,, 2010 and Feb., 2011. Total of 210 cases comply with the conditions. To probe mainly into the relationship between new generation DSC Confidence level and 3 potential customers: Amateur Photographer (AP), Senior Photographer (SP), and college student (CS). The profiles of contingency table were used to explore the potential preference for the camera with EVIL device. That is the reason what we are probe into this highly competitively market with brilliant creative design, and hope to offer an objective suggestion for both industry and education administers.

A new generation electric high-speed train called Aerotrain has levitation wings and levitates under Wing-in-Ground (WIG) effect along a U-shaped guideway. The previous study found that lacking knowledge of the design makes the prototype unable to regain stability when losing control. In this paper, the nonlinear three-dimensional dynamic model of the Aerotrain based on the rigid body model has been developed to investigate the relationship between the vehicle body design and its stability. Based on the dynamic model, this paper considered an Aerotrain with a horizontal tail and a vertical tail. To evaluate the stability, the location and area of these tails were parameterized. The effects of these parameters on the longitudinal and directional stability have been investigated to show that: the horizontal tail gives its best performance if the tail area is a function of the tail location; the larger vertical tail area and (or) the farther vertical tail location will give better directional stability. As for the lateral stability, a dihedral front levitation wing design was investigated. This design did not show its effectiveness, therefore a control system is needed. The obtained results are useful for the optimization studies on Aerotrain design as well as developing experimental prototypes.

It designs an image acquisition system of the camera based on FPGA. It uses a CMOS image sensor as the sensitive chip and controls the timing of image collection by designing the FPGA. FPGA transfers captured image into a PC to display. It uses the I2C bus to initiate CMOS sensor. A problem of cross-clock is solved by asynchronous FIFO. By the ping-pong operation based on two SDRAM chips to solve the problem of high speed data cache. The FPGA chip communicates signal data with PC by Ethernet port. The experiment proved that the system is able to collect 2048×1536 resolution images in a speed of 12fps.

In laser cleaving, the thermal stress caused by laser heating and water-jet cooling propagates previously induced cracks in the workpiece material. The laser-cleaving conditions affect the quality of the fracture surface, and therefore, elucidating the relationship between the cleaved surface, cleaving conditions, and crack propagation is essential. Against this backdrop, in this study, we investigated the morphology of the cleaved surface and visualized the crack propagation and stress in situ using a high-speed polarization camera. The distance between the glass edge and cleaved surface was varied. When the laser-cleavage line was close to the glass edge, twist hackles were formed on the cleaved surface. The area in which the twist hackles formed on the cleaved surface coincided with the lagging section of the crack front. Furthermore, the twist hackle reached the specimen surface, and the edge of the surface exhibited a sawtooth shape. Observations with the high-speed polarization camera revealed that the internal stress was asymmetric with respect to the crack when the twist hackles were formed.

The quality of reconstructed images in relation to the bit depth of holograms formed by wavelength-selective phase-shifting digital holography was investigated. Wavelength-selective phase-shifting digital holography is a technique to obtain multiwavelength three-dimensional (3D) images with a full space-bandwidth product of an image sensor from wavelength-multiplexed phase-shifted holograms and has been proposed since 2013. The bit resolution required to obtain a multiwavelength holographic image was quantitatively and experimentally evaluated, and the relationship between wavelength resolution and dynamic range of an image sensor was numerically simulated. The results indicate that two-bit resolution per wavelength is required to conduct color 3D imaging.

Long Terrn Evolution (LTE) can be called as the new generation of High Speed Cellular Communication. LTE networks serves as back bone for 4G networks delivering high data transmission speeds and support for Qualisty of Service (QoS). It also ensures the availability of high speed connection, HD Calling, more security and extended support for streaming of HD multimedia content which includes audio and video content. With this much development in the field of mobile communication, another term was coined QoE (Quality of experience) which refers to the overall degree of acceptability of the multimedia content as perceived by the end users. In this paper we introduce a CQI based algorithm to improve the overall QoE while it is being applied on downlink scheduling. Simulation runs proves that CQI has better results as compared to other algorithms based upon parameters such as throughput, SnR and fairness.

In any production of products based on mineral fibers, one of the main types of equipment included in the line for the production of fiber products is installations for forming a basalt carpet, or the so-called fiberizing chambers. The quality of finished products depends on their perfection. Currently, there are several widely used in industry methods for producing mineral fibers from melt, which determine the various types and designs of fiberization chambers. In all chambers, the formation of mineral wool carpet occurs under the influence of hydrodynamic forces. Therefore, the study of such hydrodynamic characteristics as the rate of fall of individual fibers and clumps of these fibers and the hydrodynamic resistance of the carpet are of paramount importance in the design of new and reconstruction of old chambers. In this paper, we study the relationship between the strain rate and the viscosity coefficient of basaltic melt during fiber formation using a blow head developed by the authors. The substantiation of the process of fiber formation using a blowing head is given. Relations are obtained that establish the dependence of the strain rate in the fiber stream on the viscosity of the melt. Experimental data have been obtained that can be used to evaluate the effect of a basalt deposit on the dependence of the strain rate on the viscosity of a basalt melt. It was found that high-speed deformation of the melt greatly affects the quality of the fibers and the amount of waste in the production of fibers.
