According to the development status of underground load-haul-dump vehicle (LHD) development, a virtual-prototyping oriented key research and development system of LHD is proposed. Based on the driven oriented and top-down design concept of virtual-prototyping, combining the overall performance design, multi-body system dynamics oriented characteristic analysis and simulation, machine assembly, main parameters verification and sub-system of LHD design, the new innovation design development system for LHD development is formed. A case study of a three cubic LHD design process is given, considering the multi-body dynamics oriented simulation of LHD overall performance ,the structure strength analysis and fatigue analysis of key components, mechanism optimization design and dynamic kinematics analysis of working device, stability, ergonomics and ROPS/FOPS (Roll-Over Protection System / Fall-Over Protection System) of driving cab, the satisfied design results is finally obtained.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengembangkan bahan ajar leaflet pada materi materi teks eksplanasi di kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018, (2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan leaflet dalam materi teks eksplanasi untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran yang valid sesuai dengan syarat kelayakan leaflet kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 29 orang peserta didik dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).Hasil penelitian Leaflet sebagai bahan ajar materi teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 3 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018 tergolong kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan rata-rata penilaian dari ahli materi 95.27% (kelayakan isi materi 93,33%, kelayakan penyajian 92,5%, dan kelayakan bahasa 100%) dan ahli desain 90.66%. Selanjutnya diperkuat hasil uji coba bahan ajar leaflet pada 29 orang siswa dibagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu uji coba skala kecil, dan uji coba skala besar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa leaflet yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran dan layak digunakan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media berupa Modul Bimbingan Karir sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman arah karir pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir serta untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap Modul Bimbingan Karir yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) yang menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap analisis, tahap perancangan, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 sehingga bila dilihat dari kriteria uji maka 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak. Selanjutnya Skor sebelum mengikuti bimbingan karir jumlah Mean 27.69 dan skor setelah mengikuti bimbingan karir jumlah Mean 34.54. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa bimbingan karir yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan isi modul pemahaman arah karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang dikembangkan melalu layanan bimbingan klasikal dapat meningkatkan pemahaman arah karir mahasiswa tingkat akhir. As an important part of the vertical axis wind turbine, the support structure should have high strength and stiffness. This article adopts finite element method to model a kind of tower structure of the vertical axis wind turbine and carry out static and modal analysis. The static and dynamic characteristic results of tower in this paper provide reference for optimization design the support structure of wind turbine further.

In this study, a low-cost and adaptable isometric strength measurement and exercise development system are described. The implemented system consists of mechanical structure, force measurement sensor, electronic circuit, and computer software. Isometric-isotonic (via spring resistance) strength analysis and various exercise programs can be applied with the system. The developed system has a lower cost compared to its counterparts in the literature and has a structure that can be adapted to different machines and measuring methods. The operability and reliability of the isometric strength measurement and exercise development system have been proven by calibration tests.

In this paper, the precise 3D model of the wind power increasing gear was set up by based on the parametric designing method of Pro/Program, then the contact strength of the gear was analyzed by the FEM and the Hertz theoretical value was calculated, the FEM and the Hertz results were contrasted in order to confirm the applicability of the numerical analysis in wind power gear contact analysis. Finally, the corresponding analysis conclusion was received.The researching results offered a effective theoretical basis for the optimization design and analysis of the wind increasing gear.

Finite element model of track in frog zone is built by vehicle-turnout system dynamics. Considering variation of rail section and elastic support, bending deformation of turnout sleeper, spacer block and sharing pad effects, the track integral rigidity distribution in longitudinal direction is calculated in the model. Vehicle-turnout rigid-flexible coupling model is built by finite element method (FEM), multi-body system (MBS) dynamics and Hertz contact theory. With the regularity solution that different stiffness is applied for rubber pad under sharing pad of different turnout sleeper zone, analysis the variation of vertical acceleration of bogie and wheelset, rail vertical displacement and wheel-rail interaction force, this paper proves that setting reasonable rubber pad stiffness is an efficient method to solve rigidity irregularity problem.

In this paper,in view of the fork head often broken of the main drive system of a medium thickness plate mill,finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish universal coupling model and analyse static strength of the universal coupling, woning maximum stress value of the fork head and cross shaft at maximum load and analysing fracture reason of the fork,which could provide a theoretical basis for the cross shaft universal coupling strength analysis and structural optimization design.

The electromagnetic piezoelectric hybrid-driven 3-degree-of-freedom motor is a new multi-degree-of-freedom motor. To further analyze the torque characteristics of the electromagnetic piezoelectric hybrid-drive 3-degree-of-freedom motor. First, the principle and basic structure of the hybrid-drive motor are introduced, and the displacement and pressure distribution of the stator–rotor contact surface are obtained by analytical method. Based on this, the torque model of the piezoelectric stator-drive motor is obtained. Then, the air-gap magnetic field model of the permanent magnet rotor is obtained by analytical method, and the electromagnetic stator-torque model is obtained. Finally, the torque model of the electromagnetic piezoelectric hybrid-drive 3-degree-of-freedom motor is established by vector synthesis. The effects of piezoelectric stator mounting position angle, stator–rotor contact materials, and preload on motor torque are analyzed by simulation. The advantages of electromagnetic piezoelectric hybrid drive are analyzed, and the rationality of the model is preliminarily verified. It lays the foundation for further optimization design and performance improvement of electromagnetic piezoelectric hybrid-drive 3-degree-of-freedom motor.
