Structure plan of a new type of pneumatic plate-type vegetable seeder was put forward, and virtual prototype of the seeder was established in the paper. By kinematics simulation and analysis, L-shape arm length and minimum distance between metering device and cell plug tray were optimized. The machine control system and air pressure switch system were designed in detail. Results of orthogonal test show that, the main influence factor for single-seed rate and empty-seed rate is sowing efficiency, the second is diameter of suction hole, next is relative pressure, the minimum is interaction between those factors. The main influence factor for multi-seed rate is diameter of suction hole, the second is relative pressure, next is interaction between factors, the minimum is sowing efficiency. The best seeding effects can be achieved under the condition of 0.9 mm suction hole diameter, -4.5 kPa relative pressure, and 200-tray per hour sowing efficiency. The single-seed rate can be up to 93.59%, the empty-seed rate is 1.25%,and the multi-seed rate is 5.16%。

Focusing on the existing problems of precision seeder the plate type plug seeder based on magnetic attraction was designed. The seeder can complete the process of attracting seeds and planting using magnetic attracting principle. Through prototype test of tobacco seeds the following conclusions can be obtained: in the attracting position the single seed rate comes up to 90% and in the seeding position the planting rate is 100%.This design combines seed pelletization technology and mechanization sowing technique. It can work entirely by manual operation. It has higher planting precision and good adaptability of the seeds. So it is suitable for large-scale factory breeding.

Abstract. Magnetic fluid revolving sealing is widely used in modern industry. In the process of application, it is founded that the starting friction torque is very large, particularly at lower temperature. This problem has become a key factor restricting the application of magnetic fluid rotation sealing. In this paper, the mechanism of starting torque increase is analyzed, based on the change of microstructure and its viscosity. After analysis , such conclusion is obtained , which can be described: to a certain sealing structure, the type of magnetic fluid, size distribution of magnetic particles as well as the working condition concluding temperature, magnetic field gradient and the revolving velocity of shaft is the main influence factor of starting friction torque . It is very useful to reduce the starting friction torque.

In order to solve the poor pelleting quality of Agropyron seeds, this paper designs a novel pelleting experimental platform. A regression mathematical model of pelleting qualified rate and single seed rate was established and analysed by variance. The results showed that vibration had significant effect on pelleting quality. The order of influence is as follows: rotating speed>vibration frequency> tilt angle of coater. When the speed is 41.7 r/min, the vibration frequency is 20.28 Hz, and the tilt angle is 34.89 °, the pelleting qualified rate and the single seed rate are the highest, 83.1% and 94.9% respectively

A Bactris gasipaes Kunth é uma palmácea que produz o palmito utilizado na alimentação humana, popularmente conhecida como pupunha. É uma palmeira resultante da domesticação de várias espécies silvestres, portanto uma planta não extrativista, sendo considerada alternativa econômica a produtores rurais. No litoral do Paraná, região onde tradicionalmente é industrializado palmito de espécies nativas, a partir de 2000 ocorreu um crescimento de áreas cultivadas da pupunha. A pupunha continua tendo restrições no momento da comercialização do produto industrializado devido ao sabor adocicado da espécie. A pesquisa teve por proposta avaliar a aceitação ou rejeição no consumo do palmito de pupunha em conserva em comparação com o palmito Jussara (Euterpe endules), espécie de maior aceitação popular na região da pesquisa. Um total de 80 indivíduos participaram da avaliação sensorial, que foi acompanhado de um questionário de caracterização do perfil do consumidor. O preço do palmito foi o principal fator de influência no consumo. O palmito de pupunha quando avaliado em testes cegos não sofre rejeição dos consumidores. Abstract The Bactris gasipaes Kunth is a palm that produces the heart of palm used in the human feeding, popularly known as pejibaye. It is a resultant palm tree from the domestication of several wild species, therefore a no extractivist plant, being considered an economic alternative to the agricultural producers. In the Paraná coast, the region where traditionally it is industrialized native species of heart of palm, from 2000 started to occur a growth of cultivated areas of pejibaye. The pejibaye palm continues having restrictions at the industrialization product commercialization moment due to the sweet flavor of the species. The research had the proposal to evaluate the acceptance or rejection in the consumption of this heart of palm (pejibaye) in conserve in comparison to the heart of palm Jussara (Euterpe endules), species of larger popular acceptance in the region of the research. A total of 80 individuals participated of the sensorial evaluation, which had a questionnaire of consumer profile characterization. The price of the heart of palm was the main influence factor of consumption. The pejibaye heart of palm when evaluated in blind tests does not suffer rejection from the consumers.

The attrition rate of a TBM cutter connects with the economic benefits of the TBM application and digging efficiency. The main influence factor of the attrition rate of the TBM cutter is rock abrastivity. The rock abrastivity is in contact with the physical and mechanical indexes of rock and rock attributes. The relationship between the rock abrastivity and the physical and mechanical indexes of rock is studied by experiments and mathematical statistics. The experimental samples are collected in the Qingdao subway tunnel and done rock mechanics room experimentation and rock abrastivity experimentation separately in the lab Based on calculation and analyses of the test data. We obtain a mathematic model describing the relationship between rock abrastivity and physical and mechanical indexes of rock and summarize and interpret the correlativity between them.

The major problems of the Weihe River include shortage of water resources, serious water pollution and loss of water and soil. The ecological basic flow of Baoji Section, Weihe River was 10m3/s. Based on it, quantitative analysis on the ecological basic flow of this section has been done. It shows that the effect of Baojixia Irrigation water diversion on the Weihe River is the main influence factor. The guarantee measures are rational use of water resources and water saving, management and policies, and water transfer projects.

In order to test the elastic recovery, 25 samples of seamless-knitted women's gymnastics clothing were weaved. They were designed by two factors: fabric weaves and ratios of coolmax / nylon. Empirical results show that the ratios of coolmax / nylon have little effect on elastic recovery at certain elongation and the main influence factor is fabric weaves. 2+1 mock rib fabric performs best on elastic recovery, while mesh fabric performs worst.

Through the system analysis of ground deformation influence factor, it has confirmed main influence factors, like geological environment condition of overall consideration, physical parameter and construction technology. And it has established ground deformation prediction model based on neural network. Then it has made sensitivity analysis of affecting ground deformation factor by neural network hierarchical analytical approach.

The netlike cracks along the rebars at the bottom of concrete slabs as well as the circular cracks around the columns and beams were found in an underground park, which is a cast-in-site concrete frame. The building was about 300 m away from the sea. The influencial factors which can cause rust of the rebars, such as concrete carbonization, chloride ion (Cl-1) content, and design & construction measures, were analyzed respectively. The in-site inspections and X-spectrum analysis of concrete specimens drilled from the R.C. members were conducted. The concrete carbonization depth and the concrete protection layer were also collected. In order to find out the main influence factor, steps were carried out as following: at first, according to comparison with the data of calculation and inspection results, the formula for the partial carbonization depth was modified to be used at high humidity environment. Then, the weight ratio of Cl-1 in the drilled R.C. members was 0.02%~0.07% and was lower than the required index 0.1% set by department of construction of Shandong province (DBJ14-S6-2005). The thickness of the concrete protection layer was measured and found to be thinner than the standard set by DBJ14-S6-2005, so as the main reason was identified at last. To ensure the safety and durability of the building, strengthening measures were brought forward with consideration of the results from both the theoretical calculation and the inspections. The rusted concrete protectionion layer was removed and the anti-rust reagent was brushed when the rusted rebar was cleansed by special machine which can meet the durability requirements. The carbonic fibres reinforcement polymers were stuck on the new concrete protection layer which can provided the bearing capacity. The measures can be a good reference for the same project.

In this paper, the thinning rate and die elastic deformation under large forming force are investigated by finite element simulation with experimental validation focused on the problem of coloring rate between die and panel in automotive die manufacturing. The study suggests that when the panel is formed, the thinning rate of panel has little influence on the coloring rate and the die elastic deformation under large forming force is the main influence factor. The contact pressure of die face and punch surface displacement distribution under forming force are got with simulation. With these results the method that die face is compensated reasonably is also proposed. The industrial application shows that the method can reduce the die polishing workloads obviously compared to the traditional method of die face equivalent offset. This paper has a guide for comprehensive understanding the influence factors of coloring rate and greatly reducing the die tryout period.
