Design and Test of the Plate Type Plug Seeder Based on Magnetic Attraction

Focusing on the existing problems of precision seeder the plate type plug seeder based on magnetic attraction was designed. The seeder can complete the process of attracting seeds and planting using magnetic attracting principle. Through prototype test of tobacco seeds the following conclusions can be obtained: in the attracting position the single seed rate comes up to 90% and in the seeding position the planting rate is 100%.This design combines seed pelletization technology and mechanization sowing technique. It can work entirely by manual operation. It has higher planting precision and good adaptability of the seeds. So it is suitable for large-scale factory breeding.

Structure plan of a new type of pneumatic plate-type vegetable seeder was put forward, and virtual prototype of the seeder was established in the paper. By kinematics simulation and analysis, L-shape arm length and minimum distance between metering device and cell plug tray were optimized. The machine control system and air pressure switch system were designed in detail. Results of orthogonal test show that, the main influence factor for single-seed rate and empty-seed rate is sowing efficiency, the second is diameter of suction hole, next is relative pressure, the minimum is interaction between those factors. The main influence factor for multi-seed rate is diameter of suction hole, the second is relative pressure, next is interaction between factors, the minimum is sowing efficiency. The best seeding effects can be achieved under the condition of 0.9 mm suction hole diameter, -4.5 kPa relative pressure, and 200-tray per hour sowing efficiency. The single-seed rate can be up to 93.59%, the empty-seed rate is 1.25%,and the multi-seed rate is 5.16%。

This paper examines the representation of humans in large-scale, networked virtual environments. Previous work done in this field is summarized, and existing problems with rendering, articulating, and networking numerous human figures in real time are explained. We have developed a system that integrates together some well-known solutions along with new ideas. Models with multiple level of details, body-tracking technology and animation libraries to specify joint angles, efficient group representations to describe multiple humans, and hierarchical network protocols have been successfully employed to increase the number of humans represented, system performance, and user interactivity. The resulting system immerses participants effectively and has numerous useful applications.

Background: Bearing testing machine is the key equipment for bearing design, theoretical research and improvement, and it plays an important role in the performance of bearing life, fatigue, vibration and working temperature. With the requirements of aerospace, military equipment, automobile manufacturing and other industrial fields of the bearing are becoming higher and higher. There is an urgent need for high-precision and high-efficiency bearing testing machines to monitor and analyze the performance of bearings. Objective: By analyzing the recent patents, the characteristics and existing problems of the current bearing testing machine are summarized to provide references for the development of bearing test equipment in the future. Methods: This paper reviews various representative patents related to the third generation bearing testing machines. Results: Although the structure of bearing testing machines is different, the main problems in the structure and design principle of bearing testing machine have been summarized and analyzed, and the development of trend and direction of the future bearing testing machine have been discussed. Conclusion: Bearing testing machines for health monitoring of bearing life cycle is of great significance. The current bearing testing machine has basically achieved the monitoring and analysis However, due to the emergence of new types of bearings, further improvement is still needed. With the development of testing technology towards intelligent and big data-driven direction, bearing testing machine is moving towards the type of cloud computing and large-scale testing.

Abstract Silicon nanostructures are attracting growing attention due to their properties and promising application prospects in solar energy conversion and storage devices, thermoelectric devices, lithium-ion batteries, and biosensing technologies. The large-scale and low-cost preparation of silicon nanostructures is critical for silicon-based advanced functional devices commercialization. In this paper, the feasibility and mechanism of silicon nanostructure fabricated by non-metallic carbon catalytic etching, as well as the currently existing problems and future development trend are reviewed.

Wajo Regency is one of the districts that have a role in the development and progress of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, agricultural production facilities will be developed through processing mechanisms to the creative industries. Irrigation will be directed at the development of large-scale and small-scale rural irrigation through artificial embankments, revitalization of swamps and lakes. Whereas in urban areas a residential environment will be held an adjustment, especially near the of Lake Tempe in the area of ​​Sengkang as the Capital of Wajo Regency. The purpose of this study is to find easy access for the community to drinking water and to provide accurate data related to Geographic Information System (GIS)-based regional location conditions. The approach used in this activity is a field survey related to the existing condition of the location by assisting the community, increasing knowledge by training or counseling aimed at solving existing problems in the village / subdistrict in Tempe Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, as well as training and utilizing digital databases related to the profile and potential of the city. The results of the study obtained were that some districts had several problems, namely, solid waste systems, road networks, inadequate buildings and inadequate clean water especially in Attakae, Maddukelleng, Pattirosompe and Tempe. However, there is potential that can be developed to improve the regional economy, such as the silk industry and wood industry.

In order to solve the poor pelleting quality of Agropyron seeds, this paper designs a novel pelleting experimental platform. A regression mathematical model of pelleting qualified rate and single seed rate was established and analysed by variance. The results showed that vibration had significant effect on pelleting quality. The order of influence is as follows: rotating speed>vibration frequency> tilt angle of coater. When the speed is 41.7 r/min, the vibration frequency is 20.28 Hz, and the tilt angle is 34.89 °, the pelleting qualified rate and the single seed rate are the highest, 83.1% and 94.9% respectively

Textile industry is China's traditional leading industries and pillar industries. Total economic output of Textile industry occupy a pivotal position in all large-scale industries, and is the pillar industry in Jiangsu province's industrial economy, and makes an important contribution for the province's economic development and employment. This article discusses existing problems and countermeasures to address these issues of textile export in the Jiangsu Province. At present, Textile Industry is undergoing a critical period of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. The textile export industry of Jiangsu Province would continue to grow and develop in the increasingly open a mature socialist economy with Chinese characteristics and a closely intertwined world economy.

The last decade has been marked by large-scale and rapid changes in education, taking place on the basis of modern infocommunication and digital technologies, new hardware and software, as well as teaching methods updated in accordance with this. The limited mobility of citizens due to the coronavirus pandemic further intensified these processes, when, even with a low readiness of educational institutions to switch to distance (electronic, remote) technologies, teachers and students had to quickly master these technologies and use them in practice. The resulting experience allows us to identify not only problematic, sometimes even negative, features of distance learning, but also to make sure of the undoubted advantages of these technologies. The article points out the need for a systematic analysis when deciding on the use of e-learning, taking into account both technical and methodological, as well as personnel readiness for the implementation of this technology.The article analyzes these problems using the example of teaching both technical and humanitarian disciplines. The experience of distance work is analyzed on the example of cooperation between the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (Russia) and the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Kazakhstan), which in its practical activities purposefully invites foreign professors to deliver lectures, guide undergraduates, etc., including those based on distance technology. The data of an anonymous questionnaire survey of students of these universities are given, allowing to assess the effectiveness of the decisions made, as well as to clarify the existing problems.

The increasing usage of e-commerce website has led to the emergence of Recommender System (RS) with the aim of personalizing the web content for each user. One of the successful techniques of RSs is Collaborative Filtering (CF) which makes recommendations for users based on what other like-mind users had preferred. However, as the world enter Big Data era, CF has faced some challenges such as: scalability, sparsity and cold start. Thus, new approaches that overcome the existing problems have been studied such as Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). This chapter surveys the literature of RSs, reviews the current state of RSs with the main concerns surrounding them due to Big Data, investigates thoroughly SVD and provides an implementation to it using Apache Hadoop and Spark. This is intended to validate the applicability of, existing contributions to the field of, SVD-based RSs as well as validated the effectiveness of Hadoop and spark in developing large-scale systems. The results proved the scalability of SVD-based RS and its applicability to Big Data.
