In view of actual conditions that AutoCAD is widely used in coal mines in China, the concrete method based on CASS software is intruduced, which can realize the visual prediction and analysis of mining subsidence. Because CASS software has been developed based on AutoCAD, when the digital mining map of CAD format is used, the switchover of data format is not required, and the input, output and edit of the digital mining map is very convenient. The displacement and distortion information of mining subsidence forecast can be represented in the digital mining map by means of the visual graph, which can easily analyze and evaluate mining subsidence. Using the visual method, the efficiency and accuracy of technical decision can be enhanced, and it has practical significance for the mine planning and design and the prevention and control of mining subsidence.

Officially, the government has banned the people going home on Eid al-Fitr this year. based on Circular (SE) Number 13 of 2021 concerning the End of Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah Homecoming and Endeavors to Control the Spread of Crown Infection Illness 2019 (Covid-19) Amid the Heavenly Month of Ramadan 1442 Hijri. The Circular Letter is intended to regulate restrictions on community mobility and optimize the functions of the Covid-19 Command Post in Villages / Kelurahan during the holy months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr in 1442 Hijriah. The purpose of this circular letter is to prevent an increase in the spread of Covid-19 during the holy months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr in 1442 Hijriah. The period of eliminating Eid al-Fitr homecoming in 1442 Hijriah is May 6-17, 2021 and efforts to control Covid-19 are during the holy month of Ramadan and Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah. Analysis of legal materials is carried out using the content analysis method (centent analysis method) which is carried out by describing the material of legal events or legal products in detail in order to facilitate interpretation in the discussion. The provisions stipulated in the Circular include protocols for eliminating homecoming, prevention and control of COVID-19; socialization; monitoring, control and evaluation; up to sanctions. Based on Circular (SE) Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Elimination of the Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah Homecoming Day and Efforts to Control the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) During the Holy Month of Ramadan 1442 Hijriah that the Protocol Provisions for the Elimination of Homecoming, Prevention and Control of COVID -19.

AbstractFor the prevention and control of newly emergent or sudden infectious diseases, we built an on-site, modularized prevention and control system and tested the equipment by using the clustering analysis method. On the basis of this system, we propose a modular equipment allocation method and 4 applications of this method for different types of infectious disease prevention and control. This will help to improve the efficiency and productivity of anti-epidemic emergency forces and will provide strong technical support for implementing more universal and serialized equipment in China. Antimony (Sb) is a priority pollutant in many countries and regions due to its chronic toxicity and potential carcinogenicity. Elevated concentrations of Sb in the environmental originating from mining and other anthropogenic sources are of particular global concern, so the prevention and control of the source of pollution and environment remediation are urgent. It is widely accepted that indigenous microbes play an important role in Sb speciation, mobility, bioavailability, and fate in the natural environment. Especially, antimony-oxidizing bacteria can promote the release of antimony from ore deposits to the wider environment. However, it can also oxidize the more toxic antimonite [Sb(III)] to the less-toxic antimonate [Sb(V)], which is considered as a potentially environmentally friendly and efficient remediation technology for Sb pollution. Therefore, understanding its biological oxidation mechanism has great practical significance to protect environment and human health. This paper reviews studies of the isolation, identification, diversity, Sb(III) resistance mechanisms, Sb(III) oxidation characteristics and mechanism and potential application of Sb-oxidizing bacteria. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the diversity and metabolic mechanism of Sb-oxidizing bacteria, the prevention and control of Sb pollution sources, and the application of environment treatment for Sb pollution.

AbstractCOVID-19 has been wreaking havoc on the world for close to two years. As the virus continues to mutate, epidemic prevention and control has become a long and experienced war. In the face of the sudden spread of virus strains, how to quickly and effectively formulate prevention and control plans are essential to ensuring the safety and social stability of cities. This paper is based on the characteristics, namely, its persistence and the high transmissibility of mutated strains, as well as the database of epidemic prevention and control plans formed as part of the existing prevention and control measures. Then, epidemic prevention experts select effective alternatives from the program database and rank their preferences through the preliminary analysis of the local epidemic situation. The process of the integration scheme aims to minimize the differences in an effort to maximize the needs of the local epidemic. Once the consensus ranking of the scheme is obtained, the final prevention and control scheme can be determined. The proposed method of this paper can optimize the opinions of the epidemic prevention expert group and form a consensus decision, whilst also saving time by carrying out the work effectively, which is of certain practical significance to the prevention and control effect of local outbreaks.
