Aiming at the operation characteristics of hydropower station and taking Guangxi SanCha power station for example, this paper introduces the mathematical model and the solution of recursive optimization in formulating the economic operation of hydropower station. The results show that the algorithm has good effect, and it lays theoretical foundation for the implementation scheme of the economic operation.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of marine power station. The mathematical model and simulation model of synchronous generators AVR+PSS excitation control system was built. At last the simulation test of suddenly add load was did in MATLAB/simulink environment. The result shows that the excitation control system has well stability, rapidity and some robustness.

Optimization of closure law is the priority selection in solving the guaranteed regulation calculation problems due to its simplicity and economy. This present study deals with the optimization of two-stage closure law of wicket gates, which has more advantages in control pressure and speed rise. The mathematical model of transient process is established by introducing the method of characteristic, whose correctness is validated by the field test. Then the model is applied to a specific hydropower station that only can employ closure law optimization to coordinate the contradiction between pressure and speed rise, for two-stage closure optimization. The achievements of the study can serve as a reference for similar projects.

Based on the thrust regulating principle of pintle controlled solid-rocket engine, the mathematical model between pintle motion and thrust changing is established, and influence of main factors to thrust regulating effect is analyzed. These results can provide theoretical foundation for structure design and control of pintle controlled thrust regulating mechanism of solid-rocket engine.

In order to study on stability of hydroelectric generating set under isolated grid, taking hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical system into consideration to build the mathematical model. This paper has researched on the main governor parameters sensitivity in the small fluctuations transition process of complex hydropower station under isolated grid. According to the simulated results, KP or KI increases, or KD decreases appropriately, governor quality of small fluctuation transition process will be better. The influence caused by KD is the most obvious of the three.

The mathematical model of water consumption rate of LongTan Hydropower Station is established in this thesis. With the aim of reaching the minimum total water consumption of power generation, Equation Incremental Rate is used to solve this mathematical model with constant overall load of the hydropower station. Equation Incremental Rate is used in this thesis to solve some instances, prove the rationality of the mathematical model established and demonstrate that the unit load value calculated can direct the actual operation of the hydropower station better, thus the aim of energy saving and consumption reducing can be achieved.

Standpipe is a connection between surge chamber and tunnel, which can greatly reduce the quantities. This present study deals with how to take the influence of standpipe into consideration and what extent is the influence. The mathematical model of standpipe is established by introducing the method of characteristic. Then the model is applied in one pumped storage power station with long standpipe of 67m. Results show that the standpipe has great influence on whatever tank surge or pressure. And with the increasing standpipe length, the upsurge and minimum draft tube pressure present downtrend. The influence of standpipe in tailrace surge chamber should be considered in design phase. The achievements of the study can serve as a reference for similar projects.

In this paper, the structure and principle of the cascade brushless doubly-fed machine are introduced and the mathematical model under rotor reference frame(d-q axis) is derived.The validity of the model has been verified by numerical simulation ,which provides the theoretical foundation for the study of control strategy and its implementation of this kind of machine in future.

This paper is based on the Bond Graph method to establish the mathematical model of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) pneumatic launch system, simulates its work process through using MATLAB software, analyzes the influence of changing air tank inflation pressure, air tank volume on launch performance, and draws some important conclusions, which can provide a theoretical foundation for the future development and improvement of the system.
