This paper describes on the issue about the deployment and position of the space mechanism under the vacuum, low temperature environment on the ground. Firstly, for the technical requirement of the deployment mechanism, the authors put forward deployment mechanism project, conduct the structural design. Secondly, focused on the hardware design and the software design of the control system, the control system using master and slave CPU structure of the upper and lower computer, and the rotatable control using the teach mode. Finally, the authors conduct the deployment device performance test under the vacuum, low temperature environment.

The harmonic reducer, with its advantages of high precision, low noise, light weight, and high speed ratio, has been widely used in aerospace solar wing deployment mechanisms, antenna pointing mechanisms, robot joints, and other precision transmission fields. Accurately predicting the performance of the harmonic reducer under various application conditions is of great significance to the high reliability and long life of the harmonic reducer. In this paper, a set of automatic harmonic reducer performance test systems is designed. By using the CANOpen bus interface to control the servo motor as the drive motor, through accurately controlling the motor speed and rotation angle, collecting the angle, torque, and current in real time, the life cycle test of space harmonic reducer was carried out in high vacuum and low temperature environment on the ground. Then, the collected data were automatically analyzed and calculated. The test data of the transmission accuracy, backlash, and transmission efficiency of the space harmonic reducer were obtained. It is proven by experiments that the performance data of the harmonic reducer in space work can be more accurately obtained by using the test system mentioned in this paper, which is convenient for further research on related lubricating materials.

This task is based on the control of the MCU. In order to make it work, the first and foremost thing is to configure the interface among the MCU, display device and the wireless communication device with reason. In detail, the hardware design concludes the MCU control system, display circuit as well as the design of the wireless one. As for the software design, there are the initialization of the MCU and the display component. The programmer for the control of the display part and wireless part are also concluded.

Recent years, automobile air-conditioner control system is particularly important as the automobile air-conditioner is becoming an important indicator to measure the comfort of a car. This paper introduces the hardware and software design of the system based on STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller.The hardware design part includes the circuits design of motor and fan, and the software design part describes the way to realize the modes conversion function. Experiments show that the automobile air-conditioner system can reach high control accuracy and it's practical.

Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying machinery that its transmission capacity is large, it is widely used in many industries and it has broad prospects. Belt conveyor is commonly used the traditional PLC to control, the openness is low, the portability is poor, and it is not conducive to the development of the belt conveyor. This paper presents a design of belt conveyor control system with motion controller as control core; respectively the hardware design and software design are introduced. The control system has good flexibility, high open degree, it is in line with the future development trend of belt conveyer, and it has certain guiding significance.

In this paper, the temperature control of laptops is studied for the purpose of making laptops fit to work in low temperature environment. In the research, we designed the temperature testing module with the method of accuracy and simplicity, so that RF heating and PWM pulse is adopted. The AVR mega32 MCU is used as the core of the whole system, and Fuzzy-PID is chosen as the algorithm of the system. The system code is programmed by the C languages. The whole system is capable of keep the errors of temperature under 1°C.

This research aims to design a UV box control system as sterilization media using photodiode sensor. The study began in June until November 2014. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Electronics and Instrumentation, Department of Physics Education, State University of Yogyakarta. The design of the UV box control system consists of two stages, namely, the design of the hardware and software design. Hardware design consists of a power supply design, sensor design,  comparator design, and a buzzer. Based on the results of tests that have been done shows the power supply voltage of 4.86 volts, the reference voltage of 3.76 volts, the comparator output voltage when low of 0.12 volts, the comparator output voltage when high of 3.0 volts. Keywords: UV-Box, Sterilization Media, photodiode

The purpose of this research is to design an automatic door control system using media consist of Arduino Uno, SMS Gateway, ultrasonic sensor, relay, accu (batterai), buzzer, and adapter. The design methodology did with several stages: software design, hardware design, system implementation, and system testing. The design results show the system works well for opening and locking doors via SMS Gateway, as well as alerting via SMS when the door opened forcibly.

By taking a cylindrical LiFePO4 power battery as the research object, the cycle performance test was conducted under different charging current aging paths in a preset low-temperature environment and combined with EIS results to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the battery during the aging process, using the PDF (Probability Density Function) curve to analyze the change of battery energy storage characteristics, and analyze the aging mechanism of the power battery by analyzing the change in the lithium precipitation energy difference. The experimental results showed that under a low-temperature environment, the effect of increasing the charge rate is mainly reflected in slowing down the phase transformation reaction. From the analysis of lithium precipitation of the battery, it can be seen that the main mechanism of the aging of the battery is the loss of active lithium under the conditions of low-rate cycling at sub-zero temperature. The products from the side reaction between the lithium plating and the electrolyte build up on the SEI (Solid Electrolyte Interphase) film, which significantly increases the battery impedance late in the cycle. The work in this paper complements the mechanistic studies of lithium-ion batteries under different aging paths and is also useful for capacity estimation models and research on battery health.

Before final assembly and while debugging a missile, in order to ensure the flight control system can work stably and reliably, it is necessary to develop an auto test system for a general performance test, including electrical performance, inertial measurement device and navigation accuracy. After describing the composition and working principle of the flight control system, summarizing the test requirements, this paper puts forward to a test plan based on a industrial computer, introduces the hardware design and hardware anti-jamming techniques in detail. The test system with self-test function has been applied in testing the flight control system generally and reliably.
