The current economic rapid development period, economy and science and technology fast development has largely promoted the networking market development and progress. This paper through the mobile phone terminal used the MIDP in the Http Connection interface technology, in the PC terminal using Servlet technology to realize the mobile phone on the remote machine PC control. The analysis of how to apply the J2ME technology to realize mobile remote control, the methods in household appliances and intelligent home information can be used, can be largely pushed animal networking development and popularization, the application scope is bound with the scientific and Technological Development and expansion.

Professional text is rightly considered one of the main indicators of world scientific and technological development in the XXI century. Recently, special attention has been paid to the study of medical texts. In modern translation studies, such a rapid development of society, especially in the medical field, and the emergence of new translation studies trends, the replenishment of the terminological system with more specialized professional vocabulary is a challenge for the translator. The medical text is interesting in structure due to the category of modality, which serves as a means of expressing the author's attitude to what is written, and is considered by various researchers as a grammatical, syntactic or semantic category. In addition, linguists do not stand in solidarity on defining and classifying modality, that follows from its comprehensive study. At present, the study of modality occupies a leading place in linguistics, due to the complexity and diversity of the category. Means of modality are studied at different levels: formal-syntactic, communicative-functional, semantic-syntactic and, of course, textual. The modality of the text responds on the attitude of the author of the text, usually evaluative, to reality. The essential characteristics of the modality object itself determine the content of the modality. According to different approaches, it is divided into "external", "internal", general, voluntary, true, as well as objective-evaluative and subjective-evaluative. In our study, special attention is paid to the subjective-evaluative modality, which is necessary to express official politeness. It can be argued that the semantic basis of subjective modality influences the formation of the concept of evaluation in its broadest sense. It is not only about the logic of the presentation of information, but also the different types of emotional reaction of the person. The main linguistic means for expressing this type of modality have also been established, which include the use of modal verbs, modal words, and modal passive constructions.

Цель работы - анализ ключевых постгеномных технологий, ожидаемых в рамках реализации приоритета научно-технологического развития, определённого пунктом 20в «Переход к персонализированной медицине, высокотехнологичному здравоохранению и технологиям сохранения здоровья, в том числе за счет рационального применения лекарственных препаратов (прежде всего антибактериальных)» СНТР Российской Федерации». Результаты. Обозначены наиболее перспективные направления дальнейших исследований. Мировой уровень развития постгеномных технологий (ПГТ) позволяет перейти от этапов исследований и разработок к внедрению в медицинскую практику. На сегодняшний день к основным направлениям успешного практического применения ПГТ в России и за рубежом относят биофармацевтику, включая разработку методов генного редактирования для лечения онкологических и орфанных заболеваний, развитие методов молекулярного профилирования для персонализированной медицины и питания, увеличения активного возраста человека. Заключение. Быстрое развитие высокопроизводительных постгеномных технологий и вычислительных систем позволило беспрепятственно исследовать биологические системы. Индивидуальные и интегративные постгеномные профили полезны для мониторинга состояния здоровья человека, оказания превентивных мероприятий и выбора эффективной лекарственной терапии. The aim of this study was to analyze key expected postgenomic technologies as a part of priority in scientific and technological development defined in item 20 of the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, «Transition to personalized medicine, high-tech health care and health saving technologies through the rational use of medicines (primarily antibacterial)». Results. The most promising areas of further research were identified. The international level of postgenomic technologies (PGT) allows to move from research and development to implementation in medical practice. Presently, industrial biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, including development of gene editing methods for treatment of oncological and orphan diseases and molecular profiling methods for individualized medicine, nutrition, and prolonging the active life are considered the main directions for successful practical use of PGT in Russia and other countries. Conclusion. Rapid development of high-performance postgenomic technologies and computer systems has expedited studying biological systems. Individual and integrative postgenomic profiles are useful for monitoring the state of human health, taking preventive measures, and selecting effective drug therapy.

Predicting scientific and technological development and, as a result, developing a list of critical technologies in advanced countries is quite common and systematic. Ukraine, however, forms such a list exclusively for the defense sphere. Highlighting the most promising technological directions that can be implemented in the field of weapons and military equipment requires a clear understanding of the key principles for the operation of new and advanced weapons, as well as the relevance and priority of the development of certain civilian technological areas, which may eventually move into the military. This paper provides a forecast of the development of the security situation in the world as of 2045. It identifies likely leaders who will spend more than twice as much on their defense, with only two advanced countries that are likely to be at the highest level of military power. It also noted a possible decline in Russiaʼs military capabilities, but an armed threat remains. The origin of a new sphere of military presence is described – cyberspace, which necessarily entails a change in the forms of future wars. It is also noted that the rapid development of certain technologies, which is currently undergoing scientific and technological development, can lead to catastrophic consequences for all humanity. Some of the achievements and main principles of the Fifth and Sixth Technological Units, which will inevitably be applied in the development of the latest weapons, are outlined. Possible directions of modernization of certain available types of weapons are described, as well as key indications of future military conflicts and prospective weapons. In addition, the article provides some data that is drawn from science fiction, but it is quite likely to be used in the creation of promising weapons complexes based on the latest physical principles of action.

Next, there will be an evaluation of the main models of Innovation Management and related methodologies that expose some of the existing Innovation Observatories in the world to finally make a proposal for Innovation Management applicable to the reality of Peru, so that it can be taken into consideration by stakeholders (Government, Academy, Business and Civil Society) committed to Innovation Management in the country

The author presents a vision of the mainstream vectors of global development against the backdrop of the “Grand Challenges” of the 21st century. He formulates optimal ways for Russia and Africa to interact in order to achieve the goals set by the UN Third International Conference on Financing for Development. The author proposes a RUSAFRICA project, which combines a dual goal of boosting economic, social and technological development of both Russia and Africa. The project envisages an integrated cooperative approach to mutually significant economic, technological and infrastructural requirements and capacities while prioritizing the human development aspect. Innovative approaches to mutual cooperation shale open ways to promoting Russian technologies and innovative products to new markets, generating growth of income from exports of high technology products and services with the aim to enhance Russia’s influence and competitive strengths, in accordance with the Scientific and Technological Development Strategy of the Russian Federation.
