In digital media area, exchange and evaluation of the animation works has become a prominent problem. In this paper, we develop an intelligent evaluation system of animation works based on E-learning portfolio, which can record students animation works and learning files in digitized form. It achieves a combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and artificial intelligence technology. It can not only generate the scores, but also generate remarks automatically. This will facilitate teachers and students to exchange and evaluate animation works, and improve the quality of evaluation.

The development of artificial intelligence technology is a field where all walks of life need to carry out in-depth research in the future, and the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in the field of university evaluation has become an inevitable trend. Through the collection and collation of the literature at home and abroad, the influence of chorus education on college culture in China has long remained in qualitative and experiential judgment and the significance and value of chorus education to colleges and universities are relatively single. Therefore, it is of great innovative value and practical significance to establish a scientific, systematic, and comprehensive evaluation mechanism for the impact of chorus education on university culture and to scientifically analyze key issues, establish evaluation criteria, and inject new research perspectives into the promotion of chorus education in colleges and universities in China, combining with the mature coevolution theoretical model of management science. It is of great innovative value and significance to combine the DEMATEL research method with the current practice of promoting chorus education in China’s colleges and universities and to systematically and comprehensively construct the evaluation system and research paradigm in line with chorus education by using the qualitative and quantitative methods.

In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the bat algorithm quantifies the qualitative evaluation effectively and provides a feasible and convenient English teaching quality evaluation system by combining quantitative evaluation with objective index data. Firstly, the English teaching quality evaluation model is constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method and the weight values of each factor are calculated; secondly, the three types of data in the model are processed separately. This includes standardizing the data of objective indicators such as students’ course grades and weakening the influence of course difficulty on this indicator. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the bat algorithm quantifies the qualitative evaluation to make the calculated comprehensive evaluation of English teaching quality more comprehensive and objective; then the comprehensive calculation of English teaching quality evaluation is completed, and the English teaching quality evaluation model is constructed by extracting keywords based on the qualitative evaluation; finally, a runnable English teaching quality evaluation system is designed and implemented. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on improved bat algorithm optimization is proposed. The algorithm uses the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm to optimize the initial clustering centers and adopts a new objective function to guide the clustering process, thus improving the clustering quality of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm. Comparative analysis through models shows that the improved algorithm improves the clustering accuracy to a certain extent when compared with the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation clustering algorithm for analysis. The bat algorithm is one of the stochastic global optimization models. It can take advantage of the group, integrate global search and local search, and achieve rapid convergence. Therefore, it plays an important role in optimizing the evaluation of English teaching quality. This study enriches the theoretical study of English teaching quality evaluation to a certain extent and can play a role in strengthening and improving English teaching quality evaluation at the present stage.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

According to indicators’ information repetition and subjectivity of the indicators’ weight set during the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Principal Component analysis can help solve the weight of the relative indicators and reduce comprehensive evaluation dimensions of the variable fussy comprehensive evaluation. This paper has made a comprehensive evaluation of the status quo of Yunnan’s low carbon economy development(2005-2009), which turns out to be more practical compared with the mere variable fussy theory analysis, thus, principal component-variable fuzzy evaluation is a kind of feasible way to analyze the regional low carbon development status.

Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method

Based on the actual production data, this paper selected some evaluation parameters and established reasonable evaluation criterion for the horizontal well development effect in the ultra low-abundance and thin zone reservoir by using statistical analysis method,reservoir engineering analysis process and reservoir numerical simulation technology .In addition, a development effect evaluation system specially for the horizontal well development effect in the ultra low-abundance and thin layer reservoir was build up with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. Finally, the evaluation system were applied in several low-abundance and thin reservoir blocks. It was shown that the evaluation system can scientifically estimate the development effect of this kind of reservoir and has a practical application value.

The surface quality is always the crucial element of machined quality in precision ultra-precision metal cutting. A new concept that the surface integrity should include the edge quality of parts is put forward In this paper, the weight value of a series of characteristic parameters of surface integrity are calculated with using analytic hierarchy process, three basic methods of evaluating surface integrity are presented, and the comprehensive evaluation system has been formed which will theoretically play a great important role on rapid development in the precision machining.
