A design thought based on ergonomics constraint is introduced to machine tool operating components design in this paper, and a design method of machine tool operating components is researched and provided which is realized by applying database technology and Secondary development technology based a '3D entity parameterized modeling software system platform. This method tests and verifies instrumentalizing the knowledge about industrial design and ergonomics.

On the foundation of deeply studying UG re-development technology and synthetically utilizing its secondary development tools, including UG/Open MenuScript, UG/Open UIStyler, UG/Open API and Visual C++ 6.0, a dedicated 3D parts library of injection mold is established, parameterized design of injection mold is achieved and mold design efficiency improved.

In order to achieve parametric design of the various components and parametric assembly of scissor lift platform, this paper describes SolidWorks secondary development technology which is based on C# and application ACCESS database technology which is for parameters storing of various parts. Parametric design is achieved by programming code. Finally, to achieve light-weight design ,we use the finite element method to optimize the size of the model structure.

Globoidal indexing cam mechanism is the spatial indexing mechanism of high speed, high precision and widely used in modern machine and automatic production line.But the working profile of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism is not fair for the space curved surface and it is difficult to model. The traditional design method requires a great deal of calculation, and the design process is complexed, we have to repeat the entire design process when changing any parameters, lead to low design efficiency and poor universality. To solve above disadvantages, this paper used the space meshing principle and space coordinate transformation method, based on 3 d modeling software Pro/ENGINEER, using vc + + and Pro/toolkit for secondary development, realize the parametric modelling of globoidal indexing cam mechanism, and the simulation and analysis of the generated cam mechanism.

Based on the concept of parametric design, this paper realizes the parametric modeling and parametric finite element analysis by utilizing UG/OPEN secondary development tool and APDL module of ANSYS software respectively. This paper also achieves data sharing of CAD/CAE through compiling interface program between UG6.0 and ANSYS10.0. In addition, the remote design and analysis platform has been built by using ASP.NET technology, component technology, and database technology. We take piston-piston rod part of coal mining machine’s cutting unit as an example to verify the system. Meanwhile, it proves system can effectively shorten design and analysis cycle time, and reduce workload of designer. Therefore, this software has potential application value in engineering.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan senam lantai roll belakang setelah diberikan penerapan latihan menggunakan metode bermain pada siswa kelas VIII.6 SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-eksperimental designs dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest designs, yang dimana dalam melakukan penelitian menggunakan tes awal (pretest), memberikan perlakuan, dan melakukan tes akhir (posttest) pada sampel kelas VIII.6 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dari keseluruhan populasinya kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian dari tes akhir diperoleh Rata-rata hasil belajar pada pretest 40.19 dan posttes 57.76 dengan persentase peningkatan 43.71%. Berdasarkan data uji t yang dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai  sebesar 6.66. dengan demikian nilai  = 6.66 lebih besar dari nilai  = 1.69, artinya terdapat pengaruh metode bermain terhadap hasil belajar senam lantai roll belakang pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu.Kata kunci : Metode Bermain, Senam Lantai , Roll Belakang.AbstractThis study aims to determine the increase of roll back floor gymnastics after being given the practice of using the method of playing on the students of class VIII.6 SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu. The research method used in this research is pre-experimental design method with one-group pretest-posttest designs, which in conducting the research using pretest, giving treatment, and performing posttest test on class VIII sample 6. selected by purposive sampling of the overall population of class VIII. Result of research from final test obtained Average learning outcomes in pre test 40.19 and post test 57.76 with percentage increase 43.71%. Based on t test data that is done then obtained t_count value of 6.66. thus the value of t_hitung = 6.66 is greater than the value of t_table = 1.69, it means there is influence of play method on learning of backstroke roll gymnastics at grade VIII student of SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu.Keywords: play method, roll floor, gymnastics

In aircraft preliminary design, fuselage structure design is important, and to reach the lightest weight is the main target for aircraft design, especially for civil aircraft. Based on CAD/CAE technology, the paper selects a typical structure layout form of aircraft mid-fuselage to study the method of structure model quickly creation and optimization. First, it focuses on fuselage parameterized modeling method, based on CATIA secondary development technology, to create the mid-fuselage parametric model. Then, based on Patran command language, the CAD model achieves automatic meshing. Finally, selecting an appropriate strategy and using iSIGHT integrated with fuselage parametric model and finite element model, and referring to the calculated the structural response by Nastran to realize mid-fuselage structure optimization.

The gating system is usually made up of the sprue, the runner, the gate and the slag well. It is an important component of the mold. On the basis of relationship among runner’s geometry, the pressure fall of plastic melt flowing in runner, flow rate and material properties, we can use the UDF library features and Pro / Toolkit functions in PRO / E software to do the second development of PRO / E software. As a result, we can establish the CAD module of gating system for the injection mold. The module has the perfect function and good generality and can help the designer for cost reduction. It may be used whenever you want to use. The PRO / E software has a powerful function to design mold. Taking these as a base, it is very convenient for the module to design the gating system of injection mold.
