Imagery training is currently an emerging training method as an auxiliary routine training exercises, it is mainly depends on psychological training and is more suitable for difficulty& beauty events, such as gymnastics, aerobics, martial arts. Imagery Training is easy to operate and does not require any special requirements, only a relatively quiet environment and body relatively relaxed time. Therefore, this article explore the imagery training in aerobics amateur training effect, provide a theoretical basis for the training.

Reforming the teaching methods is an important task of the current education reform. The theory exploration and practice has a history of about 100 years and it is being recognized by the world. As an effective teaching and training method, and imagery training has become one of the psychological training methods in sports practice. In this paper, the author introduces the application of imagery training method in the college table tennis elective course and compares the effect of imagery training method and traditional teaching method. The results show that combining imagery training method and other teaching methods can make students obtain significantly higher score on both the bout quantity and the motion quality in the following two main techniques: forehand attack and backhand push-block. These results indicate that better teaching effects can be obtained by using the imagery training method in the teaching of college table tennis elective course. Thus, the author recommends that teachers attach enough importance to imagery training method and use it more often.

Purpose: to determine the influence of the experimental training program for qualified mixed martial arts fighters of 18-19 years old on their special physical fitness when performing shock actions. Material and methods. The study involved seven athletes 18-19 years old (all athletes - KMSU) department of mixed martial arts ODYUSSH «Dinamovets» in Zhitomir. A training program for qualified junior mixed martial arts fighters was developed using interval and interval-circular training methods with a wide range of general, special and competitive training means. The training program is designed for 15 weeks (may 17 - august 27, 2021) in the preparatory period of the macrocycle, therefore its predominant focus was towards physical fitness. Research methods: analysis of scientific theoretical sources, conversations with specialists, pedagogical observations, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the dynamics of special physical readiness of qualified fighters was investigated, under the influence of an experimental training program, when performing percussion technique. The study of the dynamics of special physical readiness when performing a series of punches with hands showed significant positive shifts in the total force of punches with hands during the execution of an 8-second series (t=3,02; p˂0.05) and a 40-second series of punches (t=7,69; p˂0,001). The result of the average force of strikes (t=2,21; p˂0,05) in a 40-second series of strikes also noticeably improved. The study of the dynamics of special physical readiness when performing a series of strikes with the dominant leg revealed positive changes in the total force of strikes in the 8-second (t=3,33; p˂0,01) and 40-second (t=5,39; p˂0,001) tests. The high-speed component of the striking technique did not undergo significant positive changes, although there is a tendency towards positive dynamics (p>0,05). Conclusions. It was determined that the introduction of an experimental training program into the educational and training process of 18-19 year old mixed martial arts fighters made it possible to improve the special physical fitness of the fighters when performing specific striking techniques. In five studied indicators, a significant positive trend was obtained, confirmed by mathematical calculations. Significant positive changes in the total strength in the series of punches with the hands and the dominant leg were determined both in the 8-second and in the 40-second tests (p˂0,05 - p˂0,001). We also found a significant positive dynamics in the average force of punches in the 40-second test (p˂0,05). Keywords: mixed martial arts, qualified fighters, special physical training; interval training method; Interval-circular training method; training aids.

Martial Arts Trauma Recovery Strategies Martial arts expose the practitioners to accidents that include injuries, especially traumatic. The technical, physical and psychological training along with the rest of the sport training factors are responsible for trauma production. Athletes make a huge physical and mental labor, therefore, both during training and competitions, they could acquire injuries of different severity.

Virtual reality technology has many characteristics, such as high immersion, dynamic interactive response, and multidimensional information digitization. These characteristics are needed by the combination of modern sports development and scientific and technological progress. The introduction of virtual reality technology into the field of sports will be conducive to the scientific training of sports competition and the digital research of technical theory and to the rapid development of modern sports. This paper constructs the framework of sports training based on virtual reality technology and designs a motion capture data algorithm based on behavior string, which successfully improves the advantages of virtual reality technology. In addition, the training experiment method is used to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the system, focusing on the high-school students learning tennis for the first time as the experimental object to study the differences in training effects between the traditional training method and the training method using virtual reality technology. The training effect of tennis is better than the traditional training method, and the difference is significant; the internal motivation of training psychology is better than the traditional training method, and the difference is significant. Compared with the traditional training method, this training method can stimulate students’ interest in training, improve students’ training effect, and promote students’ psychological internal motivation to continue training. This study provides useful enlightenment for the further application of virtual reality technology and in the modern sports training for various sports events.

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Circuit Training Exercises to increase the Aerobic Endurance of Bina Darma University Football Players. This type of research is experimental research. The study sample amounted to 17 people. The instrument used was the BLEP test. The data analysis technique used SPSS statistics 23. The result of this study indicated that circuit training exercise can increase the aerobic endurance of Bina Darma University soccer players. The t test showed that t_ (count) = 6,564> t_ (table) = 1,740 so that the accepted Ha is significant. Suggestion from this research is that trainers can use the circuit training method to increase the aerobic endurance of athletes.

Background Performing high-level surgeries with endoscopy is challenging, and hence, an efficient surgical training method or system is required. Serious game–based simulators can provide a trainee-centered educational environment unlike traditional teacher-centered education environments since serious games provide a high level of interaction (feedback that induces learning). Objective This study aimed to propose an epiduroscopy simulator, EpiduroSIM, based on a serious game for spatial cognitive training. Methods EpiduroSIM was designed based on a serious game. For spatial cognitive training, the virtual environment of EpiduroSIM was modeled based on a cognitive map. Results EpiduroSIM was developed considering user accessibility to provide various functions. The experiment for the validation of EpiduroSIM focused on psychological fidelity and repetitive training effects. The experiments were conducted by dividing 16 specialists into 2 groups of 8 surgeons. The group was divided into beginner and expert based on their epiduroscopy experience. The psychological fidelity of EpiduroSIM was confirmed through the training results of the expert group rather than the beginner group. In addition, the repetitive training effect of EpiduroSIM was confirmed by improving the training results in the beginner group. Conclusions EpiduroSIM may be useful for training beginner surgeons in epiduroscopy.
